Sapphire had been confused when she woke, a bit disoriented, but otherwise, she was fine. At least, until she had been told what had happened. She was furious, ashamed, indignant. What had he been thinking? The old hag had wanted her. And now Onyx- her Onyx- might not wake up.

Feeling sick, Sapphire slipped out of the room, taking her hood and pulling it up over her hair. If they thought they could keep her in some bed, they were wrong. She hardly noticed as she shoved past a group of people in the hall, making her way to a nearby exit and kicking the door open. She slammed it behind her, feeling overwhelmed in the worst way. She needed to hit something. Hard.

There was so much going on right now, and Mordred was going to just go with the flow. He did not expect to be worried about Sapphire so soon after the school year ended, but at least he kind of learned how to use a phone? While he did not enjoy the experience, it had been a fated one because now he was on his way to St. Mungo's with Leda and some other guy, and he was quite flustered. When the group got close to Sapphire's room, the girl was storming out. "Sapph!" he called out to her, and he chased after her. He managed to slip through the door before it slammed. "Sapph? You really need to get back to the room. I don't want you to, like, die or something." he said. t was not until he had already spoke that he realized that may have not been the best thing to say. "I mean, I'm worried. Do you want to just vent? You can yell as much as you want?" he suggested as he fiddled with his hands. He could tell she was mad, so he was not going to even attempt to touch her. He wished he could hug her though. Mo never liked seeing her sad.

Leda had been talking to Mervyn about things completed unrelated to why they were here. She'd been shocked of course to find out that Onyx was in hospital; she'd only spoken to the Gryffindor once before, but it was Sapphire they were here for most of all. Leda knew what it was like to have lost a sibling, and with Zennon also going through his own family trauma's, she'd accepted an invitation to come down and see the twins. She barely noticed when someone barged straight past, although glanced up to see a flash of brown hair fly past. It was Mordred that was the first to respond, running down the corridor after her. He would have made a fine Chaser. She slapped Mervyn on the arm, heading down the corridor after the Slytherins, too late to head outside before the door was slammed. Leda's slowed her pace as she reached the door, opening it and pushing through to hear Mordred talking to Sapphire. She wouldn't have been sure it was her if he hadn't spotted the prefect first. It didn't take a genius to know that Sapphire was angry, and Leda could relate to that. "Sapphire! He's okay." she said, eyes fixed on the Slytherin. Onyx was still here, and even if Sapphire could only see the worst in the situation right now, Leda had to remind her than Onyx hadn't actually left.

Mervyn hated that he didn't want to be here. His ex-girlfriend could have died, and all he could think about was how awkward it was going to be to see her again. He hung a little behind Leda and Mordred as they made their way down yet another corridor. He had never been inside St. Mungo's before, and he was beginning to wonder if he would ever get back out.

Suddenly a door burst open up ahead. The sight of Sapphire gave Mervyn a jolt, and not in a good way. It felt like someone squeezing his insides. Then she was gone again. Mervyn seriously considered turning around and leaving. It wasn't too late; she hadn't spotted him. But he had no idea how to get back out, and the thought of getting lost in the hospital without Leda scared him more than seeing Sapphire. So he followed. Still, he hid behind Leda, deciding it was better to let her and Mordred do the talking. They were less likely to make things worse.
