Initially Juniper had been very nervous when her Charms Professor had invited her for tea. She'd been sure she had already managed to do something wrong, maybe she had been wrong about her wand? But then she realized she'd only attended one lesson so far and that the Professor had also invited another girl from her class to tea. Then she started to worry about the other girl and how that'd go, would it have been rude not to go? Eventually Juniper managed to calm down a bit however, she reassured herself that the Professor had been kind and had even let her pet the cats. Everything would go okay, so that was why she was now knocking on Professor Grayveson's Office door, her jar of sand tucked between her free hand and stomach just for a bit extra sense of security.

She had found Princess and was now holding her in her arms. She couldn't lose her again. When she received the invitation she was very happy. She hoped the professor liked cats. She didn't know what she would do if she didn't, but said she would worry about that later. When she was not far away she noticed a girl. Hey, did the professor invite you too? Did we do something wrong? She tried to remember by correcting the cat in her arms. No , nothing she can remember. I'm Cassie by the way, and it's Princess. She pointed to the cat. Cool sand, why are you keep it in the jar? She asked.

Juniper was a little startled when she heard a voice behind her, though the Professor had mentioned another student would be there too. Giving the girl a small smile the Hufflepuff shook her head. "I don't think, or well hope, that we are in trouble?" She responded, a bit unsure whether or not that was the case. She couldn't recall if she'd done something wrong but you never knew. "She's very cute, I'm Juniper but you can just call me Juni." She offered with a small nervous smile. The comment about her jar of sand stopped the first year's brain function for a moment, until she realized it was just that: a question. Not a mock, a question. "Oh um, it's from the beach by my house back at home and it makes me feel closer to home." Or it had done so, but now she wasn't so sure anymore.

She nodded with understanding. Thank you. Let's find out what? She knocked while holding her breath, they'll get it over with. Cass also hoped all was well. She smiled at Juni. It will be fine. It's good to have a piece of home with you, I have too. She pointed to a cat. She knocked and froze in anticipation. Do you think we can become friends? The more of us, the merrier, it's good to have friends, then you have a piece of home not just in a jar.
