two wrongs do make a right

this takes place in bridgestone village when aaron is at home to visit
his family alone with his brothers in new zealand.
his older brother drake had some errands
to run, so aaron agreed to stay in the
nearby park to wait for him.
this is taking place during
bridgestone weekend
that just passed.

aaron was wandering the streets of bridgestone with his brother drake. he had no idea what to
do since his brother drake told him to stay in a near by lawn to wait for him. although coming
with drake could be annoying sometimes for aaron since aaron did nothing but just sit and wait
for his brother to get done with his 'things' that he had to do, aaron was glad to have made it
out of bulgaria and durmstrang, and back home in new zealand. the recent events in aaron's
life have not been the greatest. him being a young boy and having to watch his older brother
drake and his father have a huge fight, he was not seeing anyone as a good example, and due
to his problem, aaron's attutide was turning more towards the dark side. unlike his brother drake,
who used his own veela abilities to have 'in the limit' fun with girls, aaron on the other hand would
go all out with his own veela charm, and go far beyond the limit where he would sometimes crush
the girls hearts to smithereens. aaron didn't do this often, but he had done it a few times. his
darker and evil side was starting to take him over. at first, he was trying his best to resist, but
his family was not being a good example to him. aaron was starting to become more like his sister
isabella, who was a total flirt, and evil at the same time. instead of using drake as his own role
model, aaron was now spending more time focusing on isabella and absorbing her techniques as
his own. this made isabella happy, but it saddened aaron sometimes when he would be all alone,
and he would get to think on himself as to what he is doing. sometimes, he would start regretting
as to what he had been doing, and other times, he would be glad as to what he's doing. he felt
no shame, no regret, nothing. it was as if he was in control of his subconscious as well as his
conscious. he could manage to control both, that way, he was in control of himself, not some
third feeling or person controlling him. with his attitude changing, aaron's focus was now starting
to move towards how death eaters belief's are. his dad being a death eater didn't help the situation
much to help improve him, but only to make things worse for him. sometimes, he would get so angry
that he would go on a rampage and start destroying anything that came in his way. one time, he
pushed his mother against the wall when he had heard that his father was being a complete idiot
again. only because of his mother's love for him helped aaron get back to his normal humble self,
but whenever aaron would hear something that upsets him, he would not care who is in front of
him, he will destroy them no matter what. being at such a young age, it was truly remarkable to
see aaron get so bad. it was just a matter of time before aaron would do something bad to get in
trouble. sitting there in the park at bridgestone village, aaron was in his relaxed mood. his back
against the cool touching grass on the ground, the grass softly pocking his head inside his hair,
and the feeling of water touching his scalp was starting to make him feel good. this was not often
that aaron got to feel. a feeling like this was too strong to ignore, so rather, aaron was just enjoying it.

Someone had been on Lykke's mind alot recently. It was the holidays and she was having time out of school. With her fourth year so close, it was becoming more and more unlikely that the two would ever meet again. Of course, she would never admit that out loud, nor would she ever admit she had felt anything. Lykke was begining to grow up, and deep in her heart she was becoming more brave with the concept of guys. It was a rare known fact that when Lykke was younger, she was scared of them, resulting in her being slightly more cruel to them. However times were changing.
She walked along the path in her short black skirt and white shirt, as the sun shone. It was getting closer to summer now, and gradually, day by day, there were more blue skies. Lykke would confess she didn't get out much and was too busy inside ether working or stopping other students from doing so, although fresh air was not something someone who belonged in a dungeon would ever expected to enjoy. She had no aim, and pondered over shops. Every now and then she would scowl at a young child who was grinning over a soft rabbit, or a boy who kept dropping his books. She'd never understand how they could be so.. childish. She glanced across the road, over to the long patch of grass that was covered in tall trees, and noticed a boy sitting there. Something to do i guess she thought to herself. She had missed tormenting people these days. It was never the same when the students went home. Crossing the road she walked straight up to the boy. "Carful there. You don't want to get burnt. Your nose is already bright red" she called from about 10 feet away, standing there with her arms behind her back, her head slightly tilted. These days it was words that cracked them. She didn't even have to do anything.

