Hi guys! I decided to create a little adventure game. I forget what they're called but feel free to play through it and comment! If you have time you could also do your own. But it takes forever so that probably won't happen xD Anyway hope you like it.

A bitter gust of wind howls through the cracks of an old wooden shack. The trees outside sway violently, their leaves flapping recklessly. The wind is terrible, rocking the small shack you are sleeping in, however you are tired and badly injured. Your entire body aches as you lie oblivious to your surroundings. Suddenly, a large palm snaps at the bottom of it's trunk, sweeping down and crushing the roof of your shack. You awaken in shock, trying to put the pieces together and figure out how you ended up here. Last night, you had been sailing calmly in a small fishing boat, and after that you could not remember a thing. This morning, you are lying on a dusty wooden floor, a fallen tree blocking your exits and preventing your escape.

Around you, you see several objects. A blanket, an empty flask, an empty rucksack and a pen knife. Pinned to the wall is a note, the handwriting scrawled and written in a hurry.

'I will assume, as you are reading this note, that you are awake. We, have invited you against your will to take part in our game. You are in the middle of an Amazonian rainforest, with a few supplies and no way of contacting anybody. If you can discover the secrets that lie beneath your feet, solve the puzzles we have left for you and make your way to safety, you will be rescued. However, fail to succeed, and you will surely die here.

Good luck.
'

You feel you will need as much luck as you can get. Glancing around you, you must now decide what to do.
Do you:

You grab the flask, blanket, pen knife and note and cram them hastily into your rucksack. Flinging it over your shoulder, you start to kick the fragile wooden walls, breaking out and finding yourself, as predicted, in the middle of an Amazonian rainforest. Around you, you hear the tropical birds chanting. You are sure some of them must be edible, and your stomach is growling.
Do you:
You work hard to create a spear from a wooden branch, however it is hopeless for killing birds. It may come in handy later, but it will slow you down.
Do you:
You hold onto your spear. You now realize you need to gather some clues sharpish or you will never find your way to safety.
Do you:
You head back to the shack, since it is not too far away. Upon returning, you decide to demolish the floorboards after all and search properly. You search the rubble beneath the boards, and upon closer inspection find a small, gold ring. Engraved into the gold reads:

'The sun will reveal a clue, but you are far too low to understand it.'

You feel a little offended by the ring's message, but assume it must mean something more.
Do you:
Upon climbing a sturdy, branched tree, you notice the sun reflecting off a surface in the distance. It seems to be made of metal. You decide to head over there, and a few minutes later you stumble across what had caught you eye earlier. It turns out to be a door. Engraved into the door reads:

'To open me, you must be strong, but get it wrong and you'll be long gone.'

You don't like the sound of this at all, however it is possibly your only hope.
Do you:
You head a few metres north and see another, less scary door made of wood. You push it open and step inside. Unfortunately, there is no floor. You fall over a hundred feet, down into a pit to your death.

Bad luck! Feel free to try again.
As you push the door, it swings open and reveals a long, dark corridor. It smells repulsive, but you are sure it will lead you to something important.
You slowly make your way through the dark passageway, avoiding a stray rat as you try and hold your breath. It seems to go on forever, twisting and turning, until you finally reach a small room. The room is a perfect square, and lining the walls are small windows. In each of these indents are ten small china urns. You groan in frustration as you realize this is another puzzle. You pick up a note in the centre of the room. It reads:

'Each one of us holds something light,
but only one has use.
If you should find the one that's right,
I'd gladly call a truce.
You will be free, if you find me,
oh tiny microphone,
but each the rest holds only pests,
and you'll be forever 'lone.'

You take a minute to contemplate this rhyme. You must surely choose an urn, and inside will be a small talking device with which you can call for safety. However, if you choose the wrong one.. You shudder just to think at the consequences.
You examine the urns more carefully. They have an alternating pattern. One has a moon symbol, the next a sun, then moon and so on. The layout is as follows:

Left wall: (1) Sun moon sun.
North wall: Moon sun moon sun.
Right wall: Moon sun moon (10).

Which urn to you pick?
You carefully pick up the urn, turn it over and hold your breath, waiting for whatever is inside to drop out. You find a small snake in the palm of your hand. With that, the stone door to the room slams shut, leaving you in total darkness. You never see the light of day again.

Bad luck! Feel free to try again.

You carefully pick up the urn, turn it over and hold your breath, waiting for whatever is inside to drop out. You find a microphone in the palm of your hand. You've done it! You yell into the microphone, stand outside and wait for the helicopter to arrive and take you to safety.

CONGRATULATIONS! Let me know if you really solved the puzzle (;
You carefully pick up the urn, turn it over and hold your breath, waiting for whatever is inside to drop out. You find a giant locust in the palm of your hand. With that, the stone door to the room slams shut, leaving you in total darkness. You never see the light of day again.

Bad luck! Feel free to try again.
You stash the ring in your pocket and start your journey through the rainforest. The humidity and heat makes your shirt cling to your back with sweat, and you almost immediately begin to regret trying to walk up the hill. To make matters worse, you soon find yourself knee high in long grass. Oblivious to the danger, you soon find yourself bitten by a venomous snake. It does not take long for the poison to take effect, and you quickly find yourself dead.

Bad luck! Feel free to try again.

As you wander aimlessly through the forest, you slowly find yourself very lost. You have no idea which way it is to the shack, and you have no clues as to how to be rescued. It does not take long before you are wandering through tall grass. Oblivious to it's dangers, you are soon bitten by a venomous snake, and quickly find yourself dead.

Bad luck! Feel free to try again.
You discard the spear, assuming it will weigh you down. Little did you know, you were about to encounter a pack of large, wild dogs. Had you kept you spear, you could have survived. Unfortunately, you were mauled to death instead.

Bad luck! Feel free to try again.
You decide it is not worth quenching your hunger right now, and start trekking through the forest for some sort of clue as to how you will escape. The sun is beating down, causing you to sweat and lose water. You're not sure how much you've had to drink recently, but you should really find a source soon to fill your flask with. As you walk, you come across a small, still river. You seem to remember hearing that you shouldn't drink from water that isn't moving, however you are so thirsty and you don't know how far away the next water source might be. You could be dead by then.
Do you:

You fill up your flask and take some well earned gulps of the water. It tastes bad, but not inedible.
You carry on, alternating between walking and resting. However, a few hours later, you begin to feel very ill. Perhaps that water hadn't been such a good idea after all. It does not take long for the parasites to invade your body, and you quickly find yourself dead.

Bad luck! Feel free to try again!
About ten minutes later, you come across a clear, flowing stream. You fill your flask from the safe water and take some well earned gulps. Refilling it again, you must decide on your next plan of action. Since you do not have any real clues, you stumble blindly through the forest.
Do you:

This ended up taking over 2 hours! The coding was a nightmare. Feel free to post what you found in your urn/whether you did the puzzle right ^_^ I created all of it. (Some of it doesn't make logical sense, but it's a game!)

Up until the riddle with the urns, I was all good hehe! Then I was lost and had no clue, and died a few times :p

I died for looking at another way *stupid* When I finally arrived at the urns I did not get it so I did eeny, meeny, miny, moe and with all my luck I was safe *yay* nicely made!

After I died like, two ways in, I just cheated to see what way was better. No lie. xD
