Other Distinguishing Features: She will always look like she had a price tag on her because of the expensive nature of her clothing. One thing that will never change about Vicky is a pendent that she got for herself with the first pay she got from Mrs. Bones.
A Little Deeper
Personality: As the second born and treated as second in everything Vicky has a massive superiority complex. Out of the four sisters Vicky is the most power hungry and the most willing to do anything to get her way. Influenced by Big Mama Barselona, Vicky is making her way into the Ministry by assisting an American Ministry member. She hates the woman because she thinks that she is much too kind but still she sticks out the job with a fake smile and some selective Barselona charm.

History: Vicky is the second child of a woman that is so loose that she had four girls (and one boy) all by different men (note that Vicky and Valkory share a father not that he stayed around long enough to say that). Vicky in particular took to heart what their mother taught them. During Beauxbatons, Vicky never played fare as she lied, cheated, and *****ed her way into Prefect status but could never make it quite to head girl. Needless to say when she did not get the letter on her seventh year that she had not made the position she wanted Vicky threw a fit.
Still this did not stop her from going to America and finding a way into the Ministry. Life in the Americas was good for the time that she was there. Vicky travels with Mrs. Bones most all over the world. She come around to New Zealand to see her sisters who seem to be going wild without the regulation that is enforced by their sister Vallory and herself. Vicky has no love life mainly because she like her sisters is a man eater who drains a man of all he can offer before she tosses them aside like a ragdoll.
