Fiore held a picture in her hand. It was a memory now. Her brother's smile. Her own smile. A tragedy inside a family can bring more tragedy than that of lovers and friends. For a family had bonds since a soul is created, until a soul is destroyed. Family is eternity. "Goodbye, Lama." Fiore muttered, remembering the last time she heard her brother's voice. And it was to say farewell to her. "If only I could have hugged you. Why did you leave so sudden..?" A goodbye that meant only a short separation had become a goodbye that would be remembered forever.

Rue sighed. Everyone left her out because she was so tiny, and she wished she could make a friend. Just one person to share her secrets with, giggle with at the back of a classroom, to play pranks on and then laugh about it afterward. But that wasn't reality right now, and Rue felt as lonely as ever. Her hair had grown back, and she had decided to keep it long this time. When it was short, she didn't feel herself. And it didn't make her stand out any more, which had been the plan.
Rue walked around for a while, head down, minding her own business, when she came across another girl.

Rue could never tell if someone was the same age as her, but she took a guess at a bit older than herself. She walked up to her slowly. She looked sad, and she was muttering something to herself. 'Leave so sudden...' She heard her say, and wondered if someone she loved had moved away.
'Are you ok?' She asked, trying to hide her squeaky voice with an adult one. Immediately she regretted it. The girl probably wouldn't want to talk to a stranger if she was upset. Rue hung around anyway. She couldn't rewind.
