Can't sleep

[Faith Lovelight]

Faith could not sleep tonight, for some reason, and knowing it was midnight did not help, she leapt out of bed, she might aswell go and do something, after all she wasn't actually going to sit in bed all night awake, picking up her wand she quietly walked out of the common room and walked down the stairs, raising her wand "lumos" a small glow emitted from her wand as she approached the second floor corridor.

Elizabeth was usually one to try and follow the rules, but tonight she couldn't resist exploring the hallways. She decided to go down to the second floor corridor, since she had never been there before. It was said that the paintings were fun to talk to.

Inching her way along the corridor, Elizabeth was surprised to find another student. They looked about the same age. "Hi," she said quietly, her voice made even softer by the snoring of certain portraits.

Faith jumped at the sound of a voice, she turned around and sighed in relief, it was a student, if it was a professor she might of died. "Hi, erm my names Faith" she smiled, a little awkward introducing herself in the middle of a corridor at night.

"I'm Elizabeth," she replied. "Are you a first year? And what are you doing out here at night?" She looked at Faith curiously.
