Demi was surprised to see the Captain for the team was so young, but frankly she was just glad for the chance to try out. "Demi Zephyr. I'm trying out for Keeper," she told the younger girl. Demi had played for Ravenclaw before moving here, so she knew what she was doing. Maybe, if this school...
Demi had started moving Lumi's curls, making sure the parting in his hair was once again visible rather than having her best friend resemble some sort of troll that had been sleeping in the bushes for a week. "I miss you too!" she said, resting her hands on his shoulders for a moment to look at...

Demi was glad she wasn't the only Keeper that was having difficultly stopping the chasers from scoring, although at least that would mean they'd do well in their real games to score points.
Demi watched Lilith catch the snitch again but wasn't going to clap this time, knowing what happened last time. Instead she cheered for her while keeping her eye on the Quaffle.
Demi was minding her own business chucking the quaffle out when the bludger hit her arm. She yelped out but more because she'd been taken by surprise instead of the pain. Hey, at least she felt included.
Demi was still sat on her broom, no hands, watching the gameplay when she realised too late Lucy approached with the quaffle. She scored. Demi cursed herself before throwing the ball back out.
Demi wondered whether there was anyone left on the team that Audrey hadn't hit yet. She also wondered whether she was even needed, when most of the chasers missed the hoop. She grabbed the quaffle as Theo went wide, tossing it out again.
It seemed as though everyone except Audrey was having rotten luck. It was annoying that in order for Demi to do well in practice she had to make it harder for her teammates, but at least she'd be prepared for a real match against another team.
