CELESTYN ISKANDER HELKOVAARA!

FULL NAME:
Celestyn Iskander Helkovaara

MEANING:
Celestyn - Celestyn is pretty simple to guess, It's from Polish, that's it's origin and it means Heavenly. Like Celeste. Or in the english Celestial meaning angels.
Iskander - Is a boy's name is of Arabic origin. Variant of Alexander (Greek) "man's defender".
Helkovaara - Is an old finnish surname, with little known about what it means.

WHY:
Celestyn's first name is Polish, despite his family not having any links to Poland, it was mostly that his parents liked the name, his mother had always been pretty religious and he figures that is where his name is from. Celestyn is a Polish name which does also work in Finnish, which is why his parents decided to give him that name. His mother had been the religious one and had always harboured an interest in angels, and so thus explains Celestyn as a name. Iskander is Celestyn's father's father's father's name, it is a name which gets passed down his family, and he has no other way of describing it. It is always passed down through the sons mostly since the first born is usually son. There hasn't been a first born girl in Celestyn's father's family for generations. The surname being his surname is the name of his father's family. It is an old Finnish surname with some level of being common.

NICKNAMES:
Celestyn despite his long name does not have any nicknames, any nickname that he has been given Celestyn had refused to respond to it and therefore it would very quickly stop being used. He doesn't like nicknames and find that his name is easy enough for people to say so it need not be shortened. Although many people struggle at times, especially in New Zealand to correctly pronounce his name. Celestyn may at times respond to his middle name, but the only one who really called him that was his father, and since his father is now dead he doesn't even tell people about it.

AGE:
Celestyn recently turned 27 years old. He has never been a huge fan of parties so for him celebrating his birthday is just about the last thing he would ever want to do. That kind of thing fills him with some serious dread. He'll always take the day off. His father had always told him to do that. And He'll answer the phone to various well wishers but most of the time, he'll just sit in his home and do nothing and that's really the way he likes it. That's exactly how he enjoys his birthday

D.O.B.:
January 9th 2011. Celestyn was born in Helsinki, Finland. he was born in the early hours of the morning during one of the coldest nights of the year. It was a windy night and the snow had been falling so much that his parents had feared that they wouldn't be able to make it to the hospital especially since his parents had previously had three miscarriages and one still born. So they felt like they needed to be at the hospital. Celestyn was born healthy and in the mind of his parents he was born more perfect that perfect.

PROFESSION:
Journalist for the Daily Prophet, he focuses mostly on politics and current affairs for the prophet. He'd started at the Prophet on sport, and he'd always enjoyed sport, but he'd grown more interested in current affairs and after trying it out, writing a few articles for that section he was moved to that section of the Daily Prophet. He had always believed that eventually he would move back to Finland, having spent so much of his life there but his good job keeps him in New Zealand and for now keeps him content with everything else. If it wasn't for his job he would move back in a heartbeat.

FATHER:
Valtteri Helkovaara
38, brown hair, blue eyes. Pale and skinny. Mixed blood, he had three older brothers. Attended Durmstrang, and after leaving with almost perfect grades, became an auror for the Finnish Ministry. He met his wife at 24, and fell instantly in love. After dating for 2 years, they married, Valtteri was 26. Valtteri had always suffered from mild depression while he was at school, he'd been the subject of some fairly harsh bullies and this did spill over into his adult life. They moved to their home in Finnish capital of Helsinki. And not long after, his then wife fell pregnant and gave birth to his only son, Celestyn. 3 years after Celestyn was born, cracks began in his relationship with his wife. She was always picking a fight with him. And Valtteri suspected that she was cheating on him. There relationship was on and off. Sometimes good, other times terrible. There yelling filling the house. This caused his father to lapse between good states and various stages of depression. When Celestyn was 8, Valtteri 35, Valtteri got drunk and slept with his best friend's sister. He went to tell his wife, and this caused a huge argument and in this argument a lot different things came out about what Celestyn's mother had been doing and the relationship was broken apart. Ending with a divorce. This sent Valtteri into a deep state of depression, which he didn't seem to shake from and eventually took sick leave from work. Celestyn had been too young at the time to understand what was happening. On the first day of Celestyn's final year at primary, Valtteri was living with Celestyn in their small flat in Helsinki's heart, and the guilt, anger and depression finally drove Valtteri over and he tried killed himself. After this Celestyn left his primary school and began learning magic from home instead of attending Durmstrang so that he could care for his father in all the spare time he could, this continued until Celestyn was 17 years old, his father had been getting progressively work. He'd been allowed to retire early because of all the issues that he had and was provided for by the state, but in the end it wasn't enough and in the autumn of 2028, Celestyn father successfully ended his life.

