Riley was sat on some railing above the beach in the harbour. The wind blowing through his chair as families played in the sand and sea. Some making sand castle, digging holes to catch the sea when the tide came in, others burying each other in the sand. In the sea people were jumping over small waves while others were and swimming and body boarding. A flash back of when Riley had been on holidays and had gone body boarding. He had been doing with and when a big wave came in he went to late and it crashed on him and he went under the water and winded himself on the back of the board. It had not been a pleasant experience but it was one of those things that he could look back on now and smile at the memory.
As Riley clicked his wrist's as the were getting a little stiff, he jumped down onto the sand. The boy was wearing a black T-shirt with a gray jacket and dark jeans with a coffee in his hand which he had bought earlier. Most people would say that it was too hot for such drinks and clothes but Riley was good with weather and he never really felt too hot or too cold. Bringing the disposable cup to his lips Riley took a small sip of his Coffee, as it was hot he could not drink it quickly and this way it lasted him. He leant down as he placed the cup on the sand and began to take his shoes of and stuffed his socks in his shoes that that he would not get sand on them as they were new.
Standing back up and taking hold of his drink once more Riley proceeded to walk along the shore of the much loved beach. He was glad that the student were in school and the holidays were not for a while yet because even though it was slightly crowded now, it would have been heaving in them times. Riley would be taking Lowan here when he was a little older. He didnt want his son to be the type to stay at home, he wanted him to be sporty whether that was muggle sport or not he wanted Lowan to be active and healthy. As he walked he could feel the sun on his back warming him up in a desperate attempt to over heat him. Of course it was failing Riley had lived in hotter places so this sort of heat was really no problem for the teenager who carried on walking along the beach before reaching the grave concrete stairs which lead off the beach and back onto the main street. Riley decided that he would go half way and sat down on the stairs. He placed his shoes on the step below him and held his coffee in both hands as he elbow rested on his hamstrings. He pushed his sunglasses closer to his eyes to stop the glare of the sun and he carried on watching the families play on the beach and he listened to the laughter and the sea crashing down on to the earth below