Im sure its the same length if you take out the side bits ;)

[Haha, It's actually equal to half of the length/words I wrote above. :p I checked.]

the winds were circulating in the atmosphere strangely, it was as if they were wanting
to tell aaron something. the breeze kept hitting aaron's face so smoothly that he was
rather enjoying it. it was not often that aaron was able to enjoy this kind of feeling in
his free time. usually if he was at home visiting his parents, he would get stuck at home
helping his mother with stuff around the house, or having some serious conversations
with his father. while on the other hand, his older brother's dean and drake would be
able to go out and have fun. being one of the youngest in the family really upset aaron,
he wished that he wanted the same freedom he got that his brothers did. just sitting
at home all day for weeks would rather get boring to aaron. sometimes, his older brother
drake would help him escape from the house to go with him to other locations to have
some fun. drake was really the only one that showed sympathy towards aaron, which
made him happy, and sad that the same time. happy that there was someone that
truly cared for him, aside from his mother, and sad that his brother drake was the only
one that gave his hand out to him to have some fun. isabella would let things loose for
a little bit, but then she would go out being strict as well. dean was not much of help
either seeing as he was the eldest of the family out of the brothers, and he was even
more strict than his other siblings were. this bummed him out a lot, but at least he had fun.

while aaron was lost in his own thoughts, he heard a voice from near him. at first, he
ignored the voice, thinking that it was probably a part of his imagination, that the winds
were talking to him, but soon, he opened his eyes after a small breeze came to his ear,
and told him, 'wake up'. aaron could not believe what he had just heard, it was as
if the winds were really talking to him, or maybe it was just a one-time luck type of thing,
where he would just hear things out of the blue. as he opened his eyes, he looked over
to notice a girl standing not too far from him. 'really? a chick.. now?' thought aaron
to himself. not that he was complaining this girl was around him and maybe 'wanting'
to talk to him, he just wasn't expecting someone right now. he just wanted to be left
alone in his thoughts, but now that he had someone around him, he got up slowly to sit
up more. he brushed his hair, flicked his nose, and cleaned his hands to get some dirt
off that was stuck to his hands. he then looked up at the girl. the small figure standing
there in front of him, a girl who looked just about his age, maybe even a little younger.
"don't worry, i won't be getting burned, you should just worry about yourself, and
let me worry about myself."
said aaron as he had a smirk on his face. he wondered
why the girl was standing quite a little distance from him. it made him wonder if he was
actually scary looking, or was it that his veela charm had attracted her? he didn't even
bother using his veela charm lately, girls would already be attracted to him and would
be running towards him. "you know, i won't bite you if you come closer. i'm not
all that bad."
said aaron with a smirk on his face. there was something different
about this girl. something was truly different about her. aaron wouldn't normally ask
someone to come closer to him, especially the person being a girl. usually he would just
smile or smirk, and the girls would die over him and try to get into his arms, but no, he
felt something different this time. it was as if he was mean't to call her to come closer to him.

(Sheesh you do write alot xD)
Lykke had no siblings. She was an only child and she adored it that way. With no one to boss her around or need to kick out her room, she was free to enjoy her parents attention. Well, she had when she was younger. A few years ago her father had gone to Askaban, and she’d hadn’t seen him for a while. Her mother on the other hand, she saw frequently, and she was forever mailing Lykke making sure she was keeping on top of her work. That’s what annoyed the young slytherin. Education. She could be at the top of her class if she wanted to be. Her favourite subject had been potions and charms, and she enjoyed casting various jinxes at unsuspecting Hufflepuff’s, but since her father had left them she’d been even more keen to follow her heart and continue her mission in ridding the world of those who didn’t deserve to be there. Of course, many would have said Mr. Wu didn’t deserve to be here ether, but Lykke and her mother both understood. They knew he did what he did because he had to. It had only been a muggle afterall. It wasn’t like it had been someone worth saving. Whens he thought about it, Lykke couldn’t be sure if she’d be able to actually kill someone. Tormenting was easy enough, but to end someone’s life she wasn’t sure. All depended who it was, she supposed.

Lykke took a few more paces forward. She wouldn’t normally have responded so passively to anyone, but there was something about this boy that told her perhaps he did know how to treat someone like her. The very thought made Lykke feel sick. Of course no one could control her. She put her chin up in the air, trying to show she didn’t really care what he thought. “Who said anything about me being worried for you?” she asked, smirking, realizing that perhaps there was a hint of sympathy for this stranger. She was having doubts about herself. It wasn’t right how he managed to make her feel. Prehaps he was a veela, she concluded. They always used their wicked charms on those they wanted, and unfortunately that was one thing Lykke had nothing to retaliate back with. She wasn’t sure whether she should sit down. She knew she’d been laughed at if she was ever caught socialising with those outside of the Dark Elites, and so put her hands on her hips, looking down at the boy, appearing to look defences and dominate, whereas in fact the hint of softness in her voice was just the opposite. “I’m Lykke Wu. Fourth year Slytherin. I assume you don’t go to Hogwarts then” she said, looking him up at down, noticing the grass poking out his hair, “I would have seen you around” It was true. Not many people went through the school without encountering Lykke at some point..

