A yellow rose for @Mikael Nightray

Miles wasn't the biggest fan of the dungeons, but the last name on his list was one of the Slytherin prefects. So, Miles was just really hoping that he was actually in the common room, or at least near it so he could get out of here as soon as possible. Preferably somewhere where it was a little nice and brighter. "Does anyone know Mikael Nightray? Or, know where I can find them to deliver a rose?"

Mikael was just coming from the Duelling Chambers with Elio after having to spar with Tiziano. It seemed like a good idea just to let out some steam before Tiziano spontaneously combusts on them all out of righteous anger. Now he was sweaty and needed a change of clothes so he'd told Elio he would like to go back to the Common Room for a few minutes and that was how they found a first year asking around for his name and again mentioning a rose. Was the stupid event not done yet? He'd been about to ignore and walk past the younger boy but his boyfriend had other ideas and had bodily dragged them both towards the Gryffindor. "If they're more red roses, send them back to Theodore Nightray," he told the boy.​

As the older boy came to a stop in front of him, Miles did have to note how... unpleased he seemed to be about receiving a rose. Most people were quite excited when they found out he was looking for him, but he was getting the opposite reaction from this Slytherin. Not that he was one to judge, shaking his head as he reached into his basket. "Not red, I've got a yellow one for you," he smiled, still trying to stay bright as he offered it to the other boy.

Even if it was not a red rose, Mikael didn't feel very inclined to take it, and his boyfriend seemed to have picked up on it enough to grab both the rose and note for him as he gave the boy a curt nod. "Is that all," he questioned the boy while Elio read the note only to burst out laughing as he handed Mikael the note which the Slytherin took with a raised brow. He could see why his boyfriend was laughing and Mikael definitely knew he was from. He crumpled the note as he glared at it before schooling his features. "Perhaps lunch after I change clothes," he told his boyfriend as he started to walk away. He was sure Uncle Conan would be in the Great Hall by now.​
