Walnut Wand 14 1/2" Essence of Vampire Blood
Christopher was bored. He had just finished working his homework. As he was walking along the corridors, he decided to follow his younger sister, Emerald's suggestion earlier this morning to go up to the towers. She said that it was very relaxing there because you could see the beautiful view down the castle. She also added not to bring Crystal though because she may puke at Christopher since she fears heights. Agreeing to this suggestion, Christopher made his way towards the staircase leading up the towers. As the staircase move, Chris was amazed, even though he saw this certain movement happen a gazillion times before since it was his Third Year in Hogwarts as a Hufflepuff student. When the staircase stopped moving, Chris quickly walked by it to avoid any further movements made by it. When he reached the Towers. he was confused at first. It was just an ordinary room, but when he looked out the windows, he was filled with awe to see such great view, and that view almost made his day.

Artemis Jackson felt lonely as of the day. She wanted company and some fun. With all the things that just had happened today, it was quite chaotic. She met a girl who she just bumped into in the fourth floor corridor just a few moments ago around lunch time. For today, she needed to relax by her own self only. Well, it would be great if she had some company with no any bad incidents happening. The Slytherin just came out of the Slytherin dormitories just to change into some clothes so that she can refresh herself. The clothes that she was currently wearing did not show any sign that she was in the Slytherin House. Not even a necklace with a serpent was around her neck, only to be replaced with a necklace that had a heart hanging on it. It was such a nice thing to actually feel the blissful feeling of warm clothes that was cleanly washed by the elves residing at the Kitchens. Artemis walked to the North Tower, knowing that she'd be able to admire the view there. Either alone or with company, it did not matter at all. The Slytherin held tightly on the banister of the stairs and ascended it carefully, making sure that she'd be able to catch her breath. Gladly, the Slytherin took the final step that leaded towards the tower's windows up high from the ground. Her face met the cold breeze that she was longing for the whole day. However, she had spotted a male student, almost within the age of hers and she decided to approach him. She hoped that she would not invade his personal bubble if ever he did not hear her footsteps while going up the stairs. "You came here to admire it too, didn't you?" She grinned at the boy. The boy looked almost like someone she has met before, but she hesitated on asking immediately. It would be personally rude if ever she interrogated something that was out of nowhere. The blonde girl walked towards the side of the boy, so that she'd be able to share the window with him and admire the magnificent view just below them.

Kate was feeling better today, for once her head ache was almost gone and she had managed to get sleep last night because of Stefan's suggestion. She missed him even though she had seen him yesterday but some people you just can't get enough of. She was heading for the North Tower, she was going there a lot more lately, she liked the view and there usually wasn't much people there. When she got there she was surprised to see two younger students there. Kate was feeling lonely so she decided to talk to them. When she walked over she heard what the girl said. Kate smiled "Me too"She said. The view was beautiful and you were sheltered here so the wind wasn't half as cold.

The view was indeed beautiful as Emerald had described it. In his third year here in Hogwarts, Christopher hadn't saw as beautiful as this view before. The clouds were very blue, the trees remind him of home and the sun was as its best like it was every day. As the wind blew up against his sleeves, Chris felt relaxed. By just staying there for a few minutes, he felt like he went here every single day. As he was admiring the view, an anonymous girl approached him and asked him if he was admiring the view too. "Yep. Looks pretty nice", He said. Few seconds after that, another girl came in the room and approached them. She looks a lot older than the other girl. Chris smiled at both of them, he was glad because he knows that soon those two girl would be definitely be added to his friends list.

