Ebony Wand 15" Essence of Phoenix Talon
Theo was sat on a bench in a quiet place in Brightstone. He liked it here as there werent many people to annoy him. He hated it people thought they were better than him. Theo stood up and brushed down his suit. He hated his clothes being dirty, it lowered his appearance. He walked over to the fence and looked over the beautiful view. The sun had just set and every thing was that little more pretty
 
Caysi was very bored at home, she walked out of her house and made her way to Brightstone, there was still time that she could go out and act human before she was a mother. She put on her skirt and cardigan on. Caysi walked around with some wedding plans on them. Oh no, she dropped them infront of a gorgeous looking guy.
 
Theo quickly turned when he heard something drop. He frowned slightly then kneeled down to pick what even it was that she had dropped near him up. He looked up at her once he had collected everything. " You know you be careful. These could have been improtant and they could have fallen down there." He looked over and the drop which was blocked by the fence that he was leaning on before. He looked back at the woman and frowned to himself. Theo thought that she was dressed inapropiately for a married woman but it wasnt going to bring anything up. After all he had the Smith charm that seemed to run in the family and tonigh he would use it on this mudblood. He put on his poker face and smiled. " So its kind of dark, a girl like you shouldnt be alone. Its unsafe." He smiled again but it didnt reach his stone cold black eyes, as nothing ever did
 
Caysi smiled. " Yeah, they actually are important." She said taking the papers from the man. He looked interesting, he had a suit on and he was sitting on a bench. Caysi didn't know one person that would wear a suit to sit on a bench in the shopping district, but she would give him the benefit of the doubt. " It's not that dark." She laughed at the man. " Only about six o'clock." She spoke softly. Weird eyes, she said to herself.
 
Theo shrugged. "Still. You never know who you will run into. Some people can be very.....Not very nice." It seemed to be the unlucky fortune that this girl had run into him, Theo wasnt the most kind person in the world and she could find that out later on. Untill then though he was acting like a typical Smith, how his had brought him up. " So whats your story then? Your well dressed, obviously successful. Your wearing designer clothes and i would geuss your no older than 20, and you already have a ring on your finger." He was good at obsevation and was good at seeing how people tick, how they work and what is going through there head. " Im guessing that your partner is also very successful. Just by looking at the ring i would guess that it was extreamly expensive."
 
Caysi nodded, the man was true. " I own a clothing boutique, my family was also very succesful as well so not much income is needed for my partner and I." She said. " I'm actually 18, turning 19." She looked at the man with her bright green eyes. " I'm guessing it was expensive, he won't tell me how much he payed for it." She sait nodding her head at the man. " Your wearing a designer suit, you have a mustache thing going on, nice shoes." She said glaring her eyes at him, she didn't like being judged. " Black eyes, mohawk hair." She looked at him once more. " Tall, I'm guessing." She cleared her throat. " I'm guessing your older than 20." She said.
 
Theo laughed then clapped his hands together. " Very good. But i dont usually have the facial hair, i need a shave soon this is a far as i let it grow. As for my hair, its spiky not what you called it." He leant again the fence again with a slight grin in her face. " Im 21 so you only just guessed my age. My shoes were just something i picked up from a random shop. They werent very expensive. So you weren't all right." He smiled crookedly as he spoke. He liked to correct people, he felt more smart when he did it.
 
Caysi ran her fingers from the front of her head to the back. " Hmm, ninety percent right." She said with a sly smile. " You grow up around here." She would have to ask his name later and see if anyone knew him. " I feel like I've seen you or know someone that looks like you." She said looking at him up and down.
 
Theo shook his head. " This is the first time i have been here since i was 8 years old. My family lives here though but they dont look too much like me. I have a different mother to them all." He looked at her to see if she was hiding something, he coldnt see anything so he looked away again. " What about you."
 
Caysi nodded. " I've lived in Ireland most of my life, hence the accent." She said. " I went to school here actually, had to quit due to problems but other than that, I've been living here for about a couple years." She said.
 
