Kil hasn't been a good boy nor a good student recently. But then again, he was never 'good' anyway, since he has been considered evil ever since he was born. After all he was an assassin, and he has been committing crimes before he entered school. But, he wanted to change, and luckily, he was able to manage his temper. And at least that was a good start. Although, the reason for that was he rarely went out of his room. He just wanted to stay locked up in there instead of wandering around and going to different rooms just to listen to a professor. After all, he could catch up anytime he wanted to. He could just as easily as understand those books, as long as they contained information that are easy enough for him to understand. With an annoyed look, he got out of his room and headed to the Great Hall, looking for something to eat.

He made his way to the big room and took a seat at the Slytherin House Table, and he can't help but feel more and more irritated by the noise his housemates were making. This was one of the reasons he rarely got out of his room, the people annoyed him with their noise. The Slytherin wouldn't be as much annoyed if only he had at least one there whom he knew, although he really hadn't made the effort of introducing himself to anyone and was not about to do it now. He just took a piece of bread and began to eat looking around if he at least had one person he knew.

The call of the hungry stomach haunted Percy. He had been lying motionless on his bed for several hours now. It was a Sunday afternoon which meant no classes whatsoever occurred. He stayed in his room most of the day which was caused by his assiduous laziness. Percy rubbed his stomach with pity. It was sad how lazy he was today. He was not always like this. Percy listened at his stomach as it begged for a bite of a delicious chicken wing. Dozens of chicken wings seemed to be flying right above him. Percy glared at them hungrily and tried to reach them. The moment he touched them, they all vanished. A scowl appeared on the Slytherin’s face. A hallucination was the only explanation for that. Percy rolled his eyes at his asinine action as he recalled it. He didn’t knew how starved he was until that moment. Percy brushed off his scowl and replaced it with an annoyed look as he struggled to stand up. Fortunately, after a few seconds of struggle, he did manage to stand up and put on his shoes. After doing so, he trotted up towards the exit door and walked away.

Fortunately, the Slytherins’ place were near the Great Hall so he did not have to worry about all those insane stairs that welcomed the other houses whenever they went to Hall for some something to bite. Percy smirked when a thought approached him. It was overwhelming to know that the other houses suffered more stairs just to get to the Hall, while the Slytherins simply climbed up a few steps and they’re there. Percy entered the Great Hall feeling hungry as ever. He could smell the tempting aroma of all the food. He rushed towards the Slytherin table and slid on the long chair. The sight of the food made Percy’s mouth water. He quickly grabbed a plate and a spoon and a fork. He grabbed four chicken wings, two slices of baked ham, two hotdogs and a half a plate of French fries. When he was contented on what he saw, he began his attack.

Kil continued to eat the piece of bread that he began devouring a few minutes ago. He had to admit, it was pretty tasty, and it hadn't been that long since he first had a taste of it. Of course, back in his old home, he was only fed meat and only a number of vegetables, as far as remembered. He knew fish, but never actually tasted them and he never knew about bread until he met a boy roughly about his age. He never did see that boy again. It was certainly a disappointment since he found that boy fairly amusing. Yes, he was the first one to not be afraid of him and Kil had to admit to himself that he had gotten a bit softer after meeting that boy.

Kil continued to be observant of his own surroundings and can't help but notice the number of students going in or out of the Great Hall. Well, all he could do now was observe with his eyes since it was too noisy to even use his sense of hearing to listen to a good conversation by others. What caught his attention though, is another boy that had approached the Slytherin table. It was the same boy he met back home. Kil didn't really exactly know his name since all they talked about that time was bread and dough. He decided to approach the boy. "Been a long time, kid. Never knew you were a wizard," he said as he stopped behind the boy, seemingly contented with eating all the food he had chosen. It was a bit weird calling him 'kid' since they were roughly the same age, but hey, what will he call the boy since he doesn't even know the other boy's name?

