Deviant was on the edge of his skateboard, performing a grind practically near the same place he met Ashley Cooper. Their introduction didn't last long, Dev had ran out the store the first time when he realize he was in the 'girl section' of the shop. He felt like a complete idiot once he was home, only because he had left a hot girl standing probably looking at him weird after just running out on her.

Now with school near approaching, and everyone busy shopping for the upcoming semester, Deviant was entertain with his skateboard, hoping to get another chance to see the girl again.

A little pissed off at her mom, she strolled at the streets of brightstone village where she would buy some of her school stuffs. How charming that her mom would say she can get her stuffs alone because she's old enough to do it. Ashley rolled her eyes and calmed herself and returned to her normal pace of walking.

"I would just have to make a strategy to budget this money." She mumble under her breath and was going to turn at Madam Malkins when she spotted a familiar face. It was the boy who introduce himself to me but I totally forgot his name Ashley thought and slowed down her walk, she decided to say a simple 'Hi' that way she can know his name.

Ashley continued walking now and turned where the boy is standing with his skateboard. "Hey, you look familiar." She told the boy curiously, Ashley think names but she doesn't work she still doesn't remember his name.

Dev looked up, sliding against his board. Almost losing balance, he caught it just in time to at least make it seem like he was performing a trick. "Hey. Yeah we sort of met in the girls department once." he said nearly blushing embarrassed at this, his hand sliding up towards the back of his neck. Grabbing for a itch that really wasn't there, he couldn't believe he had actually ran into the girl for once. "Before I ran out I was going to ask if you were Jennifer but than realise you wasn't," he smiled a little at her direction, his hand now back at his board. "Names Deviant, call me Dev though." he finally introduce himself towards the cute mystery girl.

Ashley almost laughed at the boy as he almost lost balance on his board but it turns out she just smiled. "Oh, now I remember you ... and then you ran out leaving me clueless of what had just happen back there." She said but that didn't bother her anymore, every person does that to her but not always.

The boy continued explaining that he was going to ask her if she's Jennifer, so, now I have a new identity? Ashley asked herself and shook her head slightly. That's very odd, every people Ashley knew and her mom always says that they are looked a like and her mom's name isn't Jennifer.

"Ashley, but you can call me Ash or Ashes but I hate to be called Ashes only one person calls me in that name." Ashley told her name to Dev and rambles about her stupid nickname that Alex had invented to just pissed her off. "Why are you even going to ask me if I were Jennifer?" She asked curious about it

Finally he knew the girls name, it suited her very well. Dev smiled as he aboarded his skateboard, circling around Ashley while grinding against the pavement just a little to his left. "Well my ex-girlfriend back at Salem was name Jennifer, sort of look like you." he explain, without thinking if she would get offended or not. "I'm from Salem, so it was just curiosity." it was a lot more than that. Dev and Jennifer only parted because of the foreign exchange program. She didn't like the idea of dating long distant, so she called it quits at her end. "Not that its a bad thing." he smile to erasure her, he didn't mind her not being Jennifer.

Ash listen intently at Dev as he answer her question, "So, your missing your ex-girlfriend and thinking I'm her ... that's not bad." I hope so she thought slightly frowning. Well, she always encounter problems like this, so, Ash would hold on to it. The wind is beginning to be colder than she thought it would be, "Can I offer you a coffee at madam Puddifoot's?" She asked her politely, Ashley is really cold and she wanted coffee badly.

"Well sort of, I think." Dev shrugged still smiling, but lower his lips a little not wanting to look like a freak in front of Ash. "Yeah sure, I may have a soda. I'm not really into coffee and tea." Dev picked his skateboard up, letting it sly between his hand and elbow. "Wow its really cold out today. If I was back home it be blazing hot." Dev commented the weather while he stroll along side of Ash. He wondered if she was one of those students going to hogwarts, possibly. The small village was filled with a bunch of students, touring here and there. "So did you work at that place?" he asked her. When he had tried to get her attention, she seem like she was sort of sorting the dresses on the racks.

Ashley nodded slightly understanding, "Its always cold here sometimes its windy, so, get to use by it." She told him and nervously placed her hand on her messenger bag strap. "So, shall we go now? ... I really don't like staying up outside." Ashley gesture toward Madan Puddifoot's and started to walked.

"Oh yes of course. I will eventually. Salem weather been off and on around winter time." they finally arrived at the shop. Dev lean into the door, open it quickly to lead Ashley inside.
