Woody leant against the shop wall and looked around the passing faces. He was bored stiff of home and everyone was acting differently. He hated it and wanted to stay as far away from there as possible. That was difficult when he had a mother who had just given birth to his baby sisters. He exhaled his breath and put his hands in his jeans pockets. He just wished everyone would brighten up a bit. Then he would actually be able to stand being in the house. Woody shrugged and continued looking round at the passers by. He also needed cheering up. He just didn't know who could do that until his family cheered up.

Maya was visiting Hadan again, he was still going over his wedding plans. It still was a shock to her that one of her friends will be getting married soon. She was glad that he was happy, and he was able to find someone as Kasey Carla. From what Maya could see she sounded like a lovely girl. Striding the busy walkways of Brightstone village, Maya was heading towards the three broomstick. When her eyes adjusted to someone familiar who was posted straight ahead. Maya lips broke out into a radiant smile, as she passed in front of Woody and shouted out a tease. "Hey greaseball.." she chuckle as she stood just a few feet away, her hair blowing with the slight wind occurring. "Haven't seen you around. What you been up to?" she asked him, brushing her hair to the side, that way it wouldn't slipped inside her parted lips.

(Sorry. I don't have time to go on Woody.)

Woody turned his head when he heard Maya's voice. She looked as beautiful as she had done the last time he had seen her. Maybe more. "Heya. Same old same old really. My dad died not long ago so mum's having to get over that and so are most of the people in the family but that's about it really." He shrugged as he smiled down at her. "What about you?? Been up to anything interesting or have you been stuck in the shop??" Then he remembered the conversation he had been having with her the last time they'd met. "Have you found a place for your amazing new shop to open??"

Maya frown, another death. Seems like everyone was losing a love one these days. "I'm sorry about that.." she didn't know what else to say. "Hope your mother holding up well..." Maya spoke with sympathy something she not aware of ever doing, well at least that she've notice. "Yeah been busy in Salem. My moms been looking around for the next location now. My dad Allen should be getting out soon." she try to smile but the bad news of his father passing away still stayed in their present for a while. "I'm actually just here for my best friend wedding, he's getting married next weekend. Sort of weird in October, but he was always infatuated with Autumn.." she smiled as she spoke about Hadan.

(It's probs going to take me a while replying. I got a lot going on with other characters at the moment.)

Woody smiled encouragingly. "I'm ok with it. It was bad when it first happened but that's behind me now. It's not like I can change what's happened." He shrugged. Woody had been close to his dad but he wasn't the kind of person to dwell on the past. He preferred to keep moving forward. "Mum's taking it the worst but there's some other bloke from mum's past come into the picture and he seems to be doing a good job of cheering her up. I think she's going to be ok." Woody hadn't met Ash yet but he'd heard what had been happening and decided to leave his mum to pick her own friends as this bloke seemed to be nice. "I hope the wedding goes well. Are you a bride's maid or anything like that??"

(Its okay)

Maya wasn't judgemental but when she heard of someone come into the picture so quickly, she made a face of brief disgust. Not that Woody father hadn't sounded like a family guy to began with in the first place. "Anyways" she muttered before a smiled creeped up by the corner of her lips. "I missed you, must be why you haven't been around the shop" she pouted. Maya dismissed the discussion about his father death because Woody didn't seem the type to dwell on the past or lost she thought. "I won't be around here much I had enough of New Zealand" she rolled her eyes playfully.

"I haven't had much of a chance to get out the house." Woody smiled. "Mum's been a bit of a nag because of stress. She gave birth just after my dad died. I now have two more baby sisters." Woody loved his little sisters and tried to help his mum with them as much as possible. Kids was something he wasn't great with but he always tried his hardest. "So in other words, you've had enough of seeing me and to avoid seeing me, you're staying away from New Zealand." Woody joked.