Percy had always been carnivorous. Not entirely carnivorous, though since sometimes when he’s in the mood, he’ll eat a couple of vegetables. But meat was what he always ate these days. Percy quickly grabbed a chicken wing and took a deep bite. He was so hungry he practically scoffed everything down. He could not imagine he missed lunch. He guessed it was because of his unusual tardiness. Percy poured himself a glass of lemon juice. A seasonal fruit’s juice was just the perfect pair for a delightful carnivorous meal. Percy finished all of the chicken wings in a couple of minutes. He licked his lips, hungry for more. He stabbed his fork on a Hungarian hotdog and took a huge bit. The spiciness and juiciness of the dog itself brought more into Percy’s now oil covered mouth.

The twelve year old Slytherin became oblivious towards his surroundings. He ignored the busy chatter that echoed around him. He was so focused on his food; he didn’t know what was happening until he heard a male voice that seemed to be directed at him. The boy called him a kid which made Percy a little irritated. He raised an eyebrow and turned around and faced the boy. He was surprised to see that naïve boy he met long ago. Their conversation had been about some boring stuff he cannot recall. “Never thought you were one too” He replied suspiciously as he took another bite on the Hungarian hotdog.

Kil didn't have much of an appetite even though he was hungry. He would only gobble up a few, then be contented, but then again, he'd get hungry and eat some more. In their family's line of work, he was strictly guided to maintain his physique and not get fatter over the time he will spend in school. Although, he has to admit at some point that it was fairly annoying. Eat here, exercise there, study here, relax there. Was this the life of a normal student? Guess not, since no matter what he does, he can't be normal. Not in the eyes of wizards, nor the muggles.

The young Slytherin had watched the boy in front of him gobble up almost every food inside. And without thought, a question had slipped his mouth, "Why don't you get fat with all of that?" he said with a confused stare as he pointed at all the food in front of the other boy. It did confuse Kil and he really was curious as to know the answer. "Hmm. Guess there was no way of telling," he said as he looked at the boy with his usual cold stare. Frankly, it was getting tiring for him to not know other's names. With his expression still the same he told the boy, "Name's Killua. And yours?" he asked almost without second thought.

The foods were awesome, as always. It was like eating at a luxurious restaurant for free without having to wash the dishes. Percy finished the Hungarian hotdog in a couple of minutes. He then, made scooped a fistful of French fries and stuffed it on his mouth. He probably looked disgusting but he was so hungry he didn’t cared. He chewed the fries hungrily as his tongue took in the potatoes’ potato goodness and chewiness. Once it was all swallowed, he took an empty glass and a pitcher full of fresh orange juice. He filled the glass up to its’ top and took it, careful not to spill. He drank half of it and put it down. The juice’s fruity flavor sinking down his throat, he took another chicken wing and gave it a big bite.

Percy frowned at his fellow Slytherin’s question. He had once been asked himself that question. It was really weird that he did not get fat at all even if he consumed lots of pounds a day. His oldest sister, Andrea had also experienced and wondered about it. Funny, she thought it was a disease when it was just an inheritance. “It’s because I inherited my father’s build. We don’t get fat easily. It may take us a few years to earn big bellies and get goiter-sized jaws” He explained, his Australian accent filing his words. Percy had not really suspected the boy to be a wizard like him. When they met, he thought he was just an ordinary boy, taking a little stroll on the street. “Yeah” He said as he shrugged. He took another bite on the chicken wing and listened as the boy introduced his name. Percy raised an eyebrow when he heard the boy’s name. It was quite unique and sounded a bit too intriguing and cool at the same time. “I’m Percy” he simply replied as he took another bite from the chicken.

Kil continued to listen as the boy told him the reason why he didn't get fat so easily. And indeed, how the young assassin wished that there was such a thing in there family. But then again, even if it did, old habits die hard. And it would just be as hard to gobble up a lot of food when he was more used to eating from less to none. "The human anatomy is indeed amusing. Along with Genetics? I assume that's what you call it?" he asked a bit unsure. After all, with connection to science, he was only mostly taught about poison and the human body, of which were the most vulnerable to a weapon. But then again, with his stay in Hogwarts, he was slowly but surely learning quite a few things.

Although his eyes didn't show it, Killua continued to watch the boy in amazement as he ate up what seemingly anything he could reach. Even after introducing himself, he just continued to eat some more and it couldn't help but catch the perceptive boy's attention. "Do you do anything besides eat?" he asked with a rather cold voice. It was fairly amusing and confusing at the same time that the boy named Percy just continued to eat and eat and eat and eat.
