Mary Lou hadn't been able to leave the Potions classroom faster. She wasn't someone who would generally run anywhere, she liked to walk to places gracefully, she wasn't the most balanced of people at the best of times and clumsiness was something she tried to hide that she had. But she'd felt like she was back in that Hospital Wing again, airways tightening up, losing control of her body as it fought against her, the way he'd just trivialised it like that, like she didn't matter? She somehow managed to make her way to the Courtyard, open space, grass, trees, nature. This was what she needed to calm down and as she stepped out into the grass, her robes caused her to trip and fall and she didn't even bother getting back up. She stayed, face down, just crying into the grass. She'd thought all of this would be different now. But it seemed people had just found different things to pick on her for and none of it had anything to do with her and everything to do with something she couldn't change. She felt helpless, hopeless and like nobody cared at all. But what was she supposed to do? She was a little girl, in a big world she had no way of understanding. She felt very much like a bird trapped in a cage with no way out. And she hadn't a clue how to fix any of it.

Henry wanted be sure about girl if she is okey. He walked and fined the girl and make sure she is okey. "Hey, are you okey? I just wanted be sure about you!" Henry smiled the girl and walked closed to hear.

Mary Lou could hear someone speaking to her, but she had no current inclination to do anything about their presence. "Pwesgway." She said, trying to let them know that she did not want them around at the minute. She couldn't stop crying and there was no way she was allowing anyone to see her like this. She pressed her face further into the grass as she tried to pretend she couldn't be seen laying there right in the middle of the courtyard grass.

"I understand what you fealing. If you need a hug just tell me" He don't wanted her alone but if she again will be tell him. He just will be going and hoped she find somoune else and be good hands.

"Pwesgway." She couldn't deal with people right now. She needed to be on her own. She wanted to sink into the ground as if nothing had ever happened ever. She should never have come to this school, she wished she'd never broken her mama's special kettle. She wished she'd never accidentally tripped her bully Helen down the stairs, she wished, more than anything, that she'd never even tried Professor Monty's stupid potion.

"I houpe you be ok, have a good day" He say to hear and walked away becouse he just know and hated to this shcool. Mayby that was mistake go hear to and he was sad to about this girl. Henry walked back to shcool and go to sleap. He was thinking go another shcool.

Thorgan had time before his next class so was aimlessly wondering around, there was still much of the castle left to explore and he hadn't had the time to so so. The courtyard wasn't an area he spent much time in but found himself wondering through and saw one of the weird Slytherins making his way past him seemingly walking away away from a girl who had faceplanted the grass. Thorgan wondered if the girl was okay so walked over and instead of standing awkwardly he laid down on the ground with his hands behind his head to stare up at the sky. "What's up butter cup?"

Mary Lou didn’t think she’d been in a position where she’d had to tell multiple people to go away and leave her alone before. Her sniffles had subsided somewhat, mostly because any heavy breathing came with the added bonus of dirt up her nose, but it had yet to make her feel the need to surrender her position. She wasn’t sure what this person was playing at, butter in a cup, but she was too distraught to think of anything to say except her one true solid of a line with “PPwesgway.” It had worked on the other person, at least she thought so. She hadn’t moved her head to check.

Elizabeth has spotted her brother up ahead talking to one of the Hufflepuffs in their year, although she’d face planted the grass and was now just lying there. She wondered if it was a game that Henry had gotten bored of, and wandered a little closer just as a Gryffindor approached too. Once again he may down beside her. Yes, it was a game! Delighted that they were having some fun rather than just spending all their time reading, Elizabeth’s face lit up as she joined them. She didn’t know why the Hufflepuff was lying upside down, by she looked at the pair on the floor, thinking it was about time she got to bond with those outside her house. “Pile up!” She said, flopping herself toward so that she was lying across both the girl and the boy, waving at a few students in the distance in the hopes they’d come and join them. Maybe they would set a new record of how many people high they could go.

