A Lovely Rose

At this moment Asaiah was getting pretty hungry because he hadn't eaten any breakfast since he decided to deliver the roses first before going to eat something. As the Slytherin was walking towards the staff table Asaiah stopped at the Slytherin table to grab a handful of bacon before continuing his way to the table again. He smiled as the Head of Gryffindor House whilst quickly chewing away the bacon. ''Good morning, Professor Kingsley.'' Asaiah said.

The professor was enjoying her breakfast, smiling as she watched the first of the flower deliveries being made. The school needed some happiness. Surprised as she was approached, Professor Kingsley greeted the student. "Good morning to you" she replied, putting her knife and fork down.

Asaiah showed her the pink rose and grinned at the Professor. ''Looks like there's someone who has a crush on you, Professor.'' the boy said as he held out the rose for the woman to grab it. ''Any idea who it's from?'' He asked her after she had read the note attached to the rose.

The pink rose was beautiful, just beginning to go into full bloom. Her eyebrow rose high at the boy's comment, as she reached for the flower. She took a sniff of it, shaking her head as she was handed the note. Unfolding it, she gave it a glance, a laugh escaping her as she folded the note back up and tucked it into her robe. It had been ages since anyone had described her as kickass. Turning her attention back, Cyndi smiled. "Thank you."
