Whiteout

Rania’s lips were pursed as she looked in thought over the stacks of books she had collected from the library. With there being a maximum of books allowed to be borrowed at a time, she had a decision to make. One that she really wished that she could avoid because she really was an exceptionally fast reader, even in English which she sometimes felt a little less than perfect in when speaking despite how long she had lived in New Zealand. Her almond shaped eyes squinted as she looked over the titles, this was no good as she wanted to read them all. Deciding to let another make this choice for her, she looked over to a person sitting at the table behind her and asked, “Creatures or Defence?" Whatever they chose she would keep and would continue to do this until she had the maximum books she could borrow without any trouble from the librarian. The rest would be read at a later time.
