If someone was in there animagus form, and they found another person in the same animagus form and they 'did it' and got pregnant then the chick stayed in her animal form for however many months, would she give birth to an animal?

Since Nick is gone, and these types of questions are...sort of not...appropriate or perturbing more or less.

When you transfigure into an animal (an Animagus), they only change their outer appearance. It does not change their genes of what they truly are. Transfigurating is simply changing the outer form, not changing the form itself.
Thus, when two humans transfigure into animals, and had intercourse, it does not make an animal because technically, the genes are still human and thus, the fetus would be human also.

In short: No.
