Gavin was currently in the library getting ready for a long night of studying. His O.W.L.s were coming up for the first time ever and he was extremely nervous to take them. Beauxbatons had held him back last semester so he could get more practice and studying in before the vital tests. Gavin took a seat at the long tables in the library which allowed for lots of students to sit and study, mostly groups, but for now there just seemed to be one other girl a few seats away. Gavin smiled at her in greeting as he took a seat and pulled out his books. Gavin had only been reading for about thirty minutes when he began to get bored. He started doodling in the margins of his book but soon enough he was getting distracted, even if he had a lot to look over. Luckily he had packed a lot of snacks in his backpack to keep him going throughout the night. He figured since he had already lost his place in his reading he might as well take a break. Gavin pulled out a small bag of crisps and a water bottle. He placed the water bottle down and struggled to open the stubborn bag of crisps when his elbow accidentally knocked over the water bottle and it went rolling towards the girl at the other end of the table. Gavin reached out to try and grab it but it had rolled too far away and he couldn't call out to her for it so he just looked helplessly as it rolled to a stop right by her book.

Isabelle didn't realise how much she hated babies until her half-siblings were born. They were getting slightly older now but they were still quite annoying. On the bright side, Isabelle's motherly skills were definitely improving, especially during the holidays when her step-mother would leave her with them to go to the shops. To be honest, Isabelle didn't mind looking after them until they cried. Babies crying was one of Isabelle's least favourite sounds and at least at Beauxbatons she didn't have to hear any of that. The young girl sat in the library, flicking through a charms textbook for her upcoming exam. She had read the book once before but was now reading it again in search for anything she may have missed. Many of the charms that were in the textbook Isabelle had found quite useful. She had seen quite a few of them around the house but it felt even better to be able to do them herself for her own convenience. As she turned the page, Isabelle jumped when she noticed a water bottle had rolled all the way down the table and bumped into her book. "What in Merlin's name..." she muttered, quite frustrated at such a distraction. Looking up, she noticed a boy near the other end of the table who was looking her way. "I-Is this y-yours?" she asked, holding up the bottle in her hand.
