Winter had finished making tea for his master and now was sewing a sweater for his master to give him as halloween gift. He was very happy to do his master's bidding and was happy to cook good food and serve his master after his mistress's death two years ago. He missed his mistress but he always had liked Master Victor more in comparision to Mistress Runa.

Victor was seated in his comfortable sofa as he thought about his plans of starting his own cafe. He had gone to see Hogs Head and now he had to visit Three Broomsticks so he could finally understand the style of the cafes and resturants in New Zealand and start one of his own. Last time when he had gone to Brightstone village it was full of students from Hogwarts and it made it crowdy and Victor was never in mood of sitting with a bunch of noisy students. When he was a student himself, he had never been noisy or chattery like others of his age.

He went to the kitchen to put his cofee mug and thought it might be a good thing for him to take Winter to the village so he could be in fresh air as he had his elf in the house over a month, the day since he came to New Zealand.

"Winter" he called as he wore his travelling coat on top of his emerald robe that reached his ankles.

"Dum..di..dum..di..dum" Winter hummed as he continued sweing the sweater. He could make it magically but he wanted to show his master how much he cared for him. Just then his master called and he disappeared on the spot and appeared in the hall where his master was wearing his travelling coat. He assumed he was leaving the house and wanted to tell him not to do anything mischeious from behind.

"Yes, Master" he however asked with a bow and looked up to hear his master's command.

Victor turned to look at his elf. Winter was dressed in proper clothes fit for taking him out."We are going out to a wizarding village" he told Winter as he buttoned his cloak. He combed his hair and then continued "Touch me as we apparate because the village is new to you" he explained.

Victor apparated as he got out of his house and appeared the next minute at Brightstone Village. The air here was cold and it blew threw his hair and his cloak flapped around his ankles. He looked around the village and it wasn't much crowded like his last trip but yet he could see some Hogwarts students around the place.

Winter got very happy when he heard his master was taking him out. "Winter promises to be on his best behaviour in the village" he said with a bow. He smiled and wiped a tear of joy that fell on his cheek. He touched master Victor's cloak as they apparated and they arrived in the village that his master had mentioned about.

"Oh Master, the village is beautifull. Thankyou for bringing Winter here" he said as he looked around the place. He read the road sign that said it was called Brightstone. "Master what are we to do here?"he asked Victor still very excited by this new place.

"I have business to attend to and you are to buy groceries" he replied as he looked at a group of Hufflepuffs that passed him and chatted as they did so. Couldn't they build the village far from the school? he thought as he frowned. "Here take this money and buy whatever is needed for the house" he said handing Winter about 20Galleons.

It was a clear spring day,and the sky was cloud free. The birds twittered on tree branches as the students of Hogwarts made their way to Brightstone village.Renesmee was one amongst the hufflepuff group. She was silent and unnoticed. She was thinking about what she would want to do when they reach the village.

She finally decided on having a butterbeer and then going to check out what they called The Borely Mansion. They said it was the most haunted place in New Zealand but Renee was curious as to what could be in there. As far as ghosts were concerned she knew that they could not do her much harm .As they reached the village Renesmee decided that she wanted to get herself a Butterbeer so she thought of going to the three The Three Broom Sticks.
She made her way towards the pub with a group of fellow hufflepuffs. She walked behind them as they chatted happily. She just wanted to be alone somewhere nice and quiet. She saw a man and his house elf standing on the side of the road.He eyes met with the man and immediately acted as if she wasn't looking at him.She did not like the look he gave her.

Victor looked at one of the Hufflepuffs who was looking at him. Do I know her? he wondered then he scolded himself for having such a thought. It had merely been three weeks since he had arrived to New Zealand how was he suppose to know anyone here, especially that person being a student, first year probably.

He looked away and then once again at Winter and asked him "So, is it clear? Don't go buying any unnecessary items" he said with a firm and serious look on his face.

Angelina looked back at the forest path from where she expcected the Hogwarts Student to come to Brightstone village. She felt the cool breeze, blow past her and she felt a bit cold. Her idea of suprising Renee, her niece when she came here for her Brightstone trip seemed to look dull. What if Renee was sick or had homework and she planned not to visit this village? she shuddered at the thought. She had now been standing here since the past twenty minutes as she waited for Renee.

She hoped her plan to suprise Renee would be sucessfull. Angelina was dressed in an orange top, with greyish blue jacket and a greyish blue skirt but yet she felt cold. She rubbed both her hands and then put them on her either cheek, to make them warm but that didnt help. The Borely Mansion, that stood rather towering the whole village caught Angelina's eye. She had ofcourse heard about it. Everyone had said it was hanuted and many who had entred it were either dead or badly injured.

Finally, to remove the scary feeling that was creeping over her she decided to go to the Broomsticks and have a butterbeer. That stuff always made one feel warm and nice. Yes and I can find Renee later, she thought as she started walking away from the forest edge where she had been standing all these minutes.

