What is the Azkaban group?

I've seen some people who are in the group Azkaban. What does that mean? Are they banned?

Its just for characters who have committed a crime and been sent there after trial by the Wizengamot. There's a forum for them to roleplay in too

If I wanted to have a character of mine go through trial and be sent to Azkaban, how would I go about it? I think it would be interesting to RP.

I think you would have to make a plot request once applications are open again, which should be sometime soon