The blonde Slytherin did not notice to that there was a much more older female right behind her back that just spoke up when she spoke up with a sudden question. Her shoulders slightly jerked upwards in a surprised manner that was completely understandable. Artemis turned back and saw another girl that was obviously older than her because of her prominent cheekbones. She also had a sweet face with such a sweet smile. Artemis knew that this girl was not trying to be pretty, but she was doing it in the whole opposite way. Her looks made Artemis admire it with passion. Maybe in time, the girl here could probably her close friend despite the fact that she is quite a few years older than the second year. Meanwhile, the boy just right beside her contained almost the same features as someone she has met also have. She could not quite recall it, but she knew that this boy was sort of a relative to someone. "Pretty cool huh? Quite a boring day isn't it?" Artemis never indulged herself in this kind of scene. It was obviously a conversation for three people, unless more people would add in to the fun. She added a kind smile while looking on both people, trying to register their facial features just so she'd be able to remember them. Hopefully, she would actually add the both of them to her newly socialized list of people. Well, it was not a real list but sort of a mental one only. Perhaps the others had these kind of rubbish immature things to actually manage. With her own brain to use, she usually takes in the face of the person she meets. Not really the name of the person. Names are usually hard to remember, but their faces aren't.

Kate looked at the other two students and she took a guess that they were in either second year or third year or one was in each. Kate didn't mind being friends with younger students though. When she looked at the boy she noticed that he looked familiar. She knew she had never seen him before she she thought maybe he had an older sister or brother that she had met. When she found out his second name she would probably remember. The girl didn't look in an way familiar though she seemed nice. She smiled when she saw the girls shoulders move slightly when Kate spoke, well Kate had walked up very quietly, she had learned to do that by now because she would always be going ariund the castle at night when she couldn't sleep.Kate nodded "Its is,nothing to do"She said sighing. Kate realized no one else was introducing herself she decided she would start. "I'm Kate,by the way Kate Moon"She said smiling down at the other two. Though she wasn't that much taller, height was not one of Kate's strong points.

Christopher was glad that someone was there to accompany him in a place he was not really familiar of. "It's not really a boring day for me. Actually, I should be working on my homework now but since one of my sisters recommend this place I just thought that maybe I should go for it and now I am here with you guys." Christopher explained himself and at the same time, a reply to the blonde girl's sentence. The brown haired girl looked a bit more older than the blonde so that gave Chris a hint that the brown one is in her 3rd or 4th year in Hogwarts while the blonde was in her 1st or 2nd year in Hogwarts. "Is this your first time here also guys? I mean, girls?" Chris awkwardly asked. He's not really used to talking to girls. Most of the time, he would say something really stupid and humiliate himself in front of them. "Nice to meet you, Kate. I am Christopher Storm" Chris introduced himself as he reached out his hand for both of the girls to shake.

Artemis immediately reflected on what she has done that was extremely fun for today. There was actually nothing to think off and the most difficult part was when she just did her assignments a while ago in the morning before classes started. The blonde was not really tired today, it's just that she was beginning to get sleepy already because of the atmosphere in the air. That is why she decided to walk herself to the North Tower just to relax up there and enjoy the peaceful scenery. The wind up there never failed to keep her company, even though it was just faint. The good part was just it was lovely and pleasant to her pale smooth skin. Her skin was extremely smooth, like expensive silk but it was not sensitive compared to others. "Then your sister has great taste." The Slytherin was not joking when she said that, since she herself loved it up there. Who would not anyways? Only insane people would tell them that they despised peaceful views and they were only eager when it came to different ones. The witch looked at both of her companions and smiled slightly to show politeness in her even though she was a Slytherin. She knew that they could not easily judge her because they do not know that she was sorted in the Slytherin House. Artemis was friendly yes, but she can also bite back easily when it came to her enemies. She had two different faces in front of others and she tends to use the more innocent side of her. The bad side, she reserves it always for those who think they can crawl under her skin to make her lose her temper.

"No. I've been here quite a few times already. More than five times, I bet." She grinned and came closer to them to form a trio. For some reason, she had a feeling that she was the only one different from all of them. Perhaps it was because of her age? No, she thought that was wrong. It bugged her, and she can't get rid of it until she found out. The Slytherin watched as the two students shook hands and introduced one another. Being a Slytherin, she knew that respect was what they give to those who seemed worthy making friends with. And so, respect is what she'll offer. The female Slytherin smiled in return and shook the boy's hand after he shook Kate Moon's. "Meanwhile, I'm Artemis Jackson. Slytherin House." Her chilled hands made contact with the boy's and she let go immediately, after shaking his hand two times. Her grip was soft in the boy's hand, to show that she was feminine enough for a twelve year old. The Slytherin only had a strong grip when it came to Quidditch. That was mainly it, to be honest.

