alone in the sunset

[Jade Clifton]

There was a slight breeze running its way through Brightstone Village. The tree's whistled in the breeze and the grass was dancing away. As Jade walked along the cobbled pathway, minding her step always just incase she lost her balence she diddn't want to fall flat on the ground head first. She haulted her walk by a large brown tree, most of it's spectacular leaves have nearly fallen off, leaving it brown and lifeless. She looked out towards the burning sky as the sun began to set into oblivian. A smiled crept onto her face as she watched this amazing even unfold. The sky around the huge burning star was turning from orange to pink and all other colours. She loved this time of day more than anything in the world.

 

[Benson Dalburn]

Benson came out of a shop, and crashed straight into somebody.
'Oops. I'm sorry.' He said clumsily, picking up the contents of his bag from the floor. 'I wasn't looking.' He noticed that she had been looking up too, but he didn't point that out.
'Can I buy you a drink somewhere?' He asked, smiling.

A little gasped left Jade's lips as she was knocked into. She looked at a boy picking up the things that had fallen out of his bag's up. She smiled at him, only just. She was in need of a drink and the boy seemed to be ok to her, not that she could say anything yet. She kneeled down shifting her black curly hair out of the way. "Urm ok then, if your buyin." She shot him a quick smile befor staning to her feet. She looked to her right to see that the sun had set now. A cold wind blew again, although she diddnt shiver she was still cold, so the sooner they went inside was the better as far as she was concerned. "So where did you have in mind?" She diddnt know which way to walk in the vast, dark village.

 

[Benson Dalburn]

'Oh I don't know.' He said, starting to walk with her. 'If we pass a cafe, we'll stop.' He paused. 'What's your name?' He smiled, wanting to get to know the girl.

 

[Jade Clifton]

She returned his smile, feeling rude if she diddnt. "My name is Jade, what about you. Personaly i think that you look like a James but i am probably wrong though aren't I?"She let a small and quiet giggle then Began to walk over the cobbled pathway again next to the new boy's side. Her hand were linked in front of her to keep them warm and to keep her occupied.

'Well actually, I was thinking about changing my name to that. My real name's Benson, Ugh.' He laughed. 'You can call me Ben. So Jade...' He didn't know what to say next. He frowned, feeling embarrased, but then laughed. 'Ask me anything.' He grinned sheepishly.

Jade laughed and then thought about what to ask him. This was hard and she couldn't think of anything. She looked down at her feet while she though, then suddenly the most obveous thing popped into her head. She looked back up to the cute boy and smiled. "Ok well this is the best thing that i could think off so dont laugh at how stupid it is. How old are you and where do you live." She looked away embarrased. Her cheeks were begging to turn warmer so that meant that she was blushing.
