Finnlock Telford ~
Played By: Graham McTavish
༺ Chief of the Telford Clan & Professor of Journalism ༻
༺ 58 Years ༻
༺ Status ~ Active ༻

Finnlock McIntyre Telford was born in a small village of a Scottish township. He was raised in a humble home by Loch Telford and his mother, Gertrude. His father served as the Chief of the Telford Clan; one of the longest surviving Wizarding clans in Scotland’s history.

After attending Hogwarts Scotland, he went on to pursue a career in journalism. He soon became a reporter for the Daily Prophet; writing articles which slammed worshippers of the dark arts and those whom raised their children in such environments. As a result of his approach to reporting, he earned himself quite the collective of dangerous enemies.

Sometime during his rise through the Daily Prophet, Finnlock commenced his researching of the Squib Murders; a dark period in Scotland’s history in which Squibs were being targeted, tortured and murdered by a practitioner of the dark arts.

This would turn out to be his most well renowned article, as his articles had been enough to spur the offender out of hiding in a state of fear; driving him to attempt to flee England. However, as a result of his haste, he became messy and traceable and thus, Auror’s apprehended him shortly after.

After the stressful ordeal, Finnlock found himself departing the Ministry and pursuing a career as a Professor at a local institution which honed in on young, aspiring journalists.

Faye O’Leary-Telford ~
Played By: Sally Field
༺ Author ༻
༺ 57 Years ༻
༺ Status ~ Active ༻

Faye O’Leary-Telford grew up in the same small village as her husband, Finnlock. The two of the were fierce friends from the youngest of ages and as such, their relationship only blossomed as the years went on. She had been the fierce force which has pushed him to achieve during his time at Hogwarts, whilst she, as a Muggle, attended regular school. The time apart whilst Finnlock was away tended to weigh heavy on her, but as a strong woman — she never told him such.

She went on to pursue a career in writing after her years at school, becoming a rather successful author. Her works, most times, were based on the stories her husband would tell her of how the wizard world was, and as such, she noted her words as things of fiction (despite knowing full well they weren’t).