Kate felt the wind breeze though her hair. It was nice to feel cool when every night you felt as if there was a fire burning inside you.She was feeling tired and she rubbed her eyes, she had luckily slept last night but that had been the only night for the past five days. Those nights she had usually just ended up being frustrated and just sitting there watching the sunrise. It annoyed hr to no end because she really wanted to good in school and she could do her best because she was falling asleep half the time. This was just unfair that she couldn't sleep at night but she was able to during the day?Kate didn't know what was going on in her body but it was messed up anyways.

Kate smiled "She does, the view is beautiful here"Kate said.In her first two years Kate had never come up here but after all the problems in second year she had started coming up here and just sitting on a bench and admiring the view.It was a grate place for meditation, which was quiet nice actually.Kate smiled at the boys awkwardness of the boy "I've been here lots of time, one of my favorite places in the castle"Kate said shaking his hand.Kate didn't blink an eye when she heard the girl was from Slytherin, she was friends with Slytherins, heck her brother and the person she cared about most were in the Slytherin house."Hufflepuff"She said shaking the girls hand

The chill on the wind surrounding the three was absolutely perfect. It wasn't very cold or very warm. It was just the way it is. Chris smiled when that occurred to him. He loves fresh air. It reminded him so much about his home. The breeze made him want to travel on HNZ expressway to go back to Ontario. The two girls seemed to be enjoying the wind also and that made Chris gladder. He was glad that his two companions feel the same way he felt about the wind too. And the wind wasn't the only nice thing in this place. The view was very beautiful too. It almost looked like it was painted by a famous painter. Take Leonardo Da Vinci for example. Chris looked around the beautiful view once more. He was just filled with delight to see such beautiful view. He was sure his companions were enjoying it as much as he was too.

"Yep." Chris replied regarding the blonde girl's remark of Emerald having great taste. This was indeed true. Emerald has great taste on just about everything. Although they're not very close, they usually get along with almost everything that can be judged by human sense. "That's great. It's my first time here. Didn't know there is a place as beautiful as this until Emerald's suggestion" Chris said, somehow, feeling out of place. Yes, he's happy about being here but he just can't believe that he hadn't been in this place of the castle before. The blonde girl shook Chris's hand and said that her name was Artemis. "Cool name. Greek gods are very awesome" Chris said, in compliment of Artemis's name. Christopher has much information stuck in his mind about Greek gods. His favorite aunt was named after the goddess of the Underworld, Persephone. Persephone was his favorite aunt. The two were very close. Somehow, he finds her name very familiar, although he wasn't sure if they already met. Chris was a bit surprised to hear that Artemis was in the Slytherin House. She didn't look like one of those usual Slytherins. As much as Christopher wants to say something about Artemis being a Slytherin, he just kept his mouth shut so he could avoid any misunderstandings or worse, offend her. "Hufflepuff also" Chris said, adding a little smile. He was a bit glad to have a fellow Hufflepuff in this room. Chris was sure Kate wasn't a third year since he hadn't seen her in one of his classes.

Girls always have a connection within themselves. Artemis Jackson has already tried doing that with her fellow sibling. Unlike her sister, Artemis inherited the blonde hair of her mother. Alliyah Jackson got her father's hair. Artemis lessened her grin and just flashed a simple smile in response to her comment previously. Artemis also smiled when she heard about Greek Mythology but mainly he was complimenting her name. "Thank you. Both of you like those kinds of books?" Questioned the small Slytherin. Artemis always wanted to meet more people who also had the same interest as her. It was fun to talk about it with other people who could totally relate to her. She adored those conversations and she missed having some. Hopefully, this one would bloom into one.

