Celestine thought the beaters were giving the team more of a problem than the seeker, so she thought she might try and hit the bludgers to them. Maybe they could start rallying, like they were playing tennis. Tennis was a bit more fashionable than quidditch, after all.

Celestine yelped in pain, swinging to try and swat the bludger away. It was inevitable, but it wasn't cute.

Celestine blinked a few times at Light, who had seemingly hit Vincent by accident. Even she hadn't managed anything like that. She was so startled that her own swing was a little wide, but at least the bludger she hit didn't hit anybody on her own team!

Celestine was kind of impressed with the Ilvermorny beaters, even if they weren't hitting the seeker. She was just glad they had hit Tullia instead of her, because bruises were so not cute. When play resumed, Celestine went back to searching for bludgers, wondering if she'd get any cool...

Celestine actually tried to give a legitimate swing, and it actually worked! Mostly. Instead of hitting the seeker, it hit one of the beaters defending her. She gave a startled giggle, hoping the other girl wasn't mad about it. @Larissa Baros
