Daisy felt like she was being sent on a wild goose chase. Finding students over Hogwarts was sometimes usually a pain in the butt. Especially when it was someone you didn't know, in a different house and a different year. But Daisy didn't mind, it meant she got to see the school more and meet new people.
Daisy was pointed in the direction of who they thought Sapphire was, so Daisy approached the girl with a smile on her face. "Hey! You're Sapphire?"

Sapph jumped a bit as a voice she didn't recognize spoke up behind her. She turned, black hair falling into her eyes. She blew at it in annoyance, a little cautious at being singled out. "I'm... Yes?"

"Yasss" Daisy congratulated herself, doing a tiny fist pump in success of her hard work. "I have a present for you!" She exclaimed, presenting her with the Candy Cane and the note. "Well, it's not technically from me, but I think I got to do the fun part." Daisy stated.

I heard this was a thing, and I instantly thought of you.
You know, because you like candy and you're SWEET. Bahaha!
Merry Christmas!
From: Oliver

Sapph's eyes widened when the older girl offered her the treat. She had sent some herself, sure, but it had never occurred to Sapph that she might get one herself. She could only think of two people who would do something like that.

"Um... thanks..." Sapph said, hesitant. She wasn't sure how to feel about it, but she took the offered treat anyway. She popped the candy in her mouth and unfolded the note, one question in mind- red or yellow?

Daisy grinned as the girl took the Candy Cane, happy that another delivery was a success. "You're welcome!" She exclaimed, standing for an awkward second. "Well - goodbye!" She sang, before turning around and skipping away.

Sapph smiled at the girl as she skipped off. She read the note and then snorted. She was rather pleased at the thought that Oliver thought about her at all- aside from when she was actively bothering people she had always suspected that she faded off, like a cloud on the horizon.

She pocketed the note with a soft smile that no one would ever see and went about her day.
