Connor walked up the steps to the second level of the Eiffel Tower not pausing once to catch her breath. She was used to climbing stairs all day from living in a boarding school that did not feature one elevator. The young girl was in Paris to visit her home during a fall break from school. She was climbing the tower to meet her sister who most likely wouldn't want to break a sweat and would take the elevator but Connor didn't mind the climb. Making it to the top of the stairs that one could go to she walked around the level looking to see if her sister had made it yet. Not finding her she headed over to a telescope and began to look around the city glad she had found on where she could see many of the historical places through the telescope.

Leaning against the railing she looked over the blue-red world she saw and silently wished she could see it in full color like everyone else. Color was a downside to her life, not being able to see it and most people didn't even realize it. To her her hair was pink and everything that was dark was blue, the rest red. Red was the one true color she could see and she hated the color.

<SIZE size="50">The smallest of giggles filled the cool morning air in Pairs, France. It was the kind of giggle that made the people surrounding smile and think, what crazy kids. With the sun was hanging high in the sky, and it was causes her light blonde hair to glow against the sun. Giving it a much more golden look. Rather that just the plain limb blonde that it could be. However, since this was the holidays, and rather than just admiring the simple beauty of the city she was in, Eliska was enjoying the company of french boy. Who had a simple beauty to match that of Paris. Eliska was twirling a strand of her blonde hair in her fingers, watching the boy with her baby blue eyes, and appearing very interested in what he had to say. They were standing at one of the feet of the Eiffel tower, tourists were slowly making there way towards the lifts at the four entrances. A few stares were thrown her way, but Eliska could only feel them upon her back. She didn't actually mind, or really if she admitted, cared. For her, holidays were not made for just seeing the sights, but also for the company that a person could possibly make. And the boy in front of her, had been very willing to show her around. Especially since, Eliska had feigned a bad french accent. However, Eliska was not actually at the eiffel tower to just stand around with a boy talking slightly dirty and giggling. She was meeting her sister Connor. Eliska's identical twin sister. Upon telling this to the boy in front of her, he'd acted shocked that there could be two of Eliska. Eliska had politely giggled and leaned into him. They'd quickly kissed, before Eliska made it clear that she had to at least begin to make her way up to the second level of the Eiffel tower. She'd taken his hand and headed up. It had a fairly long process. Standing in the queue, and hearing all the different accents and languages, just waiting to get up to the second level. Obviously the boy had opted to keep her company, not that he needed much tempting, a small kiss on the lips and taking a slight run, letting the lose blonde curls bonouce as she did so, glancing back and smiling to be sure the boy had followed.

Eventually, Eliska decided the quickest way to get up, was by walking, and while she would generally shy away from such an option, today, with the boy in the toe, she dind't really care. Eliska smiled as she walked up and up. Eliska knew that when it came down to it, Connor probably hated her, just because Eliska could see the world properly, and she could not. It wasn't like Eliska had wanted that. She loved her sister dearly, it was just at times a little bit of a challenge to get her to understand that. That and at times, Eliska did not act as if she cared. Like in the very situation she'd found herself in. When Eliska was busy with a boy, leaving her sister waiting. It was why as soon as Eliska had reached the second level she rushed to find her sister. Knowing that she would be near the edge. Once, Eliska had found the mirror image of her she turned to the boy, and smiled. She kissed him lightly on the lips, and told him she'd call. Which she probably would not do, but the boy smiled and walked away. Eliska straightened her skirt and fixed her blonde hair, before walking quickly to her sister. The small heels lightly tapping upon the floor of the eiffel tower. "Connor!" A smile spread across her face as she approached her sister. "Sorry I'm a little late. I got....." She paused for a moment, glancing over her shoulder to where the boy was still watching her slightly. She gave a small wave, before turning the blue eyes back to her sister. "A little distracted. Why the Eiffel Tower, Connor?" Eliska smiled actually curious. She glanced out at the city of Paris and smilled. "It's so beautiful" She muttered in French. Not paying attention to her sister for the brief moment.