MOTHER:
Natalia Iskander "Peltola" Helkovaara Campbell. A tall, sleek build, blonde haired green eyed woman. Muggle born witch, who lived on a farm on the outskirts of Helsinki.

SIBLING(S):
Celestyn has no complete siblings he is the only child of his parents. However, his mother who has since the separation of his parents remarried and now has three young children. Celestyn doesn't really know anything about his half-siblings. He calls his mother occasionally, but he isn't so much a family man. He doesn't bother with those kids because he doesn't care about them. He finds he still loves his mother but he has been distant from her ever since she left Celestyn and his father. He wonders occasionally what those kids are like, but has never been too concerned about them. Celestyn is a solitary man, who in essence believes mostly in being alone. His mother did want to have more children, they talked about that over the phone several times, but she believes herself to be too old, so if she was to they would be adopted kids. For Celestyn it doesn't really matter.

OTHER:
Celestyn does not have any grandparents, his father's parents died some time before he was born and from he has learned about them, they were good honest people who helped teach young witches and wizards who needed a little extra help when it came to school. Celestyn's father's family originate from Norway. The grandparents on his mother's side moved to Australia and later to Hawaii. He has never met them, and while they know of Celestyn's existence they were never particular interested in travelling so far to see him. Celestyn's mother's parents were travellers they liked exploring different places and seeing different things, and this hasn't changed even in old age. Celestyn receives updates every so often from them. He knows that they had two children, one the eldest being his mother and the younger a boy who died following an allergic reaction to cat fur when he was about three years old. Celestyn's father had three older brothers, but they were a lot older than Celestyn's father was, and by the time Celestyn was born none of them were living in Finland any more. Celestyn has met these men on occasion and he misses them quite a bit, but with their own lives to worry about Celestyn doesn't do more than send the occasionally update to the three.

PET(S):
In all of his life, Celestyn has never had a pet. He had wanted a little cat when he was a child, but his mother had been adamantly against it, never citing a reason to Celestyn until Celestyn found out far later in his life. Now that he currently lives alone in New Zealand he doesn't own a pet, nor does he ever intend to. He would also say that his apartment being in the muggle area doesn't allow for pets. He is quite pleased about that fact, with no interest in getting a pet and the temptation removed he knows he'll likely never get one. Not even an owl.

BLOOD STATUS:
Celestyn is of mixed blood, as are his parents. His father's father was a half blood and his mother's grandmother had been muggleborn. Therefore tainting the bloodline and meaning he has mixed blood.

THOUGHTS ON BLOOD STATUS:
Celestyn has never been bothered by blood, and in fact lives mostly like a muggle. He watches tv, washes dishes by hand and takes public transport when he travels to places. He can drive a car and do lots of muggle things. His work is his only connection really to the magical world. He therefore thinks that putting so much on blood status not only defeats the purpose of having a fair and open world but is pointless, since a fusion of muggle ways with wizarding ways are one of the best things for wizards and witches. The perfect deal and the best thing any of them could actually ask for.

HOMETOWN:
Helsinki, Finland

CURRENT RESIDENCE:
Auckland, New Zealand

ETHNICITY:
Celestyn was like his parents born and raised in Finland. His mother's family have lived in Finland for countless generations but his father's family was originally from Norway all from Norway and moved during a particularly bad winter to Northern Finland and then moved further south to the area surrounding Helsinki. Celestyn is ethnically Finnish.