Theo nodded. He had guessed that she was Irish when she first spoke to him. He played dumb. " Wow i cant believe i missed the accent." He knew that girls liked it when they thought that they were smart. " Well alto of people say that i have an American accent, although i have never been to American before." He chuckled slightly at his own personal joke
 
Caysi's accent was pretty noticable. She softly laughed at his joke, he'd have to be deaf if he didn't hear her accent. She sighed. " Yeah, I guess you kind of do." She said nodding.
 
Theo rolled his eyes. " I dont understand that, i have never even been to America." He sighed then scratched his head. " You know your husband is a very lucky man to have a pretty girl like you around his finger."
 
Caysi laughed. " Oh, I'm not married yet." She said. " Maybe you haven't been, but oh well." She said looking at his black eyes with her green eyes.
 
Theo leant in to kiss her when she looked into his eyes. He couldnt resist it. He put on hand on her waist as his lips het hers. He made it last seeing what her next move would be
 
Caysi knew that would happen, she kissed him back. When they pulled apart, she hoped that no one she knew saw what they did.
 
Jason was out for a short walk. He just needed to get out of the house to stretch his legs. He turned a corner to see the view. Although when he got there the view wasnt what he had expected. He scowled as he saw some bloke kissing CaysiHe had his hands all over her. He ran up to him and grabbed him from behind and threw him to the ground. " What do you think your doing, thats my fiance your kissing." He stood right infront of the guy lting on the floor. Jay thought it weird that the guy was in a suit but he didnt think too much of it
 
Theo was stunned when he was thrown on the floor. He scowled up at the guy. " Well maybe you need to keep a tighter leash in her, the fact that she kissed me back sort of gives me a hint." He kicked out at the guy and caught right between his legs. Theo quickly stood up and pulled his wand out and pointed it at the guys neck. " You really need to pick who you annoy better, the wrong one could get you killed." He laughed evilly as he thought of a painful spell to cast. He smiled widely as he did the Flagrante Curse. He touched the guys face knowing that it would burn him, which would be very painful. " Next time you should think about who you are dealing with." He laughed again then kicked him away,hard. He looked to the girl and winked. " Nice to meet you." He laughed then apperated out.
 
Jason fell to his knees when he was kicked where it hurt.Panic set in when the guy pointed his wand at his neck. Jason hadent even brought his wand with him. His breathing deeped as he tried to keep calm. He knew Caysi was watching so he couldnt make a fool of himself. He just hoped that the guy wouldnt kill him. He gasped when he felt searing pain rip through his face. He was burning. " Ahhhhh" Jason tried to push the guy away but fail. It felt like hours had passed when he finally released him. His hands went strait to his face to cover it, he winced when his touch was painful. He swallowed hard not daring to look at Caysi when he knew his face would look terrible. " Sorry" He said to her
 
Caysi was shocked and couldn't really move. She couldn't believe that someone would even attempt to hurt Jason. She bent down to him and leaned him on her lap. She took out a few kleenex's and put them on the wound that was now on his face. She quickly bent down to kiss his cheek and said. " No, no need to be, that low life should be." She said to him. She wrapped her arms around Jay and put her face near his forehead.
 
Jason winced and removed her hand and the tissues. " Ow dont touch it." He opened one eye to look at her. " He said that you kissed him back. Was that thrue?" Jay couldnt believe that he was asking her this but he didnt care, his face was burning hot so you know
 
Caysi shook her head. " No, I didn't" She said, Jason didn't have to know the truth. She put back the tissues, " Leave it there." She said sternly. " I don't even know who the bloody he!l that was." She said to Jason.
 
Jason groaned when she put the tissues back on. " Stupid tissue." He moaned. " Well was it just me or did his face look familiar to you because t did to me, i just dont know how." He sighed then came up with an idea. " Carnt you use the episkey charm on it instead of using tissues which hurt like a b!tch."
 
Caysi sighed. " Yeah, he actually looked so familliar." She said to Jason. " Episkey fixes broken limbs, do I see you with something broken? No, keep the tissues on." She said getting more from her pocket, his face was bleeding like a river. " I'm sorry you have to go through this." She said to him.
 
Jason forced out a laughed. " It looks worse than it is. Its just a petty burn." He said trying to hide the pain from his words as talking hurt. It seemed that he would have to watch who he spoke to next. Stupid guy in a suit thinks hes so good. Stuck up pr!ck
