Caysi walked across the lawn. It felt soft and squishy between her feet, since it had rained yesterday. She sighed and took a deep breath of fresh air. It was going to be soon gone because the winter was coming. She liked winter as much at the next person, but it just bothered her for some reason. She made her way across the lawn to the garden. It made her peaceful to look at the flowers and just smile. She waited for Sakura to come and join her.

Sakura smiled as she made her way across the lawn to Caysi, she had made friends with her recently and had totally enjoyed her company.
"Hey Caysi how are you today?" she had worn her sweater as the days had turned slightly chillier. Being used to this weather she did know that she would miss the beautiful sunshine, the glowing heat that it had gave. Scotland was alot of things but warm was not one of them.

Caysi smiled. " Hey Sakura! I'm doing really good! How have you been doing?" She asked zipping up her sweater, indeed it was cold. " It's getting really chilly out here!" She laughed.

"Good actually surprising enough, fitting into the classes fairly alright. Though some of the accents are still a little strange to get used to" she smiled wrapping her arms around her waist as she walked along.
"What have you been up to today?"

Caysi nodded." Yeah, you just have to get used to them." She giggled. " Just been hanging around with my boyfriend, I'm just worried that he's going to get hurt in this competition." She said softly. " How about you?" She said changing the subject.

"Your boyfriend is in the competition?" Sakura looked at her, the only boy she knew that was going any further was Cameron Kingsley. Saks didn't actually know him just remembered his name. He was the Durmstrang champion, could Caysi really be going out with him already? That was sure quick, then again they were all hormonal teenagers.
"Do you mean Cameron? He's your boyfriend? Do you mind me asking how long you've been together, I know its none of my business right"
Sakura shoved her hands into the pockets of her robe and shrugged.
I hope she doesn't get offended by that.

Caysi nodded. " Yes Cameron, we've been going out for about 3 months, he's one of my best friends brother." She said making it a bit clearer. " No, it's alright." She giggled.

Sakura looked at her wide eyed and with concern too. She would feel the exact same way if Noah had been chosen of course he wasn't her boyfriend any more but she would still be worried for him.
"I so wouldn't blame you then for being all worried, how is he about it all? Probably taking it in his stride huh?" she smiled but her eyes still empathised with Caysi, it really couldn't be easy at all. Perhaps this was what her parents and grandfather had kept going on about when they hadn't wanted her to sign up.

Caysi smiled. " He's doing alright about it, he's not the one worrying." She said. " I am." She pointed out. " Have you ever had the feeling that you love something so much you can't let it get hurt?" She asked. " That's how I feel right now." She said.

Sakura knew what she meant, she felt that protective over her family no matter how much they smothered her in their overprotective shroud, she felt that way about Isabella her bestfriend and she had once felt it for Noah. Of course it was all different now but did that mean her feelings for him had changed? In the two years they had broken up she had still ran to his side when he had gotten hurt at a quidditch game, she had still stuck up and defended him would she still do so now? Would she still care enough to? Sakura couldn't answer, the only conclusion in her mind was that she would have to wait and see, if anything were to happen to him. Would she run to his aid or hold back and let Asher get on with it?

"My mother would call it a 'woman's lot in life'" Saks smiled at her as they strolled along, "I would stand up and defend my bestfriend with my life. She's the next best thing to a sister I have, two peas in a pod. I think my family feel that way about me, I just keep throwing it back in their faces though. My coming here for example, they didn't want me to come but I did anyway. The very thought of me getting chosen is terrifying for them and yet I put my name forward. They're delighted now of course but they won't be able to breathe properly until I am actually back on English soil."
