Can I confide in you?

[Jaden West]

Jaden had a sleeping bag, a flash light, and munchies for her and Vanessa night out. She was beginning to confide in the girl as each day goes by. To the point Jaden wanted nothing but to spend her entire day in hogwarts, spending some time with Vanessa. To Jaden she was nothing more than a good friend, she pretty but Jaden didn't find her more that in that way. Even if Vanessa didn't know, but tonight Jaden was going to tell her. The only girl in this school to know her secret, will only be Vanessa.

 

[Vanessa Parker]

Vanessa had gotten all the things that she needed for the night out with Jaden. She was glad that they were able to be good friends after the bad first meeting. She brought all of these things to where they were supposed to meet. She spotted her friend immediately and walked quickly to where she was.

"Hi," she said, smiling. "This is gonna be so much fun."

 

[Jaden West]

"Hi Ness" Jaden greeted her friend, her bag fill with her stuff flung over her right shoulder. "Sorry this was short notice, I just felt like spending the evening out tonight" since the Dungeon wasn't her favorite place in Hogwarts. She find that Nessa was so lucky to live above the dungeon grounds. Anyone who love to live down there were mad. "Ready to enter the forest?" Jaden took her flash light out, her wand was in her bag. She didn't need it all the time, but decided to be safe for once. Least Lily wouldn't get to her tonight, someone had said she already fallen asleep, which was good for Jaden.

 

[Vanessa Parker]

"Yup," Vanessa said. "I'm ready. You know, I've never actually been inside of the forest before. This will be my first time."

She knew that a lot of the students had gone in to the forest before. She wasn't one of them.

 

[Jaden West]

"Mines as well, I never wonder what's inside but for now guess its my chance" Jaden smile, her face enlighten by the adventure they might encounter. "Did you get what your needed?" Jaden walk forth, lifting her leg up as she stepped over a log. "Actually sort of happy its nice out tonight. I haven't had a peaceful night quite like this" she beam over at Nessa, she was her first company anywhere in this school for a long time. She hope they have many nights like this, just having fun as friends.

 

[Vanessa Parker]

Vanessa nodded and gestured to her backpack as if to say "It's all in there".

"It really is nice out," she said, walking with her friend. "So, what do we talk about first? I've never actually gone camping, either..."

It was true. Many people had, but she hadn't. Her parents had always been too busy and her friends didn't like the outdoors as much as she did. Wynstelle had wanted to, but when they had started to plan it, Vanessa had gone off to Hogwarts. She was glad that she was able to do it eventually, though.

 

[Jaden West]

"I'm not sure but we could just wonder around a bit than set up for the night" Jaden held the flash light towards Nessa. She had marshmallows, grand crackers and chocolate stuff in her bag. Jaden knew how to make smores, and it was her favorite snack. She hope Nessa would like it, her flash light not pointing towards the forest again. "Nessa? Do you think the boy that die....maybe we should settle right hear its not to far into the forest and the school just that way" why did that cross her mind anyways. Why would she be thinking about that boy, Jaden shudder and set herself on a stump. She began taking her stuff out, and was about to collect woods to start a fire up soon.

 

[Vanessa Parker]

Vanessa nodded as they kept on walking.

"That sounds good," she said. "I've always wanted to go camping. I've heard it's great fun."

 

[Jaden West]

"This spot is good?" Jaden put her stuff down and relax on the stump. "So do you want to set up a fire or something? Not really good at it, but I suppose we can give it a try" Jaden spoke already picking up sticks for the fire. She was going to do a tippy fire, that should do it. She settle the woods into a small tippy and took out her wand to conjure fire, it was simple but she would have much used a lighter instead.

 

[Vanessa Parker]

Vanessa nodded and set down her backpack as she kneeled on the dirt.

"So, what can I do to help set up camp?" she asked. "I don't know much about camping but I must be able to help with something."

[Sorry if my replies in the next few days are crappy, I lack proper food because of Passover]

 

[Jaden West]

"How about you set up the tent and I can get the smores going?" Jade offered. Being nice was becoming something natural to Jaden, she didn't even notice the change in behavior and just let her old self come out of nowhere. She was still experimenting like she had been doing back in Maine. Now in Hogwarts she was doing more experience with potions and spells. Figuring out new ways to enchance her magic, even if she dislike some aspect of being a witch. She didn't mind experimenting, it was part of Jaden.

 

[Vanessa Parker]

"Okay," Vanessa said before walking over and taking out the tent.

She looked at the instructions to help her. She had never set up a tent. She figured it out and after a lot of mistakes and a few minutes, it was up. She made sure it was all done correctly and then went back over to Jaden.

"Wow, that was a lot harder than I thought it would be," she admitted with a smile. "Real smores! Roasted over a campfire. I've only had microwave ones. This is going to be so much fun!"

 

[Jaden West]

It only took a few minutes for everything to set up right. Jaden had smores orbiting over the camp fire. The chocolate, marshmallows and gramh crackers were sticking together at a instant. You can see it sort of mushing before Jaden set them up on a platter and handed some over to Nessa. "I know this is exiting! My parents would probably drop dead if they knew what I'm doing right now" Jaden chuckle. She grabbed a piece of smores of her own and chewed on it little by little. She was cautious at how hot it was and it may burn her tongue a little. "So Nessa? Know any scary stories? I'm sure I have one that might scare the living pants out of you" she smirk, thinking already of bloody Mary.

 

[Vanessa Parker]

Vanessa thought for a minute. She hadn't heard any scary stories before.

"I don't know any," she said, taking a little sandwich of sweet goodness. "I'd like to hear that one."

She nibbled the sweet sandwich, being careful not to burn her tongue. It was delicious. A lot better than the imitation, microwave ones.

 

[Jaden West]

Jaden set the plastic platter that held their goodies of smores spread out. She took a hold of the flash light and place it underneath her face as she spoke. "Well the story of bloody Mary is quite a interesting tale. You if wonder what happens when you look yourself in the mirror and for some reason there streaks doing down the mirror. This story is rather thrilling" Jaden stood up and walk over the fire, pacing back and forth before she spoke. "Bloody Mary was a witch that harvest the souls of young children. Anyone who knew her, anyone in the village made sure never to walk or cross the woman path. One day an orphan happen to travel to see the old woman. The child had no place to go, the child went to Mary. The child disappeared and the townspeople suspect Mary right away. They wanted Mary dead, they killed the old woman with knives and beat her with rocks till her face was disform . That night Mary cast a curse on that very town. She never left, more children were disappearing. Everyone was confuse had they not killed the old hag? They thought so but they were wrong. Every time a child was left in the bathroom and the lights were off. If you flush the toliet once, it was to late. Mary was already in the mirror waiting for you and when you saw her. You saw the disform face of bloody Mary" Jaden sat back down again after telling the story. "Legends say if you flush the bathroom 3 times you can here the merciful cries of bloody Mary" that was the end of it. Jaden laugh, it was funny to her but it was a muggel story. There was far more worst thing than a old fable.

[Sorry for the delay, I was putting off reading the creepy story. Lol. I get scared easily.]

Vanessa shuddered slightly as the story was told. She knew it wasn't true, but she was still a little scared. Was this what people did when they went camping?

"Wow," she said after eating a bit more of her smores. "Nice story. These smores are great, by the way. Microwave ones aren't nearly as good as these. I guess it's better with the whole camping experience." She laughed nervously, then wished she hadn't given away the fact that she was scared. She knew that Jaden was her friend, but Vanessa hoped she didn't think she was scared of everything.
