Chillaxin after Performing!

Esme finished singing the last bit of Paramore. It had been a nerve recking night for her, almost backing out of the whole performance but she nailed it. She loved the song selection it suited her well. Something about the song brought memories back to when she first met Mark. But that was than, now they were over. Mark would be here with someone else and so was she. Esme looked around the great hall, looking for the guy she won over Halloween's auction.
She met him a couple times just never got his name right. They even hung out but since she was bad with names she just called him Toh. Esme looked around some more to see if Lexi came too. She had to come or else she wouldn't have sang Paramore tonight like everyone else had sung their song selections. Esme waited at the punch bowl to see if Toh would show up if he didn't she would look for Lexi and ditch the whole scene. Its not all that cool if your here dateless and sort of engaged. That made her stomach jump with butterflies.

 

[Tohoru Koshiba]

Tohoru made his way into the Great Hall. He had to meet Esme. They got along alright. She had won him as her date for the Yule Ball. He really wanted to hurry up and get this over with. He wanted to see his Vanessa. It had been a while since they had been together. The real question was, why was he here? He hated these dances and the last one he had been to had turned out bad. Walking over to her. Tohoru tapped her on the shoulder. "Hey there its been a while." Tohoru said in a kind voice.

Esme felt someone tap her shoulder to get her attention. Turning her head slightly she noticed it was Toh, "Hey you've made it already!" he smile thanking Merlin he was here. She wanted this to be a fun night, nothing to serious. "Glad you came, did you brought Vanessa with you?" Esme asked. She didn't mind if Nessa came if not its cool either way. She was just happy she wasn't here being bored. "How've you been Toh? You seem to be growing taller every time I see you" she said while taking a sip of her punch right afterwards.