"Your so lucky! And no that's not what I meant" Maya sighed nudging Woody. "You should come with me to the wedding" Maya smiled as she rest her hands on the collar of Woody shirt."No I'm not the bridesmaids, just a guest for my best friend wedding" Maya smiled. She realise that she was holding onto Woody collar and let go immediately, a tinge of blush rising from her snow white cheeks. "Sorry I am..." she stutters a little uneasy. "I'm not good at this" she laughed uneasy, "Making friends and than some" Maya looked down playing with the skin in between her hands. "I guess I'm not like most girls" she shrugged.

"They're missing a great bride's maid." Woody grinned cheekily. "I'd never turn you down as a Bride's maid." Woody shrugged and grinned at her next comment. "That's what makes me amazed about you though." He put his hand on the side of her cheek. "You're not like most girls. Whoever said that was a bad thing. In my opinion, it's a great thing."

Maya blushed not being able to contain herself anymore. Rocking herself to lean froward, she felt her lips
kissed Woody fully without holding back. She wasn't sure what she truly felt for Woody, if he was someone she can fall for or just
someone she can grow to be the closet of friends. It takes a lot for Maya to fall in love with, even with little less experience she was unusually prepared to figure out who what she really want in life. But at the curtain moment she was terribly failing, her instinct were taking control. Maya felt her arms laced all around Woody back, pulling him deeper into a kiss..not wanting to let go.

Woody was surprised when Maya kissed him. He hadn't been expecting it at all. He liked it though. His arms slid around her and held her close. He didn't want to let go. At least not yet. He wanted to make this last. Before, he hadn't known whether he had actual feelings for Maya or whether it was just his mind playing tricks on him because she was a pretty girl. Now he knew. He loved her. He rubbed her back with his hands as the kiss got deeper then he stopped. He regretted it the minute he did it. "I wasn't expecting that." He smiled. "I'm glad you did it though."

Maya blushed as she stepped back. "Yeah I know but if you do the unexpected you never know where it would lead you to" she chuckle nudging Woody. "Your a great guy, anyone would be lucky to have you Woody" she smiled genuinely, taking a breath of air as she do. "Do you want to walk with me for a while?" she asked him, her face still holding a shade of crimson blush. "Never hurts to walk for a while" she chuckle again.

Woody smiled and put his hand in hers so they could walk together. "Why not??" He started heading of in any direction. "Just so you know, you're the lucky winner of this great guy." He grinned cheekily. "'Cause you have me on a hook and there is no way I'm getting off." Woody wasn't lying. He didn't want to leave her. She was amazingly beautiful and had the personality to match it. Woody didn't know any girls like her. That's why he had spent his whole life flirting instead of commiting. He had never found the right girl.

Maya felt his hands grabbed for her, she didn't bother to push him away. This time she held on and squeeze his hand lightly as she walked ever so close to him. "So what are you trying to say?" she asked him already knowing the answer as she withdrew a unsteadily breath of air. "You are trying to tell me something are you not?" she grinned her hair again getting in her way again trying to look at him while she walked with him. She felt her heart rise from her chest than down again while she tempted to count in her head to calm Maya a little down. "If your saying what I think your saying than you better be prepared..."

Woody laughed. He stopped walking and stood in front of Maya, gently pushing her hair out of her face. "What os it I would need to be prepared for??" He was curious as to what her answer was. He couldn't think what it was that she had in mind. He found her to be very inpredictable but then that was yet another reason why he liked her. He never knew what she was going to do next and he loved the surprise he got when he found out exactly what she was doing.

Maya couldn't think what to say, she was spellbound by the way he was touching her hair. "Just a warning Woody" she finally said looking away with a sad smile. "Not many see what I see you know...other label me different" not that Maya ever cared what they said about her. She always kept herself high up, even if words were always going around about the Salem girl. Lately she hadn't been much to talk about anymore. Now that school was done for her and everyone in Salem basically know Maya she didn't care what anyone would think...but she did care what Woody would say. "Its nothing" she looked back at him and smiled. "So where does that lead us?" she asked nonchalantly, poking his nose this time.

Woody frowned slightly then his face lightened again. "I have no idea what you're talking about but I don't care. I'm fine if you don't want to talk about it and if you do want to talk then I'm hear and I'll listen." He held her hands softly and stroked them with his thumbs. "I love you." It was out now. He couldn't take it back. He didn't even want to. He was glad he had finally said it. The amount of times he had wanted to say it but had stopped was uncountable.

