For friends:
Rapunzel wants people who are willing to be her friend! and that is the only requirement

For enemies:
She needs a few enemies. She normally attempts to become their friend and to become her enemy all they have to do is dodge her attempts and keep being rude haha

For boyfriends:
Rapunzel falls for guys easily. Her mother always said, "Your too young" but here she doesn't have to know She'll go with any guy! Personality doesn't really matter! As long as he's nice to her, she doesn't care