Sorry, I lost my mind for a while. I'll reply better next time I post. xD

The air wasn't the only thing to admire in this place. The view was also overwhelming. It was almost perfect. While thinking about that, Christopher smiled. That really reminded him of home. Christopher inhaled the relaxing oxygen that blown into him and then beamed. This is the perfect place, Chris thought. He thought that this place was the perfect place whenever he got into fights with Emerald. The Tower gives him a really relaxing air and the view that perfectly goes with it. Surely, he would at least forget what the fight was about as long as he's here. A colder breeze went by into him after a few minutes. The feeling was like being blown by air that was air-conditioned a hundred times like those Muggle people does. Fresh air is even better than that machine Muggle people always brag about. What was it called again? Oh, electric fan, right. Christopher just nodded when Artemis thanked him and Kate. Artemis seemed to like Greek Mythology very much, judging her reaction to Christopher's comment involving it. "Nah, I don't read that much." Chris lamely said. He finds reading boring. Yes, he reads novels but only at first. If he doesn't like what he's doing then bye bye book. "My aunt Persephone was the one who told me about those. But only a few fact, of course since she only comes by two days a year" He added, looking a bit disappointed. Persephone always talks about Greek Mythology whenever she comes home. Unfortunately, Emerald and Crystal finds that impossible and boring. Only Chris and Carly listens to her.

Kate was starting to feel uncomfortable, her temperature was rising and that was never a good thing especially in her condition where fevers were very common,as long as she didn't have a panic attack or migrane everything was good. She could handle the changing temperatures using and minor head aches. She stupidly hadn't brought her tablets with her so she just hoped for the best. She tried to distract herself by focusing on the conversation and the wonderful view they were taking about.Kate didn't know much about Greek Gods, she had seen some films and read some books but she hadn't really studied them.Kate smiled she knew she had seen him in the common room,he wasn't in her year though "What year are ye in?"Kate asked both of them, curios of their ages.Kate shrugged "I have read some fictional books"She said but smiled when Chris said he didn't read much. Not of people did read more anymore especially from books,it was all electronic now but Kate didn't like reading from her kindle ,the writing was too small and electronic devices didn't work here anyways.Wow Kate imagined having an aunt called Persephone, she would love calling her to just say the same.It was very unusual but Kate liked it. "Cool name"Kate said smiling i reference to his aunt.

The Hogwarts students knew that Hufflepuffs were there to be loyal to others. Loyalty was their main trait and most Slytherins disliked Hufflepuffs. They were said to be boring and unbelievably plain with what they wear, say and act. Artemis was glad that she was not placed in their house but the members of Hufflepuff were really gentle to their surroundings. Artemis despised those with a boring personality that was always there to keep her company. Even though the Slytherins were cunning and ambitious in mind, she always knew saw some students who bore their fellow Slytherins. "Second year. And you?" Artemis asked Kate with a small feeling that the Hufflepuff would be slightly older than her. The Slytherin looked again at the view and sighed with satisfaction, craving to get her Sienna Storm and fly all over the place. It was a lovely scene to just look at the whole day. Even with this landscape, it could keep her company together with piece and silence. Artemis' blue eyes averted itself to the Hufflepuffs again, while she watched as Chris and Kate responded.

Christopher had a feeling that he might be the middle of the three and of course, the third wheel. His companions were both girls so it wasn't that really hard to observe. It really was a bit uncomfortable talking to two strangers especially females but Chris would love to give that a try. "Yeah" Chris said, smiling a bit when Kate complimented his aunt's name. Persephone was indeed a strange but cool name. It really fits the goddess of the Underworld and is whom the bride of Hades, one of the big three. Although, Chris's aunt is just the opposite of the goddess, the name doesn't really seem to bother her. This place was a really good place for comfort zone. Chris should really suggest this to Crystal. Kate asked Chris and Artemis if what year are they in. Artemis was the first to respond and Chris was right. Artemis is the youngest. Kate looked more of a third year to fourth year kind of student. "Third Year" Chris replied.

Kate took a tissue out of jeans and wiped her forehead. She controlled her breathing an cursed whoever was watchingup there for giving her the illness she currently had,an illness she didn't even know. She couldn't wait for the holidays so she could go back p the doctors and get checked up again so they could tell her what was wrong wit her.She was getting more sleep these days but the fevers and panic attacks were becoming more frequent which was no good because she couldn't stay in bed all day she had to do stuff,go to class, prepare for exams. She was most looking foreward to the Yule Ball and she was determined to be perfectly healthy night.Nothing was going to ruin it.So they were both younger than her,not by much though. "Fourth Year"Kate said smiling. She didn't know much people in the years below her and she was glad she had. These two people interested her, they seemed like good friends and Kate would need lot of them after the holidays because she was sure whatever was wrong with her wasn't normal.

