Row after row of neatly lined up books with their spines facing outward, colour coded and arranged in alphabetical order, comfortable leather arm chairs, tables for quiet study and hushed atmosphere punctured by the occasional whispers and page flipping. It was a paradise for Attila, a paradise that he visit everyday after classes. He wasn't there just to study for homework but also read book on extracurricular topics that interested him. The muffled stillness was so welcoming. He was never going to find this peacefulness back in Hufflepuff's common room. No that he didn't like it but he preferred the library when it came to reading.
He was carrying a pile of books, obtained from just a walk around the bookcases. He had found earlier an empty table by a window and he was now on his way back to sit there for the rest of the afternoon and read as much as he could from the borrowed books. When he made it back to the table, he noticed an open book already left there. He looked around as he approached, wondering whether the table was occupied now or someone had just left the book there. He stood there not sure if he could sit or search for another table. Still carrying his own books, he leaned over the open book curious to check out what it was about.
