Once again the castle was all abuzz with roses being delivered, and once again, Clifton felt vaguely terrible about it. He hadn't known who, if anyone, to send roses too, and he certainly wasn't expecting any of his own. He had tried to just go about his day as usual, but the hustle bustle of deliveries up and down the castle was all a bit much, and Clifton had finally decided to give up on the whole thing. Maybe he could get a bit of solitude back in his dorm. He was heading for the common room when he heard his own name. Looking around in confusion, Clifton spotted a boy asking an older student about him. And the boy was carrying roses. Had someone really thought of him this year?! What if it was just a cruel prank? Clifton debated in his head whether or not to say anything, terrified this may just be a joke rose saying something horrible to get his hopes up. Nothing like that had happened since he had moved to New Zealand though, so finally Clifton gathered his courage and approached the boy with a nervous smile. "Er - hello... I'm Clifton Ward. Are you looking for me?"