Christopher noticed the uncomfortable expression on Kate's face. He wondered why was she feeling uncomfortable on a beautiful day and and a beautiful place like this. Artemis wasn't looking uncomfortable though. She was clearly enjoying the conversation and the place. Chris raised both of his eyebrows when Kate took out a tissue and wiped her forehead. Chris's relaxed expression turned into a mixture of concerned and confused one. He really doesn't know why Kate wiped her forehead. Is she sweating? Apparently not. There aren't any dirt on her forehead either, so to be sure of things he asked, looking concerned "Is everything alright Kate?" While putting a hand on her shoulders. Kate looked extremely uncomfortable. Chris doesn't know if Artemis notice but one thing he was sure of; Kate doesn't feel very well. Later, Kate replied into Artemis's question. Chris was right. She was older than the other two.

OOCOut of Character:
Well, I just thought that maybe we should plan this who-will-reply-next thing. Maybe I could reply first then Artemis then Kate. Is that alright with you guys?

Artemis walked to the window where everything was to be seen clearly. The flowers, the Gryffindor tower and she even caught a small glimpse of the dungeons because of the windows. All of them made Artemis feel a bit euphoric even though it was just that. The view itself was able to calm her down, even though they were a lot of things stirring. It was like hell to her when the exams would come, because of the students that were rushing around everywhere, trying to get notes from their friends. Her back was turned from her two companions, not knowing about the action that Kate just had done. She did not witness the scene unfortunately, but her ears immediately rang and alerted her when Christopher took notice of that. Artemis quickly turned around with her blonde her behind her, and her face full of alertness. She saw Chris' hand on the older Hufflepuff's shoulders, his face full of concern. The Slytherin's heart immediately raced fast, as she walked towards them again. "Kate? What happened Chris?" Artemis cursed herself for her stupidity. The view distracted and her and Artemis Jackson hate being distracted.

Kate cursed silently when Chris noticed her wiping hr forehead and she must of looked uncomfortable. She really did't want anyone fussing over her.She was glad Artemis wasn't noticing anything, that would just be too much for Kate. She was not going to have a panic attck. She usually had them on her own where nobody would see her.She would often run from classes with no explaination which was why her teachers were getting worried and asking her questions. She would always brush off their concerns saying she was just fine, the usually wouldn't believe her and they couldn't force her to the hospital wing so,so far Kate had gotten away with it.It didn't look like she was going to get away with it now though. She could feel her heart rate speeding up and her breathing coming out in rasps. "Am just a minor panic attack, nothing to worry about"She said attempting a smile, glad of the comforting hand on her shoulders. She needed to sit down she could feel her legs going weak. When she sat down she closed her eyes and breathed, telling herself to keep calm. That was all she could do.she just had to relax and after a few minutes everything would be okay. She felt very embarrased and even though she was recovering from a panic attack she could feel her cheeks reddening. THis had happened once before and in the exact same place, she made a mental note not to come up here when there were people around. "Sorry"She muttered keeping her head in her hands glad that her hair was covering her face.

Chris was beginning to worry. He was sure something is up with Kate. She looks very uncomfortable and it's getting into Chris's nerves, not in a mean way but in a concerned kind of way. Artemis wasn't paying any attention. She was busy looking at the view. No one can blame her though. The view is really fantastic. Chris looked Kate straight in the eye -it wasn't hard looking at her though since Chris is taller than her- hoping to find a hint about what Kate was really feeling. Later, Artemis finally noticed what happened and rushed to approach the two, her face full of alertness. "Kate looks very uncomfortable. It's almost like she's.........sick" Chris told Artemis. Kate told them it's just a minor panic attack and there's nothing to worry about but Chris looks unconvinced. "Are you sure? We can take you to the Wing if you want." Chris informed Kate. Chris and Artemis really won't mind taking Kate in the Wing, she obviously needs help and Chris was more than willing to help since he understands what Kate is feeling because his grandma is also sick. That is if Kate's really sick which Chris was sure of from the uncomfortableness he was detecting from Kate's brown eyes. Suddenly, Kate sat down, Chris sat down beside her. Kate then, buried her head in her face and apologized. "Why are you apologizing?" Chris asked, his face full of concern.

