Brief description: Pureblood; Attended Hogwarts England and was in Slytherin. She and Zacharius met in Monaco by chance and began dating, then moved to Italy with him. After she found out he was a Death Eater, they divorced. She worked as a Healer at a wizard's hospital.

When Charles was still working for the Misuse of Muggle Artifacts Office, he got called down to New Zealand for a serious case full of flying, invisible, and shrinking cars on the loose, and met a Muggle Police Officer whom he had a one time affair with. This resulted with Wendy though Charles never knew about her until Wendy received her acceptance letter to Hogwarts New Zealand. That was when the Muggle Police Officer had to contact him. Wendy is now living with them for the time being, so she can adjust to the magical world.
Education
When his parents were going through their divorce, they sent Charles off to live in Bulgaria with his grandmother. There he attended Durmstrang and although he hated Bulgaria, he loved Durmstrang.

Best Subject(s): Transfiguration, Potions, Flying, Arithmancy, and Muggle Studies (required for the profession he wanted to go into at the time)
Worst Subject(s): Herbology, Divination (that one dreadful year he took it because he liked some girl who signed up for it), and History of Magic--He was good at HOM because he HAD to excell in it for his profession, but he hated the subject so he considers it his worst.

After Graduation:
-Charles moved back to Italy after he graduated and began working in the Misuse of Muggle Artifacts Office at the Italian Ministry of Magic for three years.
-In 2005 he stopped by a restaurant to grab a bite to eat and met Daphne, who was his waitress at the time. They immediately hit it off and got married in 2008, February to be exact.
-In January 2009 they had Isabella, and were now preparing to train and study to become Unspeakables for the Italian MoM.
-In 2014 they finally became Unspeakables and now became too busy to care for Isabella during the day, so they hired a maid and caretaker, Pamela Macey.
-After Charles came clean about Wendy and the Muggle Police Officer, Daphne wanted a divorce and he feared Isabella's life was going to suffer like his did when his parents divorced, but then they remembered that they couldn't get a divorce since sneaky, seven-year-old Isabella made them perform an "Unbreakable Vow" that they wouldn't get a divorce. At the time they didn't think anything of it because they were happily married, so they obliged. At first they tried faking an "Unbreakable Vow" but Isabella knew they were faking it and so they had to perform the real thing.
-They patched things up and moved to New Zealand on Daphne's request.
-Charles had been unemployed for almost a year and felt extremely bored not to be working, so he got a job at the New Zealand Ministry of Magic as an Unspeakable.
-Meanwhile Daphne became pregnant and gave birth to twins, a girl Valentina and boy Capulet, born on February 14, 2022, and Charlie couldn't be happier than he has a son to carry on his surname.
