Zazuka had thought maybe here would be a good place to meet and talk in privet. Even though it seemed like the walls had ears in this school. (After what she had read about she wouldn't be surprised if they did have ears) Zazuka waited for her friend quickly becomeing her best friend but she was about to make that judgement eather.

Andromeda walked up the long winding staircase to the North Tower. Zuka was there standing and waiting patiently!
"Hey, am I disturbing?" Andromeda feigned looking about,"looking for Brian are we?"

Zazuka turned bright red. How did she know? "He hasn't talked to me in days acctually. It's you I've been waiting for." She said. Zazuka thanked the stars that she hadn't stuttered but her voice was still alittle shakey.

"Me? don't mind me for a minute! You haven't spoken to him for days?? why? because of what happened between him and me at breakfast?" Andromeda looked at Zuka, she put her hand on her friends arm. Boys were so unreal. Yet, even though she felt Brian had wronged her greatly, she still thought highly of him and knew her friend did especially.

Zazuka looked down. "Maybe I should have said something but you two where going at it and oh I don't know I think he's mad at me too." She said then pushed up her glasses gently. "Anyway enough about that it's silly and really what would I have said in the defence of eather of you. I didn't know what you two where talking about, still don't..." She tailed off while fiddling with her fingers. She really wished it hadn't happened.

Andromeda hated seeing her friend this way, she put her arm aroung Zuka's shoulders and smiled at her friend.
"It doesn't matter how nice he is, we won't let any boy come between our friendship ok?" Andy squeezed Zuka's shoulder and smiled again, "Have you been reading the Prophet lately?"

Zazuka nodded. "I have a bit of a problem with the writing but I did read about the fire that happened at the Leacky Cauldren. They didn't give out many names though." She said looking at Andy with wide eyes. She had gotten a feeling from the artcile and again when she saw Andy on the train. She wanted to know what was wronge. Andy was starting to feel more like family to her than her real one had ever.

Andy smiled weakly and told Zuka about what had happened.
From her parents constant arguing over the past few months to the big dinner date. She told her how neither of her parents had returned that night or the next morning. Instead an official from the Ministry and a family friend had come and told them about her fathers body being found. There had been no sign of her mother. It was actually later that day that her mother had shown up at Esmerelda's house, someone had rescued her.
Andromeda couldn't stop now, it all seemed to flow out - the yelling at her mother and blaming her for her fathers death, everything. She had only told Blane up till now. She hadn't wanted sympathetic looks from everyone or to be treated differently. But, she felt different all the same. She refused to cry, nothing was solved with tears!
"I saw the article in the Prophet about them rebuilding the Leaky and I guess I got upset without realising. They cremated him and didn't even allow me to go to the memorial!" Andromeda knew that, that was what really stung!

Zazuka wasn't sympathetic she was Empathetic. She was feeling her friend's pain as if it where her own. "That is so unfare! I know I would have demanded to go to the memoroial if it where someone I truley cared about." She said but she knew there was nothing that really could make it any better. Suddenly she got an idea. Zazuka went into her book bag and took out a rather tattered looking doll with black spicked out pigtails. The doll was dressed all in black with chains and buckles all over the place and a top hat on one of the pig-tails. "I know this will make me look like a total geek but I've been walking around with Molly here for the last few days. It's just that when I was little I used to have horrable nightmars then one christmas this was under the tree. It made the nightmares go away maybe she will help you in some way." Zazuka said then bit her lip. She did seem like a total geek but it was the only thing that Zazuka could think of to help her out even a little bit.

Andromeda smiled kindly at Zuka, taking the strange looking doll from her.
"Thank you!" she held her tightly, "I will give her back. Maybe she will help, all I can do is try! Promise you won't laugh, but sometimes when all the other girls have gone to sleep, I get my broom 'Falcon' and bring it to bed with me".
Andromeda bit her lip, saying the words was like throwing water on her face, but she had been comforted by the proximity of the broom and her fathers patronis.

Zazuka smiled wide. "You can have Molly, I haven't had a nighmare in years so she's yours now." She said kindly. "Your father must have really loved you alot to give you a broom." She said softly. She really didn't need the doll anymore to comphert her, she had her friends.

Andromeda smiled at her, "Can I tell you what I really think. I think my dad ordered the broom, but my mother got his patronis etched on to the handle and the cuff. I yelled some nasty things at her Zuka! I told her it was all her fault!"
She lowered her head and hugged Molly, she felt so guilty for her behaviour to her mother.

Zazuka looked out the large gap in the wall and sighed. "All girl hates her mother at some point. Though I think I would have to have loved my mother at one point to hate her now." She said. "You could send an appology for all that you said and something she likes like a candy or something." Zazuka siad getting the idea.