PREVIOUS HOMES:
FIRST HOME: Celestyn's first home was his family home in Helsinki. It was a small two bedroom apartment. It was a small place but it suited their small family fine. It was in the central area on the fifth floor of an apartment. His room was a small square room, he had a small bed which was pretty close to the ground. Celestyn had lived in that home for the first seventeen years of his life. He loved the apartment, but after his father died he couldn't deal with it any longer, he hated how empty it felt.
SECOND HOME: The second home was with his mother in New Zealand, he was unsure about the new place. It was larger than his last home, but considering the void in his heart in regards to his father, Celestyn didn't really enjoy it. He found the place just as empty as the last. He made no move to try to get to know his step-father or to really reconnect with his mother. It was just too hard for him at that point. His mind still fresh. While it was a nicely furnished home, and his mother provided all that Celestyn could ask for he wasn't interest in staying there longer than necessary
THIRD HOME: It took Celestyn two years to get enough money to move out and has lived in this same apartment for close to seven years. He's been renting it from the same man, though he suspects that he may be pretty close to convincing the man to just sell it to Celestyn. This is a small one bedroom, three room flat. The kitchen and living area are open plan and connected. He has a small balcony. He has never really unpacked or furnished the place, and it lacks a coat of paint, but, he likes it the way it is. Celestyn enjoys the way the house looks.

SEXUAL ORIENTATION:
Straight

CURRENT RELATIONSHIP STATUS:
Single but not necessarily looking.

FIRST KISS:
Celestyn was about eight when this happened, he was in the later years of his primary education and it had been a childish session of truth or dare which had ended up in them having to kiss. He barely remembers the girl and doubts if she remembers it either. In his mind it was an unimportant kiss. Celestyn hasn't even spoken to the girl since, they attended different schools after at point.

FIRST FRENCH KISS:
While he was always seen as quite attractive he was never interested in pursuing a relationship or any girl or boy. However his first kiss happened a before his father died. Celestyn had been trying to help his father for years, but with a growing sense of hopelessness while in muggle school he just broke down. The stress of looking after his dad, the magic and the muggle just baring down on his shoulders. One of his closest friends at the time, that he'd always known had liked him helped settle him down and they kissed. Well, she kissed him, and while it did at the time help lighten his mood slightly not enough that he wanted to do it again. He had just been looking for a little attachment and had found it in that girl. The kiss itself was pretty messy, the girl too eager and Celestyn still quite upset. He doesn't necessarily regret it, but he doesn't think it should've happened.

PAST RELATIONSHIPS:
Celestyn's only previous relationship was in the three months after his father died before he moved to New Zealand to live with his mother. Celestyn was unsure about it, but he'd been pretty lonely and with his mother arranging for him to go stay with her he had needed a place to live in the mean time. This ended up being with the girl he had kissed after breaking down at school. She had believed they were in a relationship and with so much else going on, Celestyn had not refuted the case. He had enjoyed the closeness and the distraction of a relationship despite the fact that he had no desire to commit to anything. She would always tell Celestyn about things and Celestyn had closed down a lot, choosing his words carefully never saying much. When he finally moved to New Zealand the relationship ended and Celestyn never spoke to her again, nor did he even say goodbye.

FLINGS:
When Celestyn arrived at his mother's house and then turning seventeen he just started acting out. He needed the closeness and the company of another person to feel needed and so he had a series of short lived things. He never went with a girl more than twice. He would always bring them back to his mother's just to keep her up all night. To annoy her. Eventually when he moved out into his own place, Celestyn stopped. He still occasionally seeks out company but no longer will he constantly seek it out. Celestyn has always preferred his own company to the company of others. And while not as young as he was, still doesn't believe in tying himself down.

BIOGRAPHY:

------------------------------------------------------------

HAIR COLOUR:
Celestyn has naturally brown hair, it does get lighter at times in the summer when Celestyn spends an extended amount of time in the sun, but generally his hair stays a relatively brown colour. His hair varies in length depending on his mood and how much he can be bothered getting it cut. It therefore varies in length depending on what time of year it is about how lazy Celestyn is feeling.

HAIR HAS BEEN DYED:
He's never really dyed it different colours, but having always been a big fan of football he has spray coloured it blue and white several times in the shape of the flag for the games. That's mostly the only time that Celestyn would dye his hair, if that actually counted as it being dyed. Which he is unsure about. Since it might just be counted as briefly coloured in. Despite being magic he uses muggle methods because it's easier and he doesn't have to worry about it looking too natural and his friends becoming suspicious of it. Celestyn has been able to do that since he left Finland since with no other Finnish friends in New Zealand he really has no reason to make such an effort. He has never regretted it, no matter how crazy it looked.

