Emilia had been feeling lonely all year, and she knew it was because she still missed Derek. Not specifically him, but someone she could always talk to and always turn to. It was difficult to know she didn't really have anyone like that right now, not in the same way. She had Acacia, and Sapphire, and now Katy too... but it was still different. She missed Athena too, but wasn't likely to talk to her after seeing her together with her ex boyfriend at the Yule Ball, again. It made her angry, and she couldn't pretend it didn't. She was focusing mostly on Heta Omega these days, and was excited about the upcoming event. But she had to study as well, and now it was that time. She was attempting to focus on her Muggle Studies book, but her thoughts kept drifting. Her gaze moved to the window, and she stared at the grounds outside as she daydreamed about dancing with a boy at the next dance.
