She is the middle child from a comfortable middle class family and suffers from the middle child syndrome, feeling that she had always received unjustifiably less parental attention than her siblings because of her birth order. She has one sensible older brother and a babied younger girly sister who are much more loved by mum and dad. Bobbi is left with the least attention and most irritation.