EYE COLOUR:
Celestyn has greenish/brown eyes. It's really a mixture of the two, a combination of both his parent's eyes. Celestyn believes that he has really lovely eyes. It is not something that he would say often, he doesn't really care about appearance but he really likes his eye colour. He believes that it is the only good thing that has ever come from his parents.

HEIGHT:
Celestyn stands at about 6'1 or there abouts. His father was just as tall, if a little smaller than Celestyn currently is. He stands pretty tall and while growing Celestyn ran into a lot of trouble in dealing with large growth spurts which meant he stood far taller than he had expected to. Celestyn enjoys his height. He thinks being tall is good, he obviously doesn't mind that he's not so tall as to loom over everyone but tall enough.

BIRTHMARKS:
Celestyn has no visible birthmarks on him, he has never seen any, the only scar which he has is a scar on his knee from when he fell off his bike at age 6. It was a pretty nasty fall, where he'd scrapped his knee on a specifically bad and sharp rock. He had a pretty horrible looking scar there for a long while but it has since cleared up and looks a lot better now than it did.

BODY TYPE:
Celestyn used to be a sports journalist because of his love of sports. He has always enjoyed sport and even though he lives alone he still uses a lot of his time to work out. That's really only when he can be bothered. Celestyn has a pretty poor diet he can't cook very well and because of that he spends a lot of time just making instant meals. Despite this with his height and high motabolism he ends up staying in shape quite a lot. It is easy for him to do so. He would say that he tries to do everything in moderation but there are some weekends when Celestyn can barely be bothered to drag himself off the sofa so his diet and exercise aren't likely as consistent as other people's. He does try his hardest.

BLOOD TYPE:
O(+ve)
The universal donor. Which Celestyn enjoys. He used to donate blood frequently after he turned sixteen in Finland he was always happy to do that little thing to help those who needed his help in such a small but hugely impactful way. However he has not donated since he arrived in New Zealand. One of the reasons for this is simply neither know if he would be able to or where to even go. Those are the reasons currently stopping him from doing it, and because he can be pretty lazy he doesn't think it'll happen any time soon.

WHICH HAND?:
Right Handed
Celestyn like most of the world is right handed. He had previously thought that he would be left handed seeing as both his parents were. He didn't however write well at all with his left hand and it very quickly became apparent that he was right handed. He has never been bothered by it, to him it's just a thing that it. He can't stop and he has no interest in trying to write with both hands. Which is why he is right handed and would rather stay that way than try to learn to also write with his left. He would also reason that at his age, it is also simply too late.

VOICE:
Celestyn's voice is a pretty deep voice, and his tone usual exhibits frustration or boredum with what ever he is dealing with. When he speaks in English despite the amount of time that he has spent in the country is still very thickly accented. His accent when speaking english is unclear as to where he is actually from. He has been asked if he's from most of the Eastern European countries, no person's first guess is Finland. When he speaks in his native Finnish, he has a slight Helsinki accent but it would only be apparent to those who lived in Finland or knew Finland or Finnish well enough. He has never tried really to make his accent clearer. It has never in his mind served a purpose trying to do that. As long as people understand him, he doesn't see there being an issue.

I CAN SPEAK:
Celestyn can speak two languages, he obviously can speak very good Finnish, that being his first and most natural language. He grew up in Finland and was completely immersed in the language there was no way that he wouldn't speak it well. He has an accent, but only those who knew Finnish well enough could tell. The other language that Celestyn can speak is english. He has never been particularly good at english having learned it in school, but since being in New Zealand it has greatly improved. His written and reading in English is far better than his speaking. He'll still sometimes forget words or mutter them in Finnish until he can remember them in English. However, since he works for the paper his written english is pretty much perfect. He occasionally uses a Finnish-English dictionary but that's really only when there are particularly tricky words or if he can't remember a specific word and if it would fit with what he's trying to say.

