Mima was incredibly relieved to be back at Hogwarts. She'd lost herself a little in second year, and as such, her family had deemed it a good idea to ship her off to Durmstrang. The poor girl had screamed and sobbed - I don't want this! she'd remembered screaming, tears falling down her face. I want to stay here! A year of soul crushing loneliness had followed - only ending when her psychiatrist (the Scarlets needed a psychiatrist, of course) had seen that Durmstrang was leaving Mima feeling hollow and empty, more scared and alone than she'd ever been before.

And so, with that, they'd recommended a return to Hogwarts. Her aunt and uncle had argued, saying 'oh but it'll be good for her, it'll toughen her up, she won't be a real witch unless she goes to Durmstrang', but her mother, showing a sign of affection for perhaps the first time in her life, had stepped in, saying 'if Mima wants to go to Hogwarts, let her. She'll be fine.'

So she'd returned, and she found herself lying by the lake, long brown hair fanning out around her as she reached up towards the sky. It was so nice to be outside again. The weather at Durmstrang had hardly allowed her to leave. Indeed, in her own home, she'd hardly been allowed to leave - never ventured past the garden, at least. Having the open grounds was simply wonderful. A smile crossed her face at the thought.

Once more, Mima was home.