Just then, she spotted a group of girls and Renee was one amongst them! Of course, she wouldn't come here in school clothes! she thought hitting her head lightly with her hand. She walked slowly and went and stood behind Renee and covered her eyes with her hand. She waited for Renee to guess, of course she knew her niece would guess that it was her because this was the scene that occured when Angelina and Renee met.

((excuse moi but it's supposed to be warm and nice, angel))

Renesmee felt that the street was too crowded. She could hardly move arround without bumping into somebody. She knew that the pub ought to be as crowded but knew that she would find an empty table. As she crossed over to the other side of the street she broke out of the group.

Suddenly somebody slid their hands over her eyes. She grabbed the hands feeling the long and elegant nails probably covered in polish and the soft touch."Angel?"she gasped. She removed he hands forcefully and turned around to see her too-young-to-be-aunt,Angelina."What a pleasant surprise it is to see you here!"she exclaimed with delight giving Angel a hug."You are the thing that I needed."she said confidently. She needed to do some shopping and Angel would help her.

Victor waited for a reply from Winter who seemed to be thinking he didnt know what. His eyes once again lingered to the girl who had been looking at him. He noticed that she had left her friends. Then he saw as the other girl, elder, a graduate perhaps and very beautiful came and put her hands over the little girl's eyes to ask her who she was and then they hugged. Relationships! It's all no use, he thought as he continued to look at the pair. One day the little girl will find someone and leave her or she will do the same, its always betryal at the end.

He looked once again at Winter who was now counting the money he had just handed him. "Winter, what are you doing? Is it clear to you that I dont want any mischiefs?"he asked the elf looked at him with a frown.

Winter was a good elf but yet he was very mischievous. He was thinking if twenty galleons was enough to buy a wand. Of course, no wandmaker would sell him one but he could make a student buy him one. Or he could steal one! All these ideas had occupied his mind and the voice of his master was no longer reaching his ear.

But the second time Victor spoke, Winter came back to his senses and replied "Yes Master, Winter will be a good house elf" he knew he had ment it and now he ought to do it. Winter looked to see what had caught his master's attention. They were too girls, did his master know them? he wondered.

Angelina smiled at her niece and then hugged her, wrapping her arms around her. She slid a strand of hair that was lingering by her cheek behind her ear and then said "I knew you'd like to see me here."

"I thought you might be busy and eventually not come here and my efforts would be a waste but I am glad you came" she said as she gripped Renee by her hand and took her to Honeydukes which was just across the street, the last shop in the street after which stood the Borely Mansion. "You wait here till I say goodbye to my colleague. I'll just be back with Bertie Bott's Every Flavoured Beans, I know you love them" she said with a wink as she disappeared into Honeydukes.

Renesmee couldn't wait to get started. They had lots to talk about and Renee felt that the weekend would not be enough. She walked accross the street and noticed that they were heading towards Honeydukes, hoping that she was going to get a treat. As soon as she was across the street a cold breez blew past.Renee shuddered.

Every Flavoured Beans were her favourite.she was lucky that she had never tasted a foul bean. She was always careful with them biting arround the end to taste them. She hoped that they were going to sit somewhere and talk.

Yet another cold breeze blew past her and it seemed to be coming from behind. She turned arround and saw the Borely Mansion, old and spooky, yet interesting. She had a moment of temptation to go and check it out but after that moment she came back to her right senses. She turned back arround and then she heard it.

It was as soft as a breeze of air and she was sure for a moment that it was her imagination running wild. But the second time it was quite clear. It was a voice that spoke in an unknown fluent language. She knew that it was coming from the house. She could not prevent herself from doing it but she made her way up the slight slope.

She hesistated on the front porch.Maybe it was truly unsafe. She cleared her mind of these thought sand turned the door knob. She pushed the dorr back and entered a dark hall. She took a few steps in and then shut the door lightly. She withdrew her wand and whispered,"Lumos."

Angelina walked into the crowded Honeydukes as she found her way after knocking one or two people, she noticed her friend in going towards the store room with someone. Boy, will she ever change? Angelina thought shaking her head as she followed her friend. "Kate, I am leaving. See you later" she called. She knew Kate had heard her well but now that Kate had found a guy she didnt bother to take her eyes off him.

Angelina once again past between people as they choosed their candies. She paid for a packet of the every flavoured beans and got out of the shop. Once again a starnd of hair had made its way to her cheek and she slid it behind as she closed the door of honeydukes behind her which closed with a jingle.

As Angel looked up at the spot where she had left Renne and noticed she wasn't there she freaked out. She looked towards her left, trying to spot Renne's face in groups of students and turning right she looked through the glass displays to check if Renee was in any of them. A cold breeze came from her right and she saw the Borely mansion and what she saw next made her scream and drop the packet of her every flavoured beans. Renee's leg had disappered in the entrance door of the Borely mansion. "Renee!" she screamed as she ran behind her niece through the broken fence gate towards the mansion.