CHARACTER LIKES:
Celestyn likes quite a few things. He likes winter, a lot, really enjoying the cold. He think it's fun and he likes having fun in winter. Celestyn love snow and everything like that. Perhaps it was his up bringing in Finland which increased his love of winter. There was always a lot of snow in the winter, it was always to Celestyn the best thing about winter. He likes coffee and drinks a lot of it. He enjoys the taste of it but is also very specific when it comes to coffee. He used to just drink it to help with the long hours he was working before his job at the daily prophet but he has since really grown to enjoy the taste. He enjoys the taste and the rush that it gives him. He also really likes old black and white muggle movies, he loves most movies but he really enjoys silent films and old comedies. He likes being able to enjoy them in the late hours of the night, and he enjoys reading old plays. His favourite old movies like the Marx brothers, Casablanc and Citizen Kane. He loves writing and while he doesn't do that much outside of work, he thinks he'll probably eventually write a novel.

CHARACTER DISLIKES:
Celestyn doesn't like depression. Celestyn don't like people who are depressed, and people who pretend they are. Celestyn's father was deeply depressed for all of Celestyn's life until he eventually killed himself when Celestyn was 17. He dislikes depression because it tore his family apart and while he understands that it is complicated and unpredictable he just doesn't like it. He wants to help people that are depressed, but still doesn't feel like he's in a position to do it without getting annoyed. He didn't understand why his father was just so depressed, aside from trying to help him, Celestyn and his father never talked about it. Celestyn had promised him that he would take care of him, that everything would be okay, but his father didn't listen and now he no longer has his father in his life. Celestyn blames depression and has a deep hatred against those who say they are when in fact they are not, or about depression in general. He also don't like bullies, and those who believe they are superior for any reason. He just thinks that life is way to short to be like that. He doesn't like people who are openly hateful. He dislikes wandless magic and really dislikes when it gets to be too hot.

GOALS:
Celestyn's goal was always to become a writer of some kind, and considering he has ended up at the New Zealand Daily Prophet that is definitely to him one of his goals reached. It was obviously very hard for him to reach that but he managed it. Right now his goal are more day to day. he isn't so interested in love or romance. He thinks that at some point he might enjoy kids but right now they aren't of much interest to him. Right now his goals just consist of him keeping his job and keeping his life the way it is, without too much in the way of others.

BOGGART:
If this had been asked what Celestyn was a teenager it would be losing his father. He has lost his father but likely seeing him again to only then lose him would feel like the worst possible thing to ever happen. He just loved his father so much despite everything and to lose him again, or see him as he did when he found him would just tear Celestyn apart. He would possibly also see him getting fired from his job. He loves his work and that would just be the worst thing to happen to him. He would just not be able to handle it.

PATRONUS:
Having done the spell, and been fairly successful, Celestyn patronus is a penguin. It is his favourite animal. It's a funny patronus to most, but it's fun and Celestyn sometimes just likes conjuring it when he's home alone to watch it waddle around the apartment that he owns. he was able to cast it fairly easily when he first learned the spell but following the death of his father found himself completely unable to for about two years. No matter how much he tried he couldn't muster the strength to be able to cast it.

PATRONUS MEMORY:
As much as he was upset about his parents splitting up, this happened just shortly after and is his best memory. He had never been so contently happy, or remembered his father so happy. He was about eight years old at the time, and his mother had left the night before. Celestyn had spent most of the night crying unsure about what was happening or what would happen to him. His father took him to the zoo, they arrived first thing in the morning, right when it opened and left when it closed. There weren't even that many animals, but his father helped him out by demonstrating and making silly faces. They played different games throughout the park and just had the most fun. It was different from what they did normally and Celestyn can remember that despite everything else that was going on how much he loved his father and how much fun it was. To Celestyn it was simply the greatest day he had ever spent. It was simple and he loves it so much. There was nothing complicated about it.

DEMENTOR:
This is a simple question for Celestyn though horrible. He has and likely will always hate it. It was the day his dad died, he knew things weren't looking good for his father, the last week he'd been acting odd and saying strange things, Celestyn knew that something was coming. He'd been acting odd the week, seemingly in a really really dark place and then all of a sudden his father had seemed really happy. Content with everything, as if his mind had settled, it had worried Celestyn so much that he'd stayed home from school. Trying his best to figure out what was wrong. After a week his friends had grown pretty worried about him, some of them knowing the situation with Celestyn and his father and had decided to take him to the movies with them. He'd reluctantly agreed, after his father had told him that everything would be fine, and that he didn't need to worry. Celestyn despite his better judgement left to go be with his friends and spend some time with them. He'd been confused about why his father had been so adamant about it, though now he realises why. When Celestyn returned about four hours later, he knew something was wrong. The house seemed different, it seemed off. He called out to his father as soon as he walked into the house and it was after stepping in to the living room that he found his father. It had been horrible. Truly horrible. Celestyn had screamed for help, thinking maybe he could save him, but he'd been dead for close to an hour. Celestyn damaged his vocal chords he screamed so much. He tries to forget about that day, as much as he can. He hated it.