Connor sighed as she heard her sister's voice explaining why she was late and even dared to glance at the boy her sister was looking back at, he was cute but French. Connor was begining to enjoy the company of the boys back at Durmstrang, they were dark and not afraid of people with secrets like her own. Her sister ended up answering her own question, even though it was just the morning and the sunset was even more beautiful from the top, the city was becoming to life before their eyes. The two completely identical sisters looked over the edge of the tower with each other. One in a skirt and the other injeans, so much alike yet different. Connor glanced over at her sister her face blank as usual, "Well, that's why," she answered to Eliska. The one who knew how to beautiful got the beautiful name, Connor was more like a tomboy then any girl she knew.

Turning around to lean against the railing her eyes locked onto the boy who her sister had appeared with, he still seemed to be hanging around stealing glances over at the two of them. It had been pretty clear her sister wasn't going to give him another minute of her day but he was still looking. "Why do you bother with such boys?" She asked her twin speaking Bulgarian one of her two native languages. Connor didn't want to giver away to the boy that she was talking about him by speaking French which more then likely her sister was more fond off. Just another thing she had different with her sister. Their choice to attend different schools had been more of Connor's idea then her sisters. The young girl hadn't wanted to be compared to her sister and her outgoing nature. Connor Barnard was now a seventh year at the Durmstrang Academy for Magic and managed to get through her schooling with what could barely could be considered two friends. Mostly she studied or dueling with other students. Her sister as she pictured in her mind would rather be off fixing her hair and giggling with her friends before going out for a date with a cute boy.

As ever, the young blonde could sense her sister was slightly annoyed at her late arrival and the reason behind it. Afterall, Eliska knew that out of the two of them, Eliska barnard was the one who got along with the cutest boys. And she always seemed to have a steady stream of them, just waiting until she moved on. It was the nature of Beauxbatons. Since all the girls were pretty as were the boys it was up to people to make themselves the ones that people wanted to be. This she found was done, but shortening the skirt and making the heels higher. Making her into a nicer style, having it longer, and more flowing. And put on make up that drew attention to her eyes. Which was what she'd done in that situation at school, and just in the everyday. It was the firest differencec that people noticed about Eliska and her identical twin sister. Eliska wore the short skirts, and had heels on which made her legs look long and slender. They made her movements purposeful and she moved with a small grace that was taught at Beauxbatons. It was why, she was always softly touching things and why, when she walked she liked to be in front. Well in front when she was with males. Eliska knew that her sister was a little annoyed that Eliska had it out so easy when it came to things like boys, and looking nice, but Eliska was always willing to help her twin. Afterall they were identical so what suited Eliska would also suit Connor. But, having gone to different schools, Eliska knew that it was pretty hard for them to be close now. Eliska chose to not pay attention in most of her classes, she much rathered sitting at the back with her small group of friends discussing the boys in the class. Which ones were hot, and which ones should just pack up and move to Durmstrang, or Hogwarts. It had always seemed to Eliska that the place were all the pretty magical people went was Beauxbatons, and the way her sister was closed off and boyish she put down to the Durmstrag. Eliska had very little in common with her sister apart from looks.

Raising an eyebrow at her twin's question. She looked back round to the boy that was still looking in their direction. A smile crept upon the blonde's face as she turned back to her sibling. Eliska sighed at her twin. Of course she would say something of that sort. "Because, they are fun." Eliska replied in Bulgarian. As it was her first language she spoke it well, but since she spent so much time in France, every so often a little bit of a french accent would play on her words. Making them lighter and almost more melodic. "Use once and throw away type boys like him are the most fun, and they can never turn down a blonde in a short skirt. Plus, they tend to be fairly cute." Eliska did not bother to look back round to the boy. She didn't really care any more. "Although whose to say he's not checking you out, or the guy whose with family standing at your 3 o'clock" Eliska spoke rapidly in Bulgarian, before looking over to where a boy was clearly looking over at where they stood. He looked a little younger than them. Eliska smiled at the boy, and gave a small wave, before returning her gaze to her sister. "Connor, you should lighten up. You are seventeen, in your final year at Durmstrang, live a little. You could even join me in Beauxbatons, my friends could help show you the way to charming the most gorgeous of guys. Most of which are in Beauxbatons." Eliska raised a hand touched her sister's hair, that was slightly uneven. After she'd done that the blonde leaned back against the railing and let out a small sigh. Eliska knew her sister would not go with her to Beauxbatons, And while Eliska would be willing to attend Durmstrang with Connor, Connor would not want her there with her. That much she was sure about. "You never answered my question, Why the Eiffel Tower? It's full of tourists."

