Link sat by the benches facing the ocean lines of the Harbor. He didn't know how to explain his action, but he did what he did this summer for Leah Winters. Didn't she complain at how much she hated that woman, and now he was the one to take the heat if he was ever caught. It wasn't a big deal at least to him it wasn't, if she was killed than he would panic. She wasn't though he tempted to wanted to end the pathetic life of Maddiie Hollawarth, but she end up living. Crucio was used that night, along with a strong memory charm that can't be broken unless a very strong wizard was capable of breaking the charm. Val had been the one to cast it, he just sat and watched. But he had been the one to use Crucio, her screams were still echoing in the back of his mind. Link knew what he had to do, go back to Hogwarts till the girl story vanished from the daily prophet, there were other reasons why he wanted to go back anyways. It gave him some time to think, more time to think about his near future.

The Obsidian Harbor was the place to go when Bleak Street was not appealing anymore. To many memories with Link, memories that would overshadow other thoughts, and make Leah scream with indignity. However, Obsidian Harbor had memories attached as well. There was the first date they had, where they had dined at a local resteraunt. It wasn't enough to make the girl upset, but her heart started to get the familiar feeling of annoyance. Wouldn't it be something to come across the man who had made her miserable for the last two days?

That thought ran through Leah's mind, which was why when she did see him she gritted her teeth. It was humorous and perhaps ironic that he was here. "Link?" She asked, hardly daring to believe it. She wondered if her mind was making her see someone that she longed to be with one last time.

Link looked up as he caught the gaze of Leah Winters, not the one he was expecting at the moment though he didn't mind seeing her. "Leah..." he trailed off to say, was guilt finally catching up to him that he felt like he cared for Leah. Or was it just an act, as he deeply stared at her , his gray optics never flicker once till they finally close to blink. "How are you Leah?" he asked her more serious now, his expression stiffed, never one to play games with Leah. She knew never to fall for his flirtatious line, though he was slowly ending those days. Once he was in Hogwarts, he was hoping he will change some aspects of his behavior and bad habits.

It was as if Link was not even aware that he had harmed her feelings. If it was a game he was playing, then Leah could spar with the best of them. "I'm fine." She answered, coolly. He could probably see through her charade, but she would not allow him to know what he did to her had saddened her. "Long time no see, Woods. How have you been?"

Link felt like those words were too automatic for even Leah. He let his head drop as he shook his head slightly without looking up to face her broken shield. "Been alright. Going back to Hogwarts" he wonder if she was aware of what was being said in the prophets. All rubbish of a girl gone missing, and her fiance Alexander Fields was at the brink looking for his lost love. It didn't satisfied him that they didn't just kill her. Link done it often so why did he let her live? Even though causing the pain had been very pleasing for Link, it wasn't enough. He wanted more, maybe before he heads back to Hogwarts he could do a small job in, by himself this time.

That was a shock. Leah's eyes widened, an eyebrow rose into a perfect curve on her brow. "And why are you going back to Hogwarts?" She was completely sure that it was not for education purposes at all. He was not the type to care about school, or at least that is what Leah figured. She for one could care less about that stupid school, and was glad to see the back of it. Link had many things in common with the past Slytherin, and so she was sure he had some other ulterior motive in attending Hogwarts.

Link looked up and read her face completely, yeah he figure she would be surprise just as he was when he decided to return. Link stood up straight unaffected by anything at the moment as he stared at Leah still at an angle. "Sort of going back for many reason." it was a lot easier to go back when everyone around you was new. No past memory linger the school, except the great lawn and of course the forbidden forest. Both Pez and Kirea were gone from the school so he had nothing holding him back once he enter. "The tournament is one of them." still it was his priority to become a death eater, it still was his past and now his future. Link gray iris stared at Leah as if there was something more he wanted to say. Link he had deep feelings for her but now certain events had happen so what is he to do now. He won't apologize that's for certain, Link had done that enough, this time whatever is to happen he will not regret anymore. Tainted or not, he will be true to dark soul.

Leah wished she could go HA! right in in face. Of the many reasons he was going back to Hogwarts, the tournament had to be the lowest on his list. Looking at Link, she got the familiar feeling of light heartness. He made her feel things she had never felt for anyone else, and it angered her. How could she still like him after all of this? "Good luck then. Are you wanting to be chosen as Champion?" She questioned.