MIRROR OF ERISED:
Despite how difficult living with his father was, Celestyn would see him with his father. He'd see the smile his father wore when he was having a good day. When things between them were good and they were able to just be themselves and have fun. he would that version of his father next to him, with a look of pride on his face. He knows that if his father was around that he would be proud of how far Celestyn has come, but despite it being ten years since his father died, he still misses the man dearly. It is just a part of him he doesn't think he'll ever be able to let go of. And so rather than seeing some form of magical future he is very much still grounded in the pasts.

AMORENTIA:
Celestyn loves the smell of a morning when fresh snow has landed. It's a cold and frosty feel to the air, and it just smells like snow. For most people, Celestyn knows, that they don't think that snow smells like anything, but for Celestyn it has a definite smell, which he thoroughly loves. He also loves the smell of burned toast, neither him nor his father were particularly good at cooking especially whenhis mother left and so they would always end up burning the toast, it is a smell that makes Celestyn think of home, it was just their little routine. He didn't burned toast to begin with but having eaten it just so much growing up it's really grown on him. He also really loves the smell of freshly peeled peaches. He just thinks in general that peaches have a wonderful smell, but he loves them a lot. He thinks that they are just amazing.

I LOOK UP TO:
This is easy for Celestyn, it has always been his dad, even though they had several differences and the end that occurred. He loves his dad, but his father was a mess when he was growing up. It was a tricky time for him, he didn't know what to do about everything and he looked up to his father for all that he tried to do for Celestyn, even though Celestyn knew that it was hard for him. Difficult at times to get up in the morning, his father still tried to provide for him. He'd given him a home, and shown him love between all of it. It was hard and Celestyn would never want to repeat it, but he's always found strength in his father and the sort of strength that his father had was always something that Celestyn hoped he would have. Which is why despite how difficult it was, Celestyn has always and likely will always look up to his father.

RELIGIOUS BELIEFS:
He does believe in God, to a certain extent. He wants to believe. Celestyn was brought up Catholic his mother was a huge believer, him and his mother used to go to church together when Celestyn was growing up and he did all the religious ceremonies, but, Celestyn doesn't really think he has ever believed it, he doesn't think he's ever truly believed any of it, no matter how much he's tried. He really wants to believe in at least something. Even just for the idea that it means he might be able to see his father again, but something in his brain just confuses him and he doesn't. Celestyn when his mother left stopped going to church so that too could have an impact on how much he believes and why he stopped believe eventually. He tries and so therefore when people ask he says that he does believe in god or at least in a high power.

POLITICAL ALIGNMENT:
Celestyn having been raised in a liberal country is very liberal. He believes in minimal government and does think that people should be left to do what they want. He doesn't think that it is right for the government either magical or muggle to tell him what to do. He agrees that there should always be money in the medical services. Magically his alignment lies with the muggles, he believes that the evil wizards, like the death eaters and people like that should be harshly punished if they are overtly rude or harmful to others, specifically when it comes to muggles or muggleborns. He doesn't believe in being nice or reform. He thinks they should always be punished and their children if they have any should be taken away from them. This is a slightly conflicting view to the fact he thinks the government should let him do what he wants, but stop others from believing certain things.

ZODIAC SIGN:
Capricorn

ZODIAC DESCRIPTION:
Capricorn is regarded as the zodiacs top, but also quiet, life and business achievers. But, there are two very different types of Capricorns. The first is represented by the mountain goat, always climbing higher and higher; never content until reaching the top. The second is the garden goat, with little adventurous spirit or ambition-happy to remain within a small domain, refusing to budge unless it is pushed. Either type of Capricorn, however, is patient and persevering. They reach their goals because they know the longest journey commences with a single step and that the first step is always the most difficult.
The one thing a Capricorn must always try to do is balance work with play; otherwise they can become too one-sided and work can replace true personal emotional fulfillment. Continually climbing the eternal mountain of success, Capricornians rise to the occasion when faced with a new task or deadline. Even if something comes to a grinding halt, their ambition to reach the ultimate keeps them moving forever onwards and upwards (prompted by the strict influence of ruling planet Saturn). Although conservative and cautious, Goats are willing to try unusual approaches on their road to success in business or in love. Romantically, they desire a permanent relationship with someone who'll give them the affection they crave (and often neglect to give themselves!)

