Personality:
Billie is mostly shy and a bit antisocial although she trys her best in making friends she doesnt like to open up about her life. When Billie starts a project or anything really, most of the time, she thinks about the effects it will have on other people around her, close or not. For example, lets say that Billie was not in the mood to help her classmates out in a group project, even though she doesn't want to do she knows it will benefit the others so she chips in to their hardwork. However, Billie can be littletalkative when she gets going. She doesn't realise it until after her rants but it gives her somthing to laugh about in the future, this habbit can also lead to annoyed people
. Billie can be a very unorganised girl, she never has anything to keep her up to date, she relys on her memory which obviously isn't the best.
History: Billie, she was very lonesome before her letter from hogwarts. She used to live near the east of Sydney, Australia until her fathers job made them move to New Zealand. It didn't really bother her though because she didn't have any close friends there, she was the shy type and didnt open up about herself or personal life which is probably the reason why most people gave up trying to become friends with her and she didn't really click with anyone. Her close friend she talked everything about to was her 1 year old brother, Lachlan, he was the hardest to say goodbye to. Her parents didn't really pay attention her to since he was born, they didn't even congratulate her when she got her letter and didn't say goodbye to her at the train station. Even though Lachlan only talked jibberish nonsense to Bille she still felt like he understood her problems and loves him to bits although he can be quite annoying some times.
Bille doesn't know much about her grandparents and great-grandparents, her parents rarely talked about them (though that might be due to the fact they rarely spoke to her) which is also the reason why she didn't know much about the magic world anyway. They told her sories of their time there when she was younger, but that was about it, nothing more nothing less.

Her parents are Kathryn Rivers (Mother) and Paul Rivers (Father).
She has a few cousins which they haven't seen eachother in years - Her mothers sisters children are Sally Rosebud (9 years old) and Micheal Rosebud (13 years old)