The mansion was a very haunted place and many people who went in were dead or injured. Why did Renee have to go inside? And now I have to go to save her! Oh Merlin, help me she prayed as she entered the main door of the Borely mansion.

Victor looked up at the sky as he waited for Winter to speak something. When Winter did so, he looked at his elf and then said "Let me show you the grocery area" and started walking across the street. As he did so, once again he noticed the girl standing outside a sweet shop.

Victor walked a bit farther and then he heard someone scream, as he turned behind to see who was foolish enough to scream like this he realised that it was the elder girl. He saw her drop her sweet pack and run after the little girl. Wonder what was that? he thought frowning as he considered the elder girl's reaction very foolish. Never would have Victor screamed in a place like this no matter how much fear there was in anything around. "let's go" he told Winter who like his master had turned around to see what was going on.

Winter had turned to see the little girl going into the Borely mansion and then the elder one following her with a scream. As Winter's master said that they were to go, Winter started shaking as he said "But master..the girls.."he stuttered. In house elfs it was well known about the Borely as well as it was known that a elf had died when it had entered in.

"Master.."Winter said as he took a step towards the mansion. "We must help them" he said gazing at the haunted scary manor that brought goosebumps into him.

Vistor turned to see what exactly his elf was trying to indicate. What did they have to do with the girls? And what would a house do to them? he wondered as he looked at Winter and frowned. "Do we know them? Do we?"he asked angrily as he pulled Winter's ear, something he did to scare Winter.

"Now let's finish our work and head home" he said as he turned but seeing his elf still rooted to the spot he turned and looked at him raising an eyebrow "Do you think the house will kill them?" he asked laughing a hollow laugh. "If it does, what are we to do in that" he said looking at the Borely mansion.

Winter looked at his master horrified. Did he know not? "Master, this is a very haunted house. Many people have been killed inside" he said as his legs started shaking at the thought of those two young girls dying or injured. "Master we must try to save them, for the sake of humanity" he said as he holded his master's hand and tried to pull him towards the mansion.

However, his master remained standing where he was and Winter fell down as a result. "Master let us help them please. Or they will die. The elder girl looks merely a graduate she will not be able to fight the evil forces that dwell inside.

Victor was a bit stunned by the knowledge about the house. He hadn't excpected the girls to run into it. Obviously, the younger girl must have been dared or something in that lines and foolishly entered the house and her sister or whoever she was ran behind her without thinking. The elder girl could have asked for help if she wished but yet women were foolish, he thought.

"Well, it is not upon us to care for foolish women" he said as he started walking away from the Borely mansion. "Let us go, we have no time to waste"he continued as he gripped Winter's hand and dragged the elf with him.

Winter, as a miserable elf obeyed Victor's command and started walking with him. Victor was mostly right and therefore Winter always obeyed him but this time his heart simply didnt agree. He started sobbing, first without making sound but the large tears that dropped from his big eyes made his clothes wet and dirty.

Victor walked, first not realising his house elf was sobbing and later when he did realise he simply walked on not minding poor winter's tears. They were however not very far from the mansion and Victor heard a scream. He looked at his elf and said "Alright I will go to help them" he said and then looked at Winter and said very clearly "but you will stay outside, right here until we return. Don't come in" he said sharply and then ran with speed through the fence of the Borely mansion and before entering the main door, he took out his wand from his pocket.

Continuation in Borely

It was a beautiful day in the Brightstone village and all the streets were crowded with students from Hogwarts New Zealand.Even the shops and pub were crowded.Jacob and his friend Andrew were sitting in the Three Broomsticks but then it had gotten too crowded so they had decided to leave.

Jacob had told Andrew to wait for him because he had wanted to buy some candies since he was out of stock. He made his way towards the sweet shop through the crowds of students. When he was passing the Borley Mansion he stopped abruptly. He was dead sure he head some kind of chanting inside. He was going to open the front gate when the front door of the Mansion opened and a man came out holding two girls. One looked like she could be a graduate and the other one,he realized with shock, was a Hogwarts first year.He knew her barely because she had been his best friend's small sister in primary school. He pushed open the front gate and hurried forward to help the man.

Victor came out of the main door of the Borely Mansion and put the two girls slowly on the lawn. He waved his wand, and water drops fell on the younger girl's face. He had to do this fast, he had to take the other girl and tell Winter to help her as she had rolled down the staircase and was now having very many cuts, blood spilling from all over her body.

Just at this moment, he saw a boy, a Hogwarts student come in through the main gates of the manor. It seemed he knew who the little girl was. It could be great if he did, he would help her to get back to the school while Victor took the elder girl. "Do you know her?"he asked the boy in loud and clear voice, demanding him to answer at that very moment as there was no time to lose.
