Chris was brought up by Anne and Gerard Rogers in a small town called Draperstown in Northern Ireland. He was born in Belfast, where Anne and Gerard got married, but they decided to move when their flat was too small. He went to a local muggle school and got a very good education.
After formal education (16) he went on to further education whilst working part - time in the local Youth Club. After that he completed two years of that he went on to University, and studied Forensic Chemistry with Chemistry. During his third year he met Isabella. They were married fairly quickly as Isabella was very sick with Cancer. She died in 2019, along with Chris' unborn son.
After graduating from University, he returned to his school and became a teaching assistant. In 2023 he became a fully qualified teacher of Science and Maths.
With Christoher's younger sister attending HNZ his family bought a house near the school to be close to her if need be during the term time. In 2022, just after the Christmas break, Christopher decided to take a break from the crappy weather at home and visit New Zealand for a while. During his visit he met one Isolde Glasson. They instantly hit it off and after a few more meetings became quite good friends. On Christmas Eve 2023, Christopher needed to get away from his house as it was getting too much, seeing as it was the first Christmas without his brother Joseph. So as a way to clear his mind he decided to visit Isolde, the first person that came to mind, taking some sparkling wine etc with him he finally arrived at her house. After a few drinks they had a dance, it was during this Isolde kissed him - under the mistletoe. Christopher, liking the kiss, decided to kiss her back regardless of the mistletoe. After the kiss was over the two revealed that they both liked each other. Although after discussing their situation they decided to take it slow, until Patricia was OK with the two being friends let alone dating - also with Isolde being Patricia's professor, some repercussions were bound to happen.