Zauzka shook her head. "I don't hate her because I never loved her in the first place. Well I guess I did when she used to take care of me but that was before my magic showed it's self." She said. Zazuka looked down then up at Andy, she was starting to really think of telling Andy everything. "I have no feeilng for my family even though everything they've done to me could make me hate them with all I have but for some reson I can't." She said the finally desided she was going to tell her one very true friend. Zazuka started to roll up her sleeve to show her one of her more resent scars. "Willow's Rain is not kind to anything that goes agains the 'natural order' of things." She said as she made the scar come into full veiw. It was still pink as if a whip had come down over her arm.

Andromeda gasped at the mark on her friends arm, it was grotesque! Her hand flew to her mouth in horror;
"Zuka! oh, my goodness!" she was momentarily speechless, she motioned to the floor so that they could go and sit down. She crossed her legs and scooted down to the ground. "What... What's Willows Rain?"

Zazuka rolled down her sleeve. "My hometown, the mark on my arm was made by my own father but I have others that where made by others in my town. Willow's Rain is something like a puraten village. The cathic rilligion is the only way of life so you can imagen my parents horrer when I made plates quiver when I thew my first tanturm." She said as she scooted down the wall. Zazuka looked back at her time in her hometown with a knot in her thoat. Zazuka had though she was going to take the pain of her last nine years with her to the grave. "My mother didn't partisipate in any of the attempts to 'get the devil out' of me but she didn't stop it eather. My brothers used to chase me with willow branches so they could scurge me of all evil. I would climb trees so they wouldn't get me. But that all over and done with, I'm never going back partly because they told me I couldn't." Zazuka said with her knees on her chest. She wraped her arms around her knees then looked over at Andy, waiting for her reaction.

Tears welled in Andromeda's eyes for her friend, she couldn't even begin to imagine what her friend must have been through. "How could anyone do that to a child?" Andromeda knew she sounded niave, her life had been so sheltered it would seem. "Where will you go on the holidays?"
A thousand questions were whirring through her mind, she just wanted to take care of her friend and let her know no-one would hurt her again!
She put her arms around her, "I've tried for years to imagine my sister, when I met you - it was like, well not a mirror image", she smiled, "but it was like I knew we were meant to be. Almost like sisters, you know!"

Zazuka smiled wide. Andy had called her a sister when her own brothers denied ever knowing her. "I asked myself that every day while I ran away from the stones and I think they saw my Hogwarts letter as a way to get rid of a costent sham. I will rent a small flat during the holidays or if I get an invetaton to spend them with one of my cousens I'll take it. I work so it shouldn't be a problem." She said. "Sister... I felt that too, like we where connected somehow." Zazuka added looking up at the cilling. She felt alot of things right now including a kind of love she didn't know was possible to come from her. the kind of love one was soppoed to feel for a famliy member.

"Well, sister!" she said, her heart very heavy - it seemed the world was not such a good place after all, "My mom and I are staying with a friend, it's a really nice cottage and pretty big actually, my room has a bunk bed and a single bed. So I would love it if you considered coming to stay with us on the school breaks", Andromeda held her friends hand and waited for her answer.
The emptiness she felt after her father would never be filled, as the emptiness that was felt everyday by her twins absence. But somehow, Zuka was filling a hole in Andromeda's life and it felt good and right. She had never had a friend of her own, just for her and she felt so happy now - that her friend was Zuka!

Zazuka looked at over her glasses as if this would make the invatation unreal. "If your mother or your friend wouldn't mind of course I would love to stay with you during holidays." Zazuka said brightly. She laughed alittle giddyly. It seemed like the pain from on particulally large scar on her right shoulder blade was washed way by the purest rain.

"Zuka, they wouldn't mind in the slightest! And you'll get to meet my uncle! He's the coolest. Did I tell you he was chaser for the Irish quidditch team a few years back! He has all the women drooling! so sad", Andy laughed and playfully nudged her friend.
"We'll be bestfriends always Zuka, ok!" Andy looked at her seriously now, Zuka meant the world to her. She fight tooth and nail to make sure no one ever hurt her friend ever again!

Zazuka giggled into her hands. "That's so cool but I bet he's been tempted to womonize more than once." She said brightly. Now she really never had to see that place again. Willow's Rain would be just a memeory of a dream eventually and she would be so greaful for it. "Best frends forever. How ever long that may be for us." She said defently. Zazuka could sing from how happy she was. Andy really was her best friend ever.

Zazuka took Andy's hand and smiled wide. "Well I think we should get down to lunch. People are probobly looking for us by now." She said brightly. Zazuka had a sister, not by blood but by bond. Eather way Zazuka didn't care, it was just realeveing that someone cared for her. Zazuka made a promost to herself that she would help Andy in whatever way she could from now on.