[Hehehe, I have a wild imagination, which helps. :p ]

aaron was in 'one of a kind' moods right now. nothing was really giving him a bother right now.
he just wanted to have a good time, relax, and perhaps talk to a few people if they were even
worth his time. aaron was starting to be those kind of boys who are careless about what anyone
says about them, and does whatever is on his mind. back at durmstrang, aaron is know for
speaking his mind, even if he got in trouble, he will stay with the truth, regardless of whomever
it was. nothing would stop aaron from speaking his mind, and he did so whenever he wanted.
aaron wasn't those types of boys that picked on other people just for the fun of it, he would
normally pick on people only when other people were picking on them just to jump the bandwagon,
so aaron would not feel left out. regarding the ladies that always hung around aaron, he was
known for being a ladies boy. the parker family was well known around durmstrang since everyone
in his family had gone to durmstrang, pretty much every one of them had gone their. his father
had gone to durmstrang, his mother went to beaubaxton, his sister isabella had gone to durmstrang,
his older brother dean went to durmstrang, and now him, his brother drake, along with a few other
siblings were now attending durmstrang. things were really starting to head up in aaron's life since
matter's in his home weren't always the best, which pushed aaron sometimes to make his own
decisions and not care what anyone else has to say. although aaron would do anything to protect
his mother from his father. his father was an abusive one, who would abuse anyone, even him
and his mother, along with his other siblings. aaron still had the scar's on his back from not too
long ago when his father punished him for not following an order given to him by his father. aaron
could handle the pain himself, but he could not handle the pain given to the people he loved. he
loved him mother, and he will not tolerate his mother being in pain. people that were very dear to
aaron would have a special place in his heart, and aaron would work his butt off to keep them
protected in any manner possible. aaron was turning evil, more of a bad boy now, but he still had
a soft spot for those he cared for. if anything were to happen to them, aaron made it his own
responsibility to stand up for them. even more, aaron was starting to hate his own father. he
was becoming so power hungry that he did not care for the ones in his family at all. he would do
anything to obtain power. him being a death eater didn't help much either. aaron was happy that
not everyone in his family was the same as his father. everyday, there would be some sort of
problem in their house. their house was a really huge house, and aaron could hear his father's
angry voice all the way on the other side of the house, which sometimes, scared the heck out of him.

aaron was not in the mood to be picked on, or be questioned by some stranger that had just came
up to him telling him that his face might burn. aaron smirked when he heard the girl say that she
was not worried about him. aaron didn't care for much of what other people had to say about him,
he only cared what his family thought of him and that's pretty much all that mattered to him. he
could care of what anyone thought of him. who were strangers to him? they were a nobody to him,
just like this girl that was standing near him. she was a nobody to him, perhaps for the time being
she was a nobody to him, but who knows what might happen. this girl looked like she was a student
at hogwarts. 'pfft, hogwarts? durmstrang is cooler.' thought aaron to himself. if someone
really wanted to learn something and become a very powerful wizard, they should go to durmstrang
because they taught really well, along with they forced you to do your best, not giving the option
of 'if' you want to do it or not, you 'had' to do it no matter what. if not, you would be thrown out
of the school without question. aaron could tell that the girl was feeling a little strange to being
around him. that was normal for aaron to see since not many people were use to being around a
veela, although aaron had not even used his charm yet, and the affect's were still hitting the girl
slowly. perhaps the affect was faint that she could just barely sense it. aaron knew now that he
had to do a better job of suppressing his charm from now on. he knew who to go to when he would
go back to durmstrang to help him with his charm. he could tell that this girl was questioning herself
as to what she should do, stay or leave. aaron smiked as he looked away and faced the sky. he
remembered the first time he found out that he was a veela seeing himself being stared by many girls
in the school one day when he got out of bed. he knew that his mother was a veela, but he didn't
know if he would be lucky enough to get the charm. after a while, he figured out that he was indeed
a veela, and his brother drake, as well as his brother dean confirmed that he was indeed a veela. at
first, he didn't know how to react to it, but as things flowed through his life, he got use to the idea
of being a veela, and things just started to follow. he looked back at the girl, with a smirk on his
face, he took a small sigh, adjusted his hip, and said, "if you weren't worried about me, you would
not have made that comment you told me a few moments ago."
it was true, if this girl was not
worried about him 'somehow', she would not have cared to even come up to him and warn him of
what might happen to him. he heard the girl say that she was a slytherin student at hogwarts, which
confirmed aaron's suspicion of her going to hogwarts. he smirked, and eye'd the girl, from top to
bottom, and raised his one eyebrow. "hogwarts? durmstrang is where it's at. i attend durmstrang,
and it's a much better place than hogwarts."
said aaron as he faced back towards the sky. aaron
debated himself as to if he should tell her his real name, or he should just come up with a fake one for
the time being. "i'm aaron, aaron parker, a fourth year durmstrang student." said aaron deciding
that lying would not be the best idea right now since he was in a good mood, and this girl was interesting.

