Caysi walked down from the castle in a t-shirt and shorts. She had her volleyball at her side because she and Rhyspa would be playing. She stopped on the rocks and admired the lake. She picked up the ball and practiced bumping it and serving it. Caysi had practiced while she was gone, she hoped that Rhyspa could keep up with her ;-)
 
Rhyspa emerged from the castle after having changed out of her school uniform and headed down to the lake. She had to keep herself from tripping over sticks and rocks as she practically ran down the slight hill. Rhyspa was excited to play volleyball with Caysi; they hadn't played together in a year! As she approached Caysi, Rhyspa did some basic arm stretches to warm up.

"Hey Caysi!" Rhyspa said, a smile brightened her face.
 
Caysi smiled when she saw Rhyspa. " Hey Rhyspa!" She said going to get the ball, bumping it to Rhyspa. " Ready to play?" She asked. She stretched her arms behind her head and stretched her feet out.
 
Rhyspa grinned, "You betcha!" She stood with her legs bent at the knees, prepared for whatever Caysi would throw at her.
 
Caysi threw the ball up in the air, and jumped up and overhand served it. She smiled and waited for Rhyspa to send the ball back.
 
Rhyspa watched as Caysi threw the ball up into the air and served it. The ball came plummeting down from the air. Rhyspa ran to the side where it was falling and passed the ball back over to Caysi's side.
 
Caysi jumped to the side where the ball was going. She was on her knees and bumped it back over.
 
The ball was falling down onto Rhyspa's side of the 'court'. She ran to meet it and jumped into the air, her arm coming down to spike the ball.
 
Caysi saw the spike and went for a dig, she flew to the ground with her arms out and bumped the ball high and then got up and spiked it.
 
Rhyspa ran forward and hit the ball up with her hands in a fist.
 
Caysi went up to spike the ball, she hit it then her bottom landed on the floor. She giggled and got back up.
 
Rhyspa was too busy laughing at Caysi to realize the ball was coming in her direction. "Crap!" Rhyspa shouted. The ball had hit the pebbles and sand. Caysi had a point.
 
Caysi smiled and laughed. She looked at the water then looked back at Rhyspa, was she thinking what Caysi was thinking?
 
Rhyspa saw Caysi looking at the water. She knew almost immediately what Caysi wanted to do. Rhyspa grinned and said, "Wanna go for a swim?"
 
Caysi nodded and had a smile on her face. She was running for the water and jumped in. " It's a bit cold in here." She said swimming around.
 
Rhyspa ran for the lake, a few feet behind Caysi. She jumped, forgetting she had clothes on. "It is a little chilly."
 
Caysi splashed some water at Rhyspa, they hadn't done this in a while. She went underwater and swam for a bit, she came up from the water and splashed some more water at Rhyspa.
 
Rhyspa giggled as she came up from under the water. Attempting to retaliate, she splashed Caysi back with the lake water. Suddenly, Caysi disappeared under the water. Rhyspa didn't worry; Caysi was just trying to scare her, she always did. As she turned around, Caysi popped up out of the water and splashed Rhyspa with water. "Caysi!" Rhyspa squealed and began splashing her friend with water.
 
Caysi smiled and laughed and splashed Rhyspa back. " Did I scare ya?" She asked still splashing water at Rhyspa. She turned around and went under the water again, she went to the floor of the water, hoping that Rhyspa didn't see her.
 
Rhyspa swam away as Caysi asked her question, "Nope, not one bit." She stopped swimming and turned around. Caysi was gone. Her eyes widened then narrowed with suspicion. She knew Caysi would probably once again be under the water, waiting for the opportune moment to scare the bejeezus out of Rhyspa. So Rhyspa decided to swim over to one of the rocks, and hid behind it. She occasionally poked her head out from behind it to see if Caysi was above the surface yet.
 
Caysi swam deep into the lake looking for a pair of legs. She saw something rippling over in that direction, she went behind the rocks with Rhyspa and said " Who you looking for?" She knew that Rhyspa was looking for her but she pretended not to.