Maya stood shock unable to comprehend what Woody just said to her. At first she looked away, her eyes scanning those passing by the two, eventually she had to look at him again. "You love me?" she question without a doubt that he had actually used these words to describe how he felt about her. Maya smiled as she held his hands with hers again. She didn't have to think twice when she responded back..."I love you too" she smiled. Her lips smooth as they spread for her soft pinkinsh lips to beam right back at him as if he was the whole world at the moment. Maya lean forward and pressed her lips against his again. It felt alluring when she kissed him, she wanted him more than ever at the moment. He hadn't asked her yet but it was perfectly care they both wanted to be with each other. "I can't believe it..." she said almost out of breath after that addictive kiss.

Woody could feel his shell cracking. He had spent his whole life with a shell around him which nobody had ever been able to get through but hearing Maya say those words was making it crack and soon, it would shatter into thousands of pieces. When she kissed him, his arms wrapped round her so he could hold her tight and keep her close. Letting her go wasn't something he wanted to. "You better believe it because you can't hide from the truth." He grinned at her and rubbed his hand up and down her back.He couldn't believe it himself. He never thought a girl as amazing as Maya would actually love him.

Maya smiled widen when he whispered back to her and didn't let her go. She felt divine like nothing in this world can break them apart at this moment. Before she spoke, she nip at the side of her cheek than said it slowly. "So are we destined to be?" she asked Woody, her lips anxious as she waits for a respond. Maya had thought in the end she would have been like her mother Gwen, to run off and marry a muggel. Instead she took another turn in direction and fell for a wizard that had loved her more than anything in the world. Now all she had to know if this was real or not wanting to just know if its meant to be. Maya never wanted to look back from here on and after.

Woody smiled. It wasn't exactly how he would have put it but it was definitely true. "Yes. I am one hundred percent certain that we are." He picked her up round the waist and spun her round before putting her back down again. He was just so happy that he had found the one girl who-some would say-was his soul mate. He had never really believed in the idea but he felt like it was true in a weird sort of way. He just had no other explanation for the way he was feeling. He didn't know how he could love someone so much if they weren't meant to be together-or as Maya put it destined to be.

Maya felt herself being lifted off the ground as she screamed in sheer delight. She never felt so ecstatic and her heart beat racing so fast, she could swear she almost felt it bounce off by the inside of her shirt. "Oh my god!" she nudge Woody kissing him again once he let her go. She was a little frantic but to be lifted like that, it was amazing how one person can feel all at once. "Can't wait to tell Gwen" she smirked while grabbing his hands to continue to walk. "I want to meet your mother" she added at once, a smile saying that she wanted to so badly.

Woody laughed and walked with one of her hands in both of his. "I want you to meet her as well. She's a bit stressy though." Woody knew what his mum was like at the moment with everything that was happening and all. "You can if you want to because she'll welcome you like her own daughter but she's not herself at the moment. I'll just put it that way." He couldn't think of any other way to explain his mother's current behaviour. "Do you want to go??"

"I understand. Trust me I do, well sort of--but I want to go" Maya smiled as she held his hand. "I mean to meet the woman who created you" she shivered than blush looking away. "Well you know what I'm saying" Maya grinned as they continued to walk. Woody never did tell her were he lived, it must be a bigger house than Maya. Being a family of that size she would figure it was spacious, but Maya honestly didn't know much about Woody. All she knew is that she loved him at this moment, she just hope this love would last a life time. "Well you meant Gwen in Salem, so now its my turn" she insisted no matter what.

Woody smiled. "Ok. Come on then." He wrapped his arm around her and put his hand on his wand which was in his pocket so he could apparate the two of them to his house. When he felt his feel touch the floor, he looked up at the house and then back down at Maya. "Here we are." He led her into the house and into the kitchen where he knew his mum would be. "Mum. I want you to meet someone." He kept his arm round Maya. "This is Maya."