Lykke was not used to people answering back to her. At home, with no siblings, she could just talk to her mother, if she was ever interested in talking that was. Normally she was too busy working or something to talk to Lykke, thats why Lykke normally spent her holidays here at school. She also didn't have any siblings, which really did help when it came to attention. She didn't have to share her mother with anyone. She preferred her father of course, and it from him that she had decided to start up the Dark Elites, something else she was going to have to explain to Aaron. Even students that went to Dumrtrang and Beauxbatons would know who Lykke was.

Lykke had never considered going to Durmstrang or another school asides from Hogwarts. As a pure blood, all her family had attended Hogwarts, and almost all of them except her cousin family who'd been placed in Ravenclaw, had been in Slytherin. It was something important to Lykke. Heritage. She was now carrying the family name, seeing as there had been no son's for the Wu family. The most recent male generation had been Lykke's cousin, Colin Jin, and despite her disgust, she had ignored for most of her education. Lykke was not used to people answering her back, and she walked over to Aaron and sharply sat down beside him, staying off to the spot where she'd just been sat. She couldn't say that friends were a high point in her life, but they stopped her getting bored. Whether she'd ever be able to call this stranger a friend, she didn't know, but she saw no harm in taking a seat seeing as she'd been walking all day and at least the boy wasn't a hufflepuff or something ridiculas. "No way" she disagreed, "Hogwarts is the best. Durmstrang was made on the side, for students who couldnt fit in anywhere else" she turned to Aaron and smirked. At the back of her mind she was still trying to come up with some rational explanation for worrying about him. Of she hadn't, but her comment seemed to have backfired, and for the first time in years she was feeling a little speechless.

So, he was a fourth year too. If Lykke ever managed to convince him to move to Hogwarts, he too could join the Dark Elites. She was still facing him, and despite her ability to see-through people, she was having trouble "placing him" into any one catagory. She wasn't even sure if he was Slytherin material. Lykke couldn't help it, recruiting for the Dark Elites was currently her number one priority, and whenever she saw someone new, she would be thinking of the advantages they could bring to her group.

She put her hand into her bag that lay over her shoulder, and pulled out a small book. It had been a very long time since she'd done any of her photography, however she had taken shots of her school friends. She handed Aaron a photo of her, alongside the five students she'd been most close to. She wasn't going to say anything out loud, but secretly she was testing him, and trying to figure him out. Reactions were the best way Lykke had found to found answers about someone, and she waited for his response. "You could say i'm very much a team player" she suggested, not giving anything away about the group she owned. Prehaps if Aaron said something similar, he would turn out to be a better friend-material than she'd first assumed.

I know it's not as long as yours but it's longer than most posts i write for roleplays xD

[Haha, well, have fun with this one. :p Sorry it took a little to reply, was really busy with Uni, and getting my muse up again.]

