She didn't know the woman well, but she knew her well enough to know she was the Defence Professor for the lower years this year. She'd never really interacted with her, but she didn't think she needed to know her to deliver a rose to her. She knocked on the door and waited for the woman to call her in.

Geo knew today was the day of the roses. She remembered when she was a third year, and had sent a rose to her own Defense Against the Dark Arts professor. She sighed quietly to herself, wondering what it was that Professor Styx was doing with himself these days. Hearing a knock at the door, she raised a hand to open the door from across the room, smiling at the student behind it. "Good morning!"

Aura was glad to be treated so nicely by the Professor and held up the rose so the woman would understand this wasn't specifically a social visit. Though she suppose that roses were kind of a social visit, just not really in this specific way. "Morning Professor! I have a rose for you." She said, deciding to match the woman's energy a little. Nothing wrong with being appealing after all. "I hope your Valentine's Day is going well," she was still waiting for hers to go well, and if she had to wait too long she would be having words with that bloody dog. She knew she was growing on him, denying it seemed futile at this point.

"Ah" Geo smiled, crossing the room to receive a rose of her own. She'd sent some roses, but given that she had more children at the school than roses available to her, she'd decided it would be unfair to send them to any of the children if it meant some would be left out. She wasn't sure whether any of her family would send her any either, given they probably had plenty of friends of their own to share the day with, but as she read the note she was pleasantly surprised to hear from Amory. Her son's friend had done well in her lessons last semester, and the ongoing joke about his welcoming presence to her classroom had been a theme over the last few weeks. "Thank you," she smiled back to the blonde. How was her valentines day going? "It's great to see so many people getting involved," she said, somewhat diplomatically. "I don't think I've met you before, have I?" The girl looked more like she belonged in Bailey or Veronica's year, so she was probably with James if she took the subject. "What's your name?"