"I don't know..." he looked away than grew nearer every step counting as he looked deeply into Leah eyes. "I trust you Leah, you know that right?" he waited for her to express any feeling, but out of all those he knew, Link was certain he could trust Leah even if his life depended on it. "I trust you not to let go Leah even if I did wronged." he hope she understood what he was saying, his lips parted as if he were to savour the taste of cool refreshing water. Only to feel the bitter taste of the aftermath. "Whatever happens, whatever you hear...." he began to say his eyes searching into the light of Leah orbs. "I had a reason." he said his voice dropped to a whisper but cold as ever, his jawline tighten once he spilled the last bit of words.

How could Leah believe what he was saying? He may trust her, but she certainly could never trust him, especially after what he had caused her. She had let her heart go into his hands and he had wadded it up and tossed it aside for a new flame. She felt herself take a few steps towards him. Her mind bid her to stop but her feet seemed not to listen. "You had a reason?" She questioned indignant. "What reason would that be? Did you get tired of being celibate?" She shook her head, frustrated. "I let go once I saw you with another woman."

Link looked down they weren't on the same page. He felt his anger rise in frustration, she obviously didn't know what he was getting at. Just like Kirea, just like Pez, just like Fay. Dammit he thought to himself that's all they ever cared about, and he was always the one to take blame. He looked at Leah as if he had just smelled something so rancid and vile the top of his lips curled up as he shutter. "No that's not what I meant Leah.." he spat, as his cold stare almost blanked out. He felt his fist tremble, as he tried to compose himself well, everyone was just the same. No one was different, and it seem like everyone else were just self-center bitshes that care about what's right for themselves and one else. "Your just like Kirea. Your no different, its all about you right? Did you even think of me when I saved your skin in Bleak street? Did you even thought of going back to get me when I was close to death because of you? Did you..." he was close to curling his fingers to the back of her hair, so that he could at her snotty pretty face. And defile, like he done to Kirea before.

His words stabbed her like knives. He knew exactly where to hit her where it hurt the most, and that was comparing her to other women. "So, I'm just like everyone else?" Leah stated. "You're no different either, Link. I thought you were, but you're not. You expect me to stand by while you use me?" She let out a harsh laugh. "You have it all wrong. So what if you saved me from being hurt? Because I know now that you were just waiting for another chance to do it yourself."

Leah took a step back from Woods, a look of disgust covered her face. "We're over." She paused. "Although, you probably already knew that."

Link let out a laughed, this laugh was wicked not the kind of laugh when your laughing with friends and having a good o'l time. He heard worst before, so Leah words didn't affect him at all. "How can we be over if we never even start it?" he took a step closer as he backed Leah into the side of a shop. A brick wall now was set behind Leah, while Link palms rested in on each side of Leah head. The stone cold bricks walls pressed against his pale reddish palms. "You know very well, as anyone that nothing ever happen between us. And I want to Leah...if I really want to Leah." he lean to whisper in her ear. "I can have you...in most ways you can ever think of my little witch..." he hissed a little his grey optics now locked with that of her own. "So don't give me that bullsh!t..."

Leah's back was now pressed up against a brick wall with Link blocking her escape. Her arms were hanging limply by her side. "Oh please." She began. "You think just because I didn't screw you that we were never something?" She was appalled at Links words. Was he threatening her? "F**k you." She spat, shoving him away from her. Leah stepped to the side, and pulled out her wand. "You will do nothing to me, and if you even try I will kill you."

Link was spat and shoved on by Leah. He shifted back to the sole of his feet, as the so called lover made her immediate threats. Link smirked at Leah, his grey iris never blinking once now that she had that little stick she called a wand in the possession of her hand. "So your going to kill me for a broken heart?" he said his expession fixed on puzzle as he used his hands to motion his amusement. "Thought you was a little stronger than that woman. Now must I label you insane? A crackpot? Shall I submit you towards St.Mungos its just a few steps away." he said coldly. He was pushing her, seeing how far she would go to harm him. Now he really could say she wasn't like Kirea, still a little selfish but this one was seriously special. It made him bellowed out with laughter, just watching her as he paced back and fourth.

Leah laughed aloud. She felt so enraged, the hurt was gone and was replaced by madness. Of course she wouldn't kill Link because of a broken heart. "Don't threaten me, Link." She warned. And suddenly, the site of him angered her further. She was about to go the cowards way out and run, run before she killed him purely out of anger from his taunts. "I hope I never see your face again, because if I do I'll turn it into mush." With that, she turned and apparated, leaving Link alone.

Link watched as she disappeared out of his site. This was the last of it, he had enough of being with anyone for a while. And to think she was the one he could trusted, he never thought with Leah he had to explain his action. With Kirea he had to lie and tell her what she wanted to hear. With Leah it was different, guess not. He scowled as he looked the other way, everyone staring at the ominous boy. One last look up the street and he was gone to. Gone to hell and hopes to never to return.