Wendall had witnessed one of the Hufflepuffs he recognised fall into the dirt face first, and the fact she wasn’t now moving was concerning. The second year had closed his book and left it on the bench, headed over to see what was going on as a few other students came and went. Wendall was about to call out to her when he watched a third student dive onto the couple on the floor, horrified that they thought she was lying there for fun. Hadn’t she seen that Mary Lou had fallen over? He’d not spoken to her but he recognised her from one of the girls that gave her friend a rose. “I.. I don’t think that’s what they’re doing..” he said, directed to the girl lying on top of the others. He glanced down nervously to Mary Lou who still had her face buried in the grass, and the second year moved round to the front and crouched down in front of her, nervously patting her on the head. “Can you..breath?” He asked, more worried for her lack of oxygen through the amount of grass she was inhaling.

Thorgan had no intention of moving when the girl told him to go away, at least he assumed that was what she had said to him. Before he knew it another student had come out of no where and flung herself onto the blond girl. "Dude what the hell!" He yelled getting to his feet quickly just as a slightly older boy appeared and expressed he didn't think that was what they were doing. "Sharp Detective skills," He muttered as he crouched down beside the girl as had the other boy though he suspected the blonde on the floor would be even less enthusiastic by the prospect of two people crowding around her.

To be perfectly honest, Mary Lou was quite resigned to her fate of being a grass cushion. The only sound she'd made when she'd felt the weight on top of her had been rather like a deeply depressed sigh of resignation. This was her life now, she was forever to be face down in the grass, not really being anything. Apparently no one seemed to care enough about her to help her, so this was probably for the best really. She coughed a little, having swallowed some of the dirt as she'd been sat on, and her face was covered in green and brown smudges from he grass and dirt, and undoubtedly so were her robes and the clothes beneath. She wasn't going to get up, she was gross and disgusting and now she had witnesses. Yes, this was absolutely what she needed today. One hundred percent.

Beau Chamberlin knew nothing of what happened. Of course, he was not in Potions. When he ventured into the courtyard, he saw several people surrounding someone. Curious, the Ravenclaw approached and peeked, to see Mary Lou extremely upset. Beau could just tell that she was miserable and something happened, but he had no clue. Beau tried to squeeze in, to get close to her. The least he could do was show her some support. After all, she helped him wonders in class.

Honestly, Mary Lou just would much preferred to just stay in the dirt and grass where she belonged. Why had that Slytherin boy been so mean to her? She didn't understand. She hadn't said anything to him at all, and yet it was like somehow, her misery was her own fault? It made no sense. Actually, she was just a little bit angry at the whole thing. She had tried to do something really nice for Professor Pendleton and he'd decided to make fun of the fact that she'd almost died in class? It wasn't nice at all! "Levmane."

Wendall ignored the boy that was being sarcastic to him, and continued to pat the girl on the head slowly. She didn't even do much to move, as though she didn't have very much strength left in her. Maybe she was too little to do anything? Wendall knew that one time Mervyn had managed to grab him in a head lock after kicking him straight into the lake, had been a similar incident and he hadn't been able to do much to help himself. Stupid Gryffindors. Except Lysander, he was cool. and Adelaide. Okay well there were some bad Gryffindors. The blonde made a funny muffled noise and Wendall sort of kicked into action a bit. "Get off her!" he looked up to see another student standing around, although he still didn't recognise any of these people from his own classes. He glared at the girl lying on top of her, before standing up and taking one of her feet, began to drag her off the Hufflepuff.

No one else seemed as excited by the idea that they were all just playing a game. She got yelled at a few times but she was still optimistic that this is what the girl on the floor had wanted. Why else would she willingly just lie there? Suddenly she felt something round her ankle, "No! Noooo!" Elizabeth felt herself sliding backwards, and dug her nails into the soft grass to try and anchor herself. "She likes it!" she called out in a bid for freedom. Why did everyone around here have to be so grumpy all the time? Weren't they in basically a massive big playhouse, with magic and art around every corner? It was like having a million brothers and sisters and yet no one ever just wanted to play with her.

Mary Lou had no idea what was happening, but whilst people were laying all over her it was impossible for her to get out of the dirt and grass, though she wasn't really sure that was what she wanted to do either. She resigned to her fate and let out a long-suffering sigh. "Ijssayheden." She mumbled, unsure if anyone around her was even listening to her anymore.