Connor rolled her eyes at her sisters answer, she was a player and all the boys at Durmstrang would fall to her feet while none ever glanced twice at Connor. It was her life and she was used to it, she had a few friends but not many, no one seemed to really understand her. And her sister seemed to be at the bottom of that pile. Always trying to make her wear uncomfortable dresses that bearly went past her bum, and heels that just made her fall over they were so high! Connor could never understand her sister's complete ubsession with fashion. "Heart breaker," she finally replied, this time in English which she was good at from speaking it so much at school. It seemed to be that most of the kids who came to Durmstrang now weren't Bulgarians mostly English lads who fancied the dark arts.

Connor glanced at her sister following her eyes over to a boy standing a few meters away and was with a family who looked like the complete tourist package. "Cleary you are wrong, when we are together boys only look at you and pity me, or wish to be in my place so they could be close to you," she said turning back around to face Paris and all it's morning bustlingness. Connor then began to think back to the boys she has met in the past, none ever really going anywhere she only wished she could meet a guy and have him like her and not just be there for the fun and jokes he and his friends would have later. "I'm not leaving my school. I prefer it back home in Bulgaria, the weather is more agreeable," she told her sister in their native tounge. Of course both French and Bulgarian were native to them and just like the difference between the two places and their languages so were the differenced between the sisters. Looking out at the city Connor realized how little it seemed her sister actually listened to her. She couldn't blame the pretty girl, with guys hanging off your every word who would want to listen to an annoying girl like herself. "You already answered your own question. Now shall we go to Brunch at the little cafe?" She asked her sister in French knowing she'd get more of her twin's attention by doing so.

<SIZE size="50">A part of the blonde beauxbatons knew that her sister thought little of her and her ways. Eliska had long since decided that actually caring about a boy's feeling towards her would only end in heart ache. And this was not something Eliska had ever enjoyed. What she liked was just spending a bit of time with a boy, making out and being around one another with no strings attached. Friends with benefits. Benefits that worked both ways. She glanced over her sister. Shaking her head at her choice of words. It wasn't heart breaking if there was no emotional attachment to begin with. It was why she could flirt with the boy who was clearly a tourist and that was staring right at them. She did however keep her eyes on her sister. What surprised her whas how she could not seem to even think about how dressing even a little differently could help her. Eliska had not always been interested in fashion and heels. But, over time she had learned that what she wore was important to how people viewed her. If she was dressed badly people didn't even glance at her, but if her skirt was a little shorter, or her t-shirt a little lose she could get the right attention, have good friends and be able to have an all round good time. Not to mention that it then meant she had her pick of boys to choice from if she wanted to. This was a thinking she was sure that her sister hated her for. "They don't pity you" She said as her sister turned to face the view of Paris. She on the other hand looked back round to the boy with his family, and once again gave a little smile and a wave. He was cute. Not really her type, but it was clear he was interested in her, and since they were tourists, she largely doubted they'd ever meet again. So there was that little bit of fun that really could be had. However, she had to be in the moment with her sibling. She hadn't even realised that Connor had spoken again. For which, Eliska felt a little bad about. "Wouldn't hurt to try with them." Eliska muttered in Bulgarian refering to the boy situation. She knew plenty of guys who would interested in Eliska's twin sister. More to actually see if they were alike, but she was sure that Connor would be more the type to actually get to know a boy more than Eliska did. Looking to her twin she smiled and nodded. "Sounds great. Why don't you lead the way, but first." Eliska trailed off, as she headed in the direction of the tourist boy. She straighten her skirt and fixed the small lose strands of her hair. She stopped at the boy, the conversation was brief, he was Irish, staying for a good two weeks. Seventeen, with no girlfriend. She leaned into him and kissed him lightly on the lips before writing her number down and giving it to him. She kissed him again, before walking off and back to her sister. "Okay, we can go. Lead the way. " Eliska spoke in Bulgarian while waiting for her sister to lead the way.
