Only a few months ago, Emeraude returned from Mexico, where she had gone in search of a new life, but did not go there as expected, so she returned to New Zealand to finally get here and start something new. She had found a new place to live when it was wider and brighter, but she did not succeed in her job search alone. To somehow take a break from all the hopeless quest, Emeraude initially thought of going to the bar with friends, but later she changed her mind. The bar was quite crowded, but there were a couple of seats available at the counter and she went there too. Sitting down at the counter, she took off her leather jacket and placed it underneath on a free chair. "Please, red wine," she told the bartender, as it might help her get to something tonight and come up with some ideas to finally start her life with. She pulled out of her jacket pocket a business card she had given to her girlfriend, an address where she thought Emeraude could get a job, but she wasn't sure. Holding hands on it and thinking of going there or not.