The older Hufflepuff student looked ill. Her face was not bubbly like the other Hufflepuffs. It was more of the tired stuff. Kate's energy seemed to be drained in such a short period of time. Artemis summoned all the courage to actually ask Kate what was odd with her. She absolutely had no idea with what would Kate reply, but she hoped that the Hufflepuff will be honest with the Slytherin. Or maybe Artemis would have to just drag her with Christopher to the Hospital Wing by themselves, avoiding the awkwardness between the two. She hated it when she was young. The younger, the more limits she needed to live with. It was fortunate for Christopher that he was already a third year, which was apparently obvious that he was older by a year compared to the Slytherin. Artemis nodded, in agree to their male companion. The Hospital Wing was far most the best place for them to bring Kate in. "Maybe we can even get to know each other while we go there." Artemis responded with full of concern, making sure that her words and her tone was correct to hear. Her brain flashed her a few images of a scene wherein she met another Ravenclaw student, the same year and age as hers who got a bruise in the process of their introductions. It seemed that, today was just another replica of that time, except that it was more dangerous and detailed.

The question rang in Artemis' ears as she heard Christopher Storm interrogate it. It was a good one indeed, and Artemis ought to find out. She sat down at the front of them, Indian style. Artemis gathered her shoulder length blonde hair as she placed it all on the left side of her shoulders as she cocked her head to the right side. She leaned in a bit, about two inches from her previous position as she awaited the response of the Hufflepuff. Artemis hoped that this day would not be like the one with Samantha Madison. The Ravenclaw girl was a good companion and their conversation was quite odd compared to the others that Artemis already had. The blonde looked into Kate's eyes, seeing if there was anything there to look at. They were pretty, and Artemis just bore her own blue pupils into those eyes of the Hufflepuff. "Just breathe in and out Kate. Try not to start hyperventilating. Keep a steady rhythm of your breathing okay?" The Slytherin advised the older Hufflepuff, hoping that what she has said was able to calm down Kate. Breathing was something that Artemis has already mastered. Even at the most dangerous times, she could keep her breathing slow and mute for nobody to hear.

Kate couldn't of felt any worse, just her look to have a panic attack in front of two people she barely knew. This was her first one today and she knew more would be coming and she was dreading them. She was scared even though she didn't want to admit it,she was scared. She had no idea what was wrong with her but she wasn't going to give up.She had just caught up on all her work and she wasn't going to fall behind, when she went home for the holidays she was going to come back whether her parents liked it or not.Kate was not a quitter and whatever was wrong with her wasn't going to stop her from living her life.Sure she could act all helpless and act as if everyone was out to get her,but she wouldn't because that was just asking for attention. There were people who had life threatening diseases and were much worse off.Well she didn't know if this was life threatening but Kate doubted it was.It probably wasn't that bad, once she got some real proper rest she would be grand.she wasn't sure if she would be able to trust the doctors diagnosis because there last one had been wrong.Kate's hands tightened into fists. There was a ball of anger starting to build, this was not normal for Kate.she didn't hear what the others were saying,it was just a noise in the back round. Her vision was blurring but suddenly everything become clear when she felt a pain go through her skull.she accidently let out a gasp out loud. This was one of the bad ones, the migranes.Kate took a deep breath trying to ignore the pain in her head and the confusing images. It was too light in the room. She vaguely heard Artemis telling her to control her breathing,Kate did as she was told.she clenched her eyes closed though, she was trying to ignore the pain that was going through her head. She felt tears in her eyes. She usually would of been able to take her pills but she didn't have any with her. After what seemed like forever, the pain seemed to lesson and she could unclench her fists and breath properly. She opened her eyes and was glad that everything now looked normal. She sat up and gulped in the cool fresh air. She looked up at the two that had been so good to her there "Thanks"she said quietly ,feeling back to normal, she supposed she would have to tell them, though she wasn't really sure what was wrong with her either.

