Aphrodite had been curious if Alexandra was going to send her a letter or not. She had been waiting for mail, in the mornings in the great hall, but hadn't gotten any, so she had decided to go up to the owlry to check there. She was wearing her muggle clothes, track pants, t-shirt and sweater, as she went up the long, winding stairs; quite the trip from the dungeons!
There were many owls there, most of them letterless. She saw one, that did have a letter hooked into it's claws. Once it realised she had noticed it, it flew above her, and dropped the letter right in front of her, as though it knew it was for her. She picked it up, hesitant about opening it. She quickly decided that it may be too personal, ahd she didn't want to take the chance of anyone else reading it, so she put it in the pocket of her sweat pants, and took the journey back to the dungeons, deciding it was safest to read it there.
