Colours are the Best

[Mazikeen Roe]

Mazikeen had put on the greatest amount of colour that she could for this halloween event, tipping it all off with a fake unicorn horn. It wasn't a real costume, she didn't think that rainbow unicorns existed, rainbows and unicorns existed independently of each other, but they didn't exist together in the one creature, but Maze had just thrown all that she had together and put into a costume and given that costume a name. She had been excited for this celebration upon her arrival at the school, knowing it would be coming up and it would be a thing she'd enjoy. Maze was therefore not disappointed by it when she arrived at the great hall and was just met with the most incredible sight. It was simply amazing! the costumes were amazing, the decorations and oh the SWEETS! She rushed to the table, looking at each and every piece of sweet that was sitting there, so eager and excited for it all. It was just amazing. She stuffs a few hand fulls into her pockets for later and moved on to a table with drinks, finding something good (with less sugar in it) and sipping it lightly as she just took in the room, if every year was like this, she was so looking forward to every halloween celebration that would follow this.

Kinsey hadn't known how much people had put into their costumes - some were so elaborate she couldn't bare it - so she had put in minimal effort in her own costume and had actually just decided to go as a frog. The girl hopped into the Great Hall and looked around excitedly even if she was clearly not the best dressed tonight. Still she hoped it would be a lot of fun but before the fun officially started for the Ravenclaw she went to get a drink and saw someone dressed amazing standing there too as Kins poured herself some punch. "You look really awesome," she said with a bright grin to the girl who was dressed as a unicorn.​

Mazikeen was very surprised when someone came up to her, "Thanks!" the girl said cheerfully in response. She kept her gaze on the other girl, looking at her costume and smiling softly at it, "I like yours too and I guess it's also super soft and comfortable!" Maze complimented, "I'm Mazikeen, or Maze, isn't this place great?!" Mazikeen smiled happily at the other girl, always so happy to meet someone new. Mazikeen had found that making friends and meeting new people was just about the best thing about this place. She had made so many friend, she had been able to talk to so many people from so many different places, and she was just excited to meet more.