I AM ALLERGIC TO:
Celestyn is actually allergic to a couple of things. He's allergic to dust in high quantities, It means that everything needs to be exceeding clean for him. He's not OCD about it, but even in his flat where he lies alone, he keeps it incredibly clean, knowing that he could die if the dust is in too high quantities keeps him from letting his apartment get too bad. Celestyn is also a little allergic to latex. It means that he has to buy certain specific items to avoid having a reaction. it's not a terrible reaction that he suffers but it makes his entire body come out in a rash and Celestyn would rather not have a rash over his entire body.

BASIC PERSONALITY:

------------------------------------------------------------
What is broken is broken ,
rather remember it as it was
------------------------------------------------------------

WAND:
Black Walnut/Maple Wand 12 3/4 Essence of Silver Thistle

WAND DESCRIPTION:
The best word to describe the energy of this wood is introspective. It is not for those with flights of fancy, but rather for those who seek to explore their own personal energy and the here and now. It is good for blocking out emotional energy so that one may focus upon the task at hand.

THOUGHTS ABOUT WAND:
He's always liked his wand. He got it from the magical section of Helsinki, it took him and my dad forever to find, and buying the wand itself took forever. None of the wands seemed to work and the owner had a pretty open policy about it. Which was why he was able to spend just so long in the store. The owner spent a lot of time with Celestyn helping him find his wand, and when he did finally get it, Celestyn would honestly say that it was the most incredible thing he had ever held in his hands. It was smooth and perfect. The right length the right weight, just about everything about it was perfect beyond belief. He loved the core and everything about it. He had just stared at it in awe throughout the rest of the day.

SCHOOL:
Celestyn never went to a proper magical school. He was supposed to go to Durmstrang, but then his dad took a turn for the worse and got really depressed. Since it was just the two of them living together and Celestyn decided that he just couldn't his father alone. So, he decided to learn from home, learning mostly from the books without tutors between going to normal muggle school. It was a little hard and Celestyn spent many long nights reading through various tectbooks trying to get on top of the work and learn it all. His father helped in some areas and made sure they got special permission from the government to be able to preform magic in the flat. Part of that agreement meant that Celestyn did also have to attend muggle secondary school in Finland. Which he hadn't thought he would have to do, but in the end thinks that it was really the best decision for him. It meant that he was very busy a lot of the time between all of the work, but he got to help look after his dad and learn magic so he was pretty happy. Celestyn doesn't think that he missed out at all by not being able to to go to Durmstrang, he thinks that homeschooling, though it didn't work out quite how he'd imagined it would, was still perfect for him.

<SIZE size="50">FAVOURITE CLASS AND WHY?:
Well, for Celestyn on the magical side of things, he always enjoyed Charms, it was interesting. He knew being able to do things that helped out around the house would be useful with his father. He always thought the spells and everything were pretty neat so he was always keen to try them. They went wrong often, but Celestyn worked hard and did become pretty good. As for muggle class for Celestyn it would have to be Finnish, which is very like English is in english speaking countries, where they were able to write their own pieces read novels and things like that, considering that Celestyn always wanted to be a writer it was really the perfect thing for him. He always did really well in the class and his teachers always called him a star pupil. It was really the only muggle class that he really excelled in.

LEAST FAVOURITE CLASS AND WHY?:
He always hated doing History of Magic. He likes history as much as any other person, but, just found it really dull. Especially since he was largely learning it on his own without any guidance of any kind and all he had to do was read through the different books and stuff. It got pretty dull after a while and really there was so much for him to cover during it. It was always the one class that sent him straight to sleep. In Muggle school, that was Chemistry, easily. Despite being pretty good at Potions, Celestyn could never figure out Chemistry, he just it didn't come easily to him in the slightest, he was really glad about it.
