Kayden walked down the steps of the school in Southern France to which was at for the next few days. His Quidditch team from Salem Academy was at the Beauxbatons School in France for a Game. However this did not seem fair to him at all, not for the other team that is. At a school where girls rule and boys a few and far between, atleast that is how he saw the school. Anyways, how on earth could it seem far to put one team of girls against a mixed but mostly male team like his? School systems were crazy but he wasn't going to be going easy on any of the girls. It was already put that the part-veela girls were not allowed to charm the boys during or before the game, it seemed the Professors did not care what happened the poor boys after the match. Almost as soon as he hit open air there was a crew of girls surrounding him, one seemed to be very close as she hung of off him. She kept going on about how she loved watching him play and that her name was something that was well beyond his capability to pronouce. That's saying alot considering he knows to complete languages, one not being French at all however.

Smiling down at the girl and passing it to the others he managed to get away and get a distance betwen him and the girls which followed him around. Kayden found his way into the gardens of the school and into what seemed to be a maze of shrubbery. Glad he was finally rid of his stalkers Kayden made his way deeper into the maze looking for a nice place to sit and relax. The game wasn't for till two days later in order to give his team time to practice and get to know the pitch and their surroundings here in France. They had a practice later today after supper, but considering it was still mid-day Kayden figured he had plently of time to find his way out and back to the school buildings.

Mere sighed as the walked around slowly, passing through the trees and trying her best to avoid the eyes of her friends. It wasn't that Mere didn't love her friends, Phoebe and Alana were great girls, very funny and would always manage to forgive Mere for her little outbursts of emotion that she sometimes had, especially when she was younger-she still wasn't sure how they were able to forgive her for being such a cow to everyone, it was amazing. But right now Quidditch was going on, and everyone was feeling it, her friends wouldn't stop talking about the other team. Salem. Especially Declan, since he was going to go there, but Mere was grateful that he decided to come to Beauxbatons, he was a great friend. Unfortunately, nearly everyone Mere spoke to were big Quidditch fans, as was she, but she preferred Professional Quidditch, not the kiddie games they played in schools. Truth be told, the reason why Mere was so sour about the whole inter-school Quidditch games was the fact that, without fail, nearly every girl would throw themselves at the hottest player on the other team, which was apparently the Salem Quidditch Captain. Mere's nose wrinkled, he was ugly, totally, she'd seen better faces on dogs. Well, that's what she liked to say to people, because they wouldn't shut up about how good-looking he was, they might as well make a sign and declare him the hottest guy known to man, rather than carry on about it, besides, Mere doubted that he was better looking than the part-Veelas of the school, one of them happened to be a friend. Either way, that Night boy was not hot.

Mere pulled on her uniform, why couldn't everything be back to the start of the year? Dance Commanders was going great, though she'd resently coped a detention because she'd started dancing in the middle of Charms, but she wasn't the only one, Danny deserved to cop a detention, but he'd wormed out of it, that cheeky devil. Mere visibly slouched when she became eye-to-eye with the Night boy. What was with her luck? Now she had to acknowledge his existence. "Hi." She said quietly, her slight Scottish accent coming through, she was grateful that her beloved accent had not been destroyed by the constant French accents she heard.

Kayden looked up as he heard a voice not having realized that someone was nearby. It was yet another girl and he sighed wondering if any boys at all came to this school, because surely if they did it was either hell or heaven on earth. Kayden himself found it to be hell. The girls that followed the team around back in Salem knew what personal space was and kept back, but here it was like girls grabbing at him for his attention, left and right. "Um, Hello," he reponded to the girl in front of him. She didn't sound French at all, instead more English but yet not. He figured she could be Irish or something but didn't dwell on it much anyways.

By the way the girl appeared to be looking at Kayden, the guy figured she knew who he was but was not pleased with incountering him. He only had one incounter so far with a girl here that did not like him at first look, that was the Quidditch Captain Mizelea. That was more because she didn't feel like her team should play them.
