Giuliano was still feeling pretty new to the school. Classes had just started, and he liked them. However, it was weird without Arturo. He was missing his big-headed, sour-faced brother when he thought he wouldn't. It was downright typical. The Hufflepuff was also saddened by the fact that Jakobe and Jarek were not in his house - he really liked them. At least Scarlet was in his house. He liked Scarlet, she was really nice, if only a little shy, but he could live with that. He was sure they would be the best of friends really soon. All he had to do was find more people to be friends with - preferrably from his own house. Hufflepuff was a really nice house, but he had trouble finding friends to spend time with. It was only early days, but he still felt a little lonely. He was rarely alone when younger, he always had his siblings around. Now that was not the case, and he was starting to feel it. He never liked being stuck at home to family, and found himself alone most times, even if he was in the same room as his siblings. But now he was also physically alone. It was certainly rather weird for him.

Giuliano skipped into the Student Lounge and flopped onto the couch. He felt so bored. The room was pretty much deserted, and he had to wonder where everyone was. He had a free period. The new Hufflepuff sighed and flipped around, having his feet in the air and his head touching the ground. This was far more interesting. Giuliano grinned to himself as he felt gravity weighing down on his small frame. This was way more interesting than sitting like a 'normal' person.

Marcel was lying with his head on his arms on a standalone table in the library, apparently he had fallen asleep while reading. It was not often that Marcel slept in the afternoon, usually he was energetic, cheerful and happy, but not today really. Maybe it was because he was homesick. He had hoped that he would already have made friends on the train, but that was not the case, he had been feeling alone during the first days. Marcel's mother had told him that she had made no friends in the first few days, but according to her was going to change that soon, everyone just had to get used to his or her new home. He knew his mother was right, everyone should just get used to and after a week or two they were all friends with each other. Marcel turned in his sleep, his head and slept calmly.

After a while he woke up, panting a little and felt the sweat on his forehead, Marcel had yet another nightmare, this was another already and little by little he became sick, the nightmares had to stop, he wanted a good night's sleep. Marcel stood up, shook his head once his hair so it would sit well and then did a copy of 'Hairy Snout, Human Heart' in his bag, it was a pretty old book but Marcel did not matter, it was about werewolves and there he was fond of. Marcel took his bag over his shoulder and walked out of the library, he walked down the corridor of the fourth floor, the hallway had a cheerful atmosphere around him and made him cheerful too. He saw in the distance the door of The Student Lounge and decided to go and see it, in a slightly faster until he walked to the door, put his hand on it and pushed it gently openWhen he stepped inside his eyes immediately fell on a boy who was bottom up, ''Are you comfortable?'' He asked the boy with a smile.

Giuliano felt the blood rushing to his head, and it felt great! Who cared that he would eventually get a headache, seeing the world all upside-down was great fun. He loved messing around in such silly ways, especially now when he knew that his mother would not catch him and give him a clip over the ear. It was nice to be away from family for a bit. Which was why he was so excited to have been sorted into Hufflepuff. It was nice to have some individuality and freedom from his family. Sure, he knew that he could trust them unconditionally and talk to them when ever he had a problem, but sometimes some space was needed before he could appreciate them as much as he should.

Giuliano looked beside him, and grinned at the boy who had addressed him. "Somewhat," he replied, rolling off the couch, landing feet first on the ground. He ruffled his hair and shook his head. "I've got a bit of a headspin now," he admitted, his face red from being upside-down. "But I think I'll be okay. I'm Giuliano!"

Marcel had to laugh because of the boy, and walked further into the room. He looked around, this was a new room for him and he wanted nothing to overlook. It was a beautiful room and it reminded him of the tea room in his parents' house, nice, cozy and snug, and knew almost certain that he would spend much of his time here. Marcel walked quietly to the boy who was standing looking at him with a smile, ''I'm Marcellus, but people call me Marcel.'' He held out his hand.