aaron was not at all surprised by the fact that this girl was stunned when Aaron spoke
back to her with full force. a full force in a good way that portrayed the body of building
up a conversation with lykke. aaron found it interesting that this girl, who seemed like
a rock solid individual was turning out to be a stunner to him. Usually, girl's would just
come up to him, say comments such as 'you are really cute, are you seeing someone', or
comments such as, 'what are you doing this afternoon?' it really frustrated back Aaron
back at durmstrang that he could not have a solid conversation with any of the girls.
there were very few girls that did like aaron, but they respect him due to the rules and
limits he has set for himself. So, it was nice for aaron to have a decent conversation with
someone of his age for once. he could see the expression on her face, concluding that
she had expected him to know about her. the fact was that aaron always had girls
around him, he grew use to the type of enviroment he was always around that he never
really paid attention to who he was talking to, or who the girls would be gossiping about,
or who the boys would be talking about. to aaron, lykke seemed like an average looking
student, nothing too special. even back at durmstrang, there were many more cute girls
than lykke, although aaron didn't know why he was even bothering spending time with
lykke right now. he could just get up, walk away, and never see her face again. something
was holding him down, and he didn't know what. was it really true that opposites really
attracted? but seeing lykke, she seemed someone her his own nature, if not worse than
himself. how did he conclude that she was of his nature? with the comment that lykke
spoke priding herself and hogwarts that hogwarts was a lot better than durmstrang, which
to aaron, was untrue. to aaron, those that went to durmstrang came out as real individual,
as very powerful individuals. it wasn't that aaron didn't think hogwarts didn't bring about
powerful individuals, it was that the standards that durmstrang brought about on their
students were far more better than that of hogwarts. not to mention the work load at
durmstrang was a lot more, there was a lot more expected out of a student. aaron would
literally have to bust himself through hell in order to keep up with his grades. durmstrang
had standards, and if a student did not keep up with the standards, the student would be
dishonorbly discharged from durmstrang, and in most cases would not be allowed to come
back to durmstrang. aaron first hand experience this with another individual of his kind,
a veela who was too busy messing around with girls, and not paying enough attention to
his studies, which got him thrown out of durmstrang for good. aaron had learned a very
valuable lesson that day. facing away from lykke, a small laugh busted out of aaron's mouth,
this laugh was truly uncommon for aaron, and only few individuals were lucky enough to see
it. "you really have no clue do you? i wouldn't expect you to know, seeing as you don't
seem like the girl to have standards."
said aaron. aaron had standards, his family had
standards, and to aaron, lykke didn't seem like the person to have much standards to begin with.

seeing lykke puzzled at the fact of her being backfired by aaron's comment of her coming
to him since she was worried, he could tell that she did infact have a weak side. aaron really
didn't challenge people on their weak points, but he wanted to see how this girl would
react in a sort of situation where she is being bombarded with negativity. he wanted to see
what lykke was really made of. he wanted to see if she is really worth his valuable time.
right now, aaron could just get up, start walking, and never look back at lykke. he could just
think of her as a lost memory, but no, for once, he wanted to have some fun, and see what
she was made of. with a smirk on his face, aaron faced lykke, a small breeze passed through
aaron's right side face, and the breeze brought about a small comment in aaron's ear. he was
surprised by this. the wind said to 'keep things with in limits with lykke and not to trouble her
much, as she holds the key to his future.'
aaron was really puzzled by this by the fact that
the wind said that she held the key to his future? aaron could not believe this, so he shook
his head two times, and looked back at lykke with a small smile. 'what's the matter? still
trying to come up with an excuse?"
said aaron as he wandered his eyes away from lykke
to the sky. the sky was full of breeze, leaves flowing maliciously through the air, it was as if
it was a perfect day for a date, although aaron was stuck here with lykke, or rather, stuck here
until his brother got done with his things. all of a sudden he felt something being placed in
his lap. looking down at what was placed, it seemed that she placed some photos in front of
him. why did she do this? aaron didn't really want to find out as it might be another useless
attempt to try to use something against him. but aaron decided to look at the photos anyways,
keeping his head up, and his ears open. listening to her say that she was a team player, to aaron,
that seemed like a bluff of sort. aaron was really good at reading people's faces, and it seemed
that lykke was trying to unfold something about aaron, or trying to find something about him.
looking at the photo, he wondered what these friend's symbolized. gazing carefully at the way
they were all standing, looking at their faces, what they were wearing, their attitude, their
position, and many other things. after thinking for a few moments, aaron started to conclude that
the people in the group were all from slytherin, and by the way they were all expressing themselves,
and the placement of lykke, it seemed that it may have been some sort of 'sorority' group, or
something of that nature. facing back at lykke, aaron brought about another small laugh. "team
player you say? you know, you don't seem very good at hiding things from people. a picture
tells a thousand words. and these pictures here tell me a lot."
aaron was debating as to if
he should just come out right, and tell her what he thought of the photos, or if he should wait
a little bit and see what she really wanted from him. he faced the sky again, noticing a few clouds
starting to darken, but the sunlight was still there, very much strong, and shinning like no other.