Chris was panicking as time passes by. He didn't really know what was happening to Kate. He hadn't had witnessed someone encounter an attack caused by illness before even his own grandmother's. Her sister, Carly was always the one who takes care of her so she's the one who always witness those kinds of things. Chris was very worried about Kate that he was practically breathing so hard. He was patting Kate's back thoroughly while observing her actions. If Kate's condition won't calm down they will have no choice but to take her into the Hospital Wing. It was kind of far but Chris was so determined to help Kate. After all, that's what Hufflepuffs are for, right? "Yeah. Artemis is right Kate. We should go to the Wing" Chris said, nodding in agreement to Artemis's suggestion. It was a genius idea. they could exchange information about themselves while they take Kate into the Wing for check-up on what's going on with Kate's condition. Chris quickly sensed Kate's uncomfortableness since she doesn't responds on Chris's questions. Something is really wrong with her and Chris really wants to help. Artemis told Kate breath in and out and fortunately, Kate followed what she said. She was getting better as she'd done it. "Artemis, you're a genius" Chris said, giving Artemis an impressed look. Usually, if things like that don't work, people usually let the person who is attacked, inhale and exhale in a paper bag but right now, the paper bag isn't necessary since Kate seems to calm down. "You alright now, Kate?" Chris asked, with the same concerned look on his face. He continued on patting Kate's back just in case.

Artemis glanced at Chris' direction just to see if he was helping Kate well. Unfortunately, he seemed to be a little nervous while comforting Kate. Artemis bit her lower lip, thinking on what can happen next. She needed to be calm, so that she could think about it. She was good in that anyways, right? Artemis did not hear Christopher's comment about her suggestion that he considered a good one. What she said was something to get Kate a little comfortable. The female Hufflepuff was getting a bit worse, because of the scene wherein her fists clenched tightly. Her knuckles were almost seen and it made Artemis lean even more forward, holding Kate's right hand, rubbing it softly just to calm her down. Maybe the coolness of Artemis' skin could soothe Kate and it would make her calm down eventually. The Slytherin stroked the female Hufflepuff, slowly and gently as if she was such a fragile thing. The blonde's chilly hands tried to work through the hands of Kate, as if transporting the coldness of it to the other.

Hell, the loud gasp scared Artemis Jackson to death. It was sudden, instant and a spontaneous thing that Kate let out. She surprisingly let go Kate's fists, while she just watched there, for about two seconds what just happened. The room was beginning to become dangerous, and Artemis looked at the female's direction. There was pain and it was surely shooting in her skull. Artemis watched as Kate did what the Slytherin told, amazed that Kate actually trusted a Slytherin. Artemis gently took her fist again as she stroked it gently, with her chilly hands. The coldness could have surprised Kate's skin, because it gently relaxed after a long fifteen second ride. She let go, while she sat down in front of Kate once more. Artemis considered Chris' question as a good one, just for reassurance as she waited for Kate's response. The fourth year looked tired and pale and her eyes were watery. What in the world caused her to do that?

Kate hated panic attacks they always felt so terrible afterwards and during.Kate couldn't hear the other two she just heard low worried mumblings.During her panic attack she felt something cold on her hands, she wasn't sure what it was but it felt reassuring. After she had gasped she felt the cold thing release her hand.Kate was in too much pain to notice at the moment. All she could think of was the terrible pain slicing through her head. She couldn't help the clenching of her fists. Her hands were painful she could feel blood on her hands where her nails had broken the skin. The pain was slowly receding and soon Kate felt weak and cold. She was shivering slightly. She was worried and scared that was the first time she had had a migrane straight after a panic attack, things were getting worse alright. She always hated the after affects of panic attacks, she always felt weak and she knew her face was deathly pale. She looked down at her hands and saw all the blood on her hands. She let out a small sigh and looked up at the other two,she must of looked terrible "Does anyone have a tissue?"She asked the first tears falling down her face.
