Speed chewed on his bottom lip as he strolled the streets of Obsidian Harbour. He simply loved it here, he could smell the ocean air all around him and there was a nice breeze flowing through the street, but it was not cold enough to make Speed chilly, it was just enough to keep him comfortable. The sun was bright and the heat was making Speed's skin feel warm and soft, he sighed. It was a wonderful day... for shopping. Speed loved shopping, prehaps more than he loved his own sister, or ice-cream. Yep, Speed couldn't help but get excited when he could go to Obsidian Harbour with a full wallet and shop till his arms fell off, he just liked getting things for himself and his family, who wouldn't, it felt good when giving someone a present they hadn't been expecting, unlike when it was Christmas or Easter, people you loved expected things on those days, but when it was just an average day, they never opened their doors wondering if they had a present, unless it was Speed at their door, he usually did carry a present with him if he was going to visit someone, common curtesy in his oppinion.

Speed swug his bags slightly, there were only three of them, so he carried them with his left hand, while his right hung by his side, he couldn't help but radiate happiness. He was back in New Zealand, he had survivied his father's wrath at the site of his totalled car and Cameron, Austiin and Abby were happy to allow him to return to him, it was so nice of them, considering they had to get a new house, but that wasn't his fault, the only thing they were angry at him for was the fact that he had accidently destroyed their car too, once upon a time, but Speed shook that horrible memory from his mind, he didn't like having to think about their faces when the expensive car flew into the lake, with them in it, luckily everyone got out before the car hit the water, thanks to the help of magic.

It was a shame that Speed was wearing sunglasses, the sun had been covered for a few seconds, but that was just long enough for Speed to lose his consentration and walk into someone. Speed often did this because he would get lost in the moment and he was very clumsy and was always running into things. "I'm so sorry!" He said, removing his glasses and getting ready to help whoever he had knocked over. "That was totally my fault!"

Noe had spent the last week soaking up the sun and scoping out the surrounding area as he was now almost overconfident that it was here that he would settle down after graduating. The area was ever growing and full of life which screamed out to him like a siren's song as he was tired of the suburbs of the states. Not to mention New Zealand was closer to most of the teams that want him on their teams which was a huge plus but as it would cut down on traveling but no to much since he could just magic himself home when he wanted to from nearly anywhere in the world. His parents would be sad that he was so far away but they would understand as he was bound to leave the nest eventually and it was not as if he would never go and visit them from time to time.

He had no where to be and nothing to do so he did the one thing that he had found himself doing more often these days and that was simply wandering around the street while soaking up the weather which more than beautiful. He was humming a famous muggle song that was on the top ten list back home when out of the corner of his eyes he noticed a young man walking toward him. The guy was good looking but so was almost everyone in New Zealand as the men were in rocking good shape and the women had an air of elegance that was drool worthy. He smiled as the boy seemed to be lost in his own little world and was not paying attention to where he was going in so in a move that he would laugh about later he turned slight so that he was in the direct path of the boy. In seconds as the clouds cast and shadow on the area the boy ran smack into him which he was hardly effect by do to his sturdy build, he steady the boy in his arms as almost instantly the kid started apologizing for his clumsiness. Noe fought back laughter as the boy did not catch on to what had just happen completely just as the sun once again rained down warmth once more.

"Oh no your fine... you were clearly lost in thought to notice what was going on your just lucky that you ran into me rather than a hag I hear they are some real nasty work and quick to hex you. Are you alright I did not hurt you or anything did I?" Noble said with a warm smile as he looked the guy in the eyes as the sun danced in the deep pool of blue and green that made up his eye color. Noe let go after a few moments as he stuck a hand in one of his pocket while running his other hand through his hair.

Speed felt stupid, he was seventeen, he was basically an adult now, he was learning to drive and everything, but he still managed to fall over a complete stranger? His friends were right, he does need a nurse to make sure he didn't hurt himself. But he was confused when the guy he ran into asked him if he had hurt Speed, Speed did not quite understand because he was sure he ran into the guy, meaning that he deserved every bit of pain he got, which was none because he didn't fall, thanks to this friendly stranger. Speed made a mental note, he was forever in this guys debt, Speed had just gotten his nails done and would have died if he had of broken them so soon, it would just be tragic. Speed frowned slightly, he wasn't exactly 'lost in the moment', he was just downright clumsy and probably blind considering some of the things he ran into, such as buildings and ponds, basically things you could not miss unless you were legally blind with a blind dog. "Nah, I just naturally fall over everything, whether I'm lost in thought or completely aware of my surroundings." He explained. Every part of his sentence was true, Speed came to Obsidian a lot and he knew it better than his bedroom, but he still managed to find new and exciting things to trip over, it was like a sub-conscious past time. He then laughed at the hag comment, it was probably right, but lucky Speed, he had never ran into a hag and was quite glad, he didn’t want to be cursed, or hexed or anything. "They sound like wonderful people." He commented, rolling his bright green eyes and shaking his head.

Speed shook his head slowly, he still didn't understand why this guy felt the need to ask if he had hurt him, it didn't make sense, so Speed decided to address it because if was starting to annoy him that he didn't know what was going on, it made him feel like he had missed a page. "I'm sorry; I don't think I quite understand." He began, running his hand through his hair. Speed wasn't sure why, but whenever someone ran their hand through their own hair, he got the urge to do it, just a quirk he possessed, but it was rarely addressed because it was such a natural thing to do. "How would you have hurt me? I was the one that walked into you, so by rights, you should be able to hurt me because I could have knocked you over." He said, shaking his head at how dumb he was sounding, but it was his logic and it seemed to be quite right, when Speed ran into certain people, they usually got angry and yelled at him for being blind, not asked if they had hurt him, but when it all came out his mouth, it didn't seem right, it made much more sense in his head. "Forget that, I'm Speed." He said, holding out his hand and smiling brightly. He was of so happy that this guy wasn't a horrible person and didn't try to kill him or anything.
